MicroRNAs(miRNAs)are small non-coding RNAs,19-25 nucleotides in length,that regulate gene *** are involved in various cellular,biological,and pathological activities,including the development and progression of malignant *** studies have highlighted the significant roles of miRNA deregulation in various cancer types,involving critical pathways such as gene deletions and amplifications,abnormal epigenetic changes,and dysfunctional miRNA regulatory *** can function both as oncogenes and tumor suppressor genes in different *** cancer hallmarks are associated with deregulated miRNAs,including resistance to cell death,metastasis,sustained proliferative signaling,promotion of angiogenesis,and the suppression of growth *** research has demonstrated that miRNAs contribute to drug resistance in tumor cells by targeting genes linked to drug resistance or by influencing genes that regulate the cell cycle,apoptosis,and proliferation.A single miRNA often has tissue-specific regulatory functions and can affect multiple *** miRNA types have been identified as potential biomarkers for tumor diagnosis and critical targets for novel therapeutic *** review aims to explore the role of miRNAs in cancer progression,metastasis,and potential therapeutic interventions.

Perovskite solar cells(PSCs)have made great advances in terms of power conversion efficiency(PCE),yet their subpar stability continues to hinder their *** interface between the perovskite layer and the charge-carrier transporting layers plays a crucial role in undermining the stability of *** this work,we propose a strategy to stabilize high-performance PSCs with PCE over 23%by introducing a cesium-doped graphene oxide(go-Cs)as an interlayer between the perovskite and hole-transporting *** go-Cs treated PSCs exhibit excellent operational stability with a projected T80(the time where the device PCE reduces to 80%of its initial value)of 2143 h of operation at the maximum powering point under one sun illumination.

one of the major causes of road accidents is sleepy *** accidents typically result in fatalities and financial losses and disadvantage other road *** studies have been conducted to identify the driver’s sleepiness and integrate it into a warning *** studies have examined how the mouth and eyelids ***,this limits the system’s ability to identify drowsiness ***,this study designed an Accident Detection Framework(RPK)that could be used to reduce road accidents due to sleepiness and detect the location of *** drowsiness detectionmodel used three facial parameters:Yawning,closed eyes(blinking),and an upright head *** model used a Convolutional Neural Network(CNN)consisting of two *** initial phase involves video processing and facial landmark coordinate *** second phase involves developing the extraction of frame-based features using normalization *** these phases used openCV and *** dataset contained 5017 images with 874 open eyes images,850 closed eyes images,723 open-mouth images,725 closed-mouth images,761 sleepy-head images,and 1084 non-sleepy head *** dataset of 5017 images was divided into the training set with 4505 images and the testing set with 512 images,with a ratio of 90:*** results showed that the RPK design could detect sleepiness by using deep learning techniques with high accuracy on all three parameters;namely 98%for eye blinking,96%for mouth yawning,and 97%for head ***,the test results have provided an overview of how the developed RPK prototype can accurately identify drowsy *** findings will have a significant impact on the improvement of road users’safety and mobility.

Pattern of Eye Diseases among Tea Workers

background: bangladesh’s tea industry is essential to the country’s economic expansion. Since tea workers in bangladesh are marginalized within our community, they have limited access to comprehensive eye care services. Productivity and well-being are cornerstones of comprehensive health care strategy. ocular disorders are influenced by life expectancy, sociodemographic status, and the epidemiological transition. In this context, the state of ocular health and the many eye illnesses remain to be significantly addressed. Purpose: To evaluate the pattern of eye diseases among tea workers in a tea estate of bangladesh. Methods: This cross-sectional observational study was carried out in Halda Valley Tea Estate, Nazirhat, Fatickchari, Chattogram, bangladesh, under the supervision of the Department of Community ophthalmology, bSMMU, following ethical clearance and approval by the IRb board of bSMMU. With informed written consent and approval from the authority of the tea estate, a total of 110 tea workers were recruited. Socio-demographic characteristics, ocular findings, and patterns of eye diseases were determined and recorded. Results: The mean age of the study participants was 39.60 ± 11.63 years. The maximum (58.1%) study participants were 31 - 50 years old, female (64.5%), illiterate (82.7%), and tribal (71.8%) indigenes. Eye diseases were found in 94.5% of workers. Presbyopia (28.2%), cataracts (27.3%), and refractive error (26.4%) were the most common. Tea workers with eye diseases were significantly older than those who did not have any eye diseases (40.20 ± 11.57 vs. 29.17 ± 7.31 years, p Conclusion: A significant number of tea workers had eye diseases, of which presbyopia, cataracts, and refractive error were the most common.

background: The robustness is a measurement of an analytical chemical method and its ability to contain unaffected by little with deliberate variation of analytical chemical method parameters. The analytical chemical method variation parameters are based on pH variability of buffer solution of mobile phase, organic ratio composition changes, stationary phase (column) manufacture, brand name and lot number variation;flow rate variation and temperature variation of chromatographic system. The analytical chemical method for assay of Atropine Sulfate conducted for robustness evaluation. The typical variation considered for mobile phase organic ratio change, change of pH, change of temperature, change of flow rate, change of column etc. Purpose: The aim of this study is to develop a cost effective, short run time and robust analytical chemical method for the assay quantification of Atropine in Pharmaceutical ophthalmic Solution. This will help to make analytical decisions quickly for research and development scientists as well as will help with quality control product release for patient consumption. This analytical method will help to meet the market demand through quick quality control test of Atropine ophthalmic Solution and it is very easy for maintaining (gDP) good documentation practices within the shortest period of time. Method: HPLC method has been selected for developing superior method to Compendial method. both the compendial HPLC method and developed HPLC method was run into the same HPLC system to prove the superiority of developed method. Sensitivity, precision, reproducibility, accuracy parameters were considered for superiority of method. Mobile phase ratio change, pH of buffer solution, change of stationary phase temperature, change of flow rate and change of column were taken into consideration for robustness study of the developed method. Newcastle disease (ND) virus is a leading threat to commercial and domestic poultry in Pakistan. The virus infects and constitutes irreversible impairment to the nervous system, damages the respiratory system, and marks severe gastrointestinal lesions leading to heavy mortality in short-living birds and substantial losses in layers and breeders. The continuous emergence and evolution of the virus made it inclined to evade the humoral response and indirectly the circumvention of artificial active immunization. Newcastle disease is caused by the orthoavula genus of the paramyxoviridae family and has shown high genetic diversity even in their genotypes while information regarding enzootic trends of the virus is scanty in Pakistan. A total of 40 tracheal samples of NDV were collected from different commercial broiler farms and 11 isolates of NDV were identified. In the current study, we determined the genetic diversity of the Newcastle disease virus based on the partial sequencing of the fusion protein gene available in the NCbI database. genetic analysis showed that seven isolates belonged to class I genotype VII and four belonged to class II genotype II. Interestingly, two isolates had epidemiological connections with vaccine-like class II genotype II. our findings, concerning the recent outbreaks of class I genotype VII and class II genotype II of NDV in vaccinated commercial flocks, suggest possible potential partial mutations in the fusion protein gene. genetic diversity and formation of the new cleavage site in an important neutralizing protein of wild strain are linked with the potency of artificial active immunization and a major cause of vaccine failure.

Phase Noise Quenching in a Four-Level Laser

In the presence of usual transmission losses, it is shown that phase noise in a four-level laser can be reduced below the Schawlow-Townes limit when lasing levels are coupled to a squeezed vacuum reservoir. The squeezed vacuum coupled to the lasing mode modifies the phase diffusion rate and dominates the contribution from transmission losses. It is predicted to obtain phase stability in the system and phase noise vanishes for larger squeezing. gain of the laser remains positive under these conditions.

Sickle Cell Anemia(SCA)is a prevalent genetic condition in Saudi Arabia,particularly in the Jazan *** study’s purpose was to assess the prevalence of de-pression among individuals with SCA in this area and to identify the factors associated with this *** study involved 391 adult participants,all patients in the hematology center of Prince Mohammed bin Nasser Hospital(PMNH).Data was collected through an anonymous interview questionnaire–the Arabic version of the Patient Health Questionnaire-9(PHQ-9)–between March–May *** questionnaire covered socio-demographic information and variables related to the participant’s SCA history,such as pain levels,frequency of pain,hospitalization duration,and frequency of blood *** variables underwent Chi-square and one-way ANoVA testing,followed by multivariate *** study found a 42%prevalence of depression among the SCA *** significantly linked with heightened depression levels included being widowed or divorced,experiencing frequent and severe pain,and longer duration of hospital *** educational level of at least a bachelor’s degree was also a significant *** study reveals a high prevalence of depression among SCA patients in the Jazan *** underscores the need for policymakers to educate both physicians and patients about the importance of mental health in SCA *** study also highlights the need for more research into the specific causes and effects of depressive symptoms in SCA patients to inform the creation of effective management plans.
