The spatial arrangement of activating ligands is known to have great influence on T cell ***,independently studying each ligand’s spatial organization parameter that affects T cell activation remains a great ***,with DnA origami,we precisely organized the CD3ɛantibodies simulating T cell receptor(TCR)ligands and CD28 antibodies simulating co-stimulatory ligands to interrogate the independent role of TCR-ligand spacing and local copy numbers as well as the spacing between TCR ligands and co-stimulatory ligands on T cell *** found that T cell activation benefited fromlocally concentrated TCR ligands with a shorter spacing and was maximized by an∼38 nm spacing between TCR ligands and co-stimulatory *** T cell expander constructed based on our findings could efficiently expand CD8+T cells for tumor ***,the DnA nanostructurebased ligands’precise arrangement can be a unique tool in studying immune cell activations and cellbased immunotherapies.

Wearable electronics are advancing towards miniaturization and ***,traditional energy supply methods have largely hindered their *** effective solution to this problem is to convert human mechanical energy into electricity to power wearable electronic ***,it is greatly attractive to design flexible,foldable and even stretchable energy harvesting ***,we use the electrospinning and kirigami approach to develop a type of highly stretchable kirigami-patterned nanofiber-based triboelectric nanogenerator(K-TEnG).Due to its innovative structural design,the K-TEnG can achieve a tensile strain of 220%,independent of the tensile properties of the material *** a person swings their arms,the K-TEnG fixed to the clothing can convert mechanical energy from human movement into electrical *** produced electricity can directly drive 50 LED lights and a digital watch,or be stored in a lithium battery to charge the smartwatch and smartphone,*** study employs a new method to fabricate a stretchable triboelectric nanogenerator and demonstrates its promising applications in wearable power technology.

In the green energy and carbon-neutral technology,electrochemical energy storage devices have received continuously increasing attention ***,due to the unavoidable volume expansion/shrinkage of key materials or irreversible mechanical damages during application,the stability of energy storage and delivery as well as the lifetime of these devices are severely shortened,leading to serious performance degradation or even safety ***,the utilization of self-healable gels into electrochemical energy storage devices,such as electrodes,binders,and electrolytes,is proven as an effective method to realize long-term stable operation of these devices via the self-repairing of mechanical and electrochemical ***,this review first summarizes the feature and fabrication of different gels,paying special attention to hydrogels,organohydrogels,and ***,basic concepts and figure of merit of self-healable gels are analyzed with a detailed discussion at the healing mechanisms,from reversible dynamic bonds to physical molecular diffusion,and to external healing *** we introduce all the important parts of electrochemical energy storage devices,which could be replaced by healable gels to enhance the durability,including electrodes,binders,and ***,the critical challenges and future perspectives regarding the future development of healable gels based high-performance electrochemical energy storage devices or electronics are provided.

The Tianshan range,a paleozoic orogenic belt in Central Asia,has undergone multiple phases of tectonic activities characterized by the n-s compression after the early Mesozoic,including the far-field effects of the Cenozoic Indian-Asian ***,there are limited reports on the tectonic deformation and initiation of Triassic intracontinental deformation in the Tianshan *** this structural context is crucial for interpreting the early intracontinental deformation history of the Eurasian continent during the early *** strata and syn-tectonic sediments provide a rich source of information on tectonic activities and have been extensively used in the studies of orogenic *** on detail fieldwork conducted in this study,the middle-late Triassic Kelamayi Formation of the northern Kuqa Depression in the southern Tianshan fold-thrust belt has been identified as the typical syn-tectonic growth *** youngest detrital zircon component in two lithic sandstone samples from the bottom and top of the Kelamayi growth strata yielded U-pb ages of 223.4±3.1 and 215.5±2.9 Ma,respectively,indicating that the maximum depositional age of the bottom and top of the Kelamayi growth strata is 226-220 and 218-212 *** geochronological distribution of detrital samples from the Early-Middle Triassic and Late Triassic revealed abrupt changes,suggesting a new source supply resulting from tectonic activation in the Tianshan *** coupling relationship between the syn-tectonic sedimentation of the Kelamayi Formation and the south Tianshan fold-thrust system provides robust evidence that the Triassic intracontinental deformation of the south Tianshan range began at approximately 226-220 Ma(during the Late Triassic)and ended at approximately 218-212 *** findings provide crucial constraints for understanding the intraplate deformation in the Tianshan range during the Triassic.

To avoid soil degradation,adapt to climate change and comply with the sustainable Development goals 2030(Un General Assembly),establishing the quality/fertility of the agricultural soils of the Mediterranean region and evaluate how these evolve with time is *** enables adequate management practices to be *** Mediterranean calcareous region has received little attention in this sense,in spite its soil ***,24 different representative calcareous agricultural soils of the Mediterranean region,including the main management strategies of agricultural soils(rainfed and irrigated),were sampled from the island of Mallorca;and their physical,chemical and biological properties *** values obtained for most of the soil characteristics allowed to establish an initial approach to the reference values for the type of calcareous agricultural soils considered,and to clearly distinguish the effect of rainfed or irrigation management practices on soils properties and *** enzyme activities were not stimulated by the irrigation conditions assayed or they were only in dry conditions,suggesting optimum enzyme activities could be obtained when alternating dry and humid soil *** organic carbon,calcium carbonate and active lime revealed of significant importance in the collection of ***,the results obtained clearly indicate the heterogeneity of the region and its implications on the different soil ***,this study could serve as a starting point to adequately establish the quality(fertility)for Mediterranean calcareous agricultural soils and their reference values by conducting further research in this region and including more type of soils.

star-forming processes strongly influence the IsM ***,many high-quality databases are available at millimeter *** them,it is possible to carry out studies that review and deepen previous *** these studies involve large samples of sources,it is preferred to use direct tools to study the molecular *** the aim of testing these tools such as the use of the HCn/HnC ratio as a thermometer,and the use of H^(13)Co^(+),HC_(3)n,n_(2)H^(+) and C_(2)H as "chemical clocks," we present a molecular line study toward 55 sources representing massive young stellar objects at different evolutionary stages:infrared dark clouds(IRDCs),highmass protostellar objects(HMpos),hot molecular cores(HMCs) and ultracompact H II *** found that the use of the HCn/HnC ratio as a universal thermometer in the IsM should be taken with care because the HCn optical depth is a big issue that can affect the ***,this tool should be utilized only after a careful analysis of the HCn spectrum,checking that no line,neither the main nor the hyperfine ones,presents absorption *** point out that the analysis of the emission of H^(13)Co^(+),HC_(3)n,n_(2)H^(+) and C_(2)H could be useful to trace and distinguish regions among IRDCs,HMpos and *** molecular line widths of these four species increase from the IRDC to the HMC stage,which can be a consequence of the gas dynamics related to the starforming processes taking place in the molecular *** results not only contribute with more statistics,acting as a probe of such chemical tools,useful to obtain information in large samples of sources,but also complement previous works through the analysis of other types of sources.
