Co.l extractio. in Huainan area is basically characterized by o.e o. typical multi-seam mining co.ditio.s o.served in China, where co.l is mined in so.t seams characterized by high gas co.tent, high stress, lo. permeability and difficult geo.o.ical co.ditio.s. The average mining depth in Huainan area is 875 m and co.tinues to.increase by 15-25 m annually. The rise in mining depth increases the risk o. co.l and gas o.tbursts and makes it mo.e difficult to.co.tro. o.tburst risk in Huainan co.lmines. This paper reviews the main achievements（e.g. theo.ies, techno.o.ies and equipment） in o.tburst co.tro. in Huainan, and tries to.analyze so.e key challenging issues, and to.present asso.iated strategies to.address these *** suggests that the o.tburst co.tro. in Huainan must take a co.binatio. appro.ch o. bo.h regio.al and lo.alized co.tro. in which the fo.mer plays a do.inant ro.e. o.her o.tburst preventio. principles include（1） no.-o.tburst seams pro.ecting o.tburst seams,（2） less o.tburst-pro.e seams pro.ecting stro.g o.tburst-pro.e seams,（3） stress-releasing mining, and（4） the co.binatio. o. gro.nd and undergro.nd gas drainage（the mo.el is dubbed as ＂walking o. two.legs＂）. The paper co.cludes that we sho.ld co.duct fundamental researches o. o.tburst mechanism, and develo. o.tburst co.tro. techno.o.ies and equipment to.ensure safe and efficient co.l mining o. deep co.l reso.rces in Huainan area.

Sustainable vegetable pro.uctio. especially during the dry seaso. requires adequate co.servatio. o. so.l *** study was co.ducted to.evaluate the so.e and interactive effects o. mulching(M)and po.ltry manure(PM)applicatio. o. so.l temperature(ST),cro. evapo.ranspiratio.(ETc)and water use efficiency(WUE)o. *** experiment was a Rando.ized Co.plete Blo.k Design(RCBD)with three *** treatments were M at 0 and 6t ha^(-1)and PM at 0,10 and 20t ha^(-1).So.l temperature was measured using digital thermo.eter while ETc was determined by water depletio. metho. using a Time Do.ain *** at field capacity was applied manually at 2-day *** appli-catio. o. mulch significantly lo.ered ST while jo.nt applicatio. o. 20t ha^(-1)PM(PM20)and M signifi-cantly(p≤0.05)reduced ST at 5 cm and 10 cm so.l depth co.pared with the unmulched plo.s in bo.h *** o. 10t ha^(-1)PM(PM10)witho.t M reco.ded the highest ETc(43.7 mm),while jo.nt applicatio. o. PM20 and M reduced ETc by abo.t 93%co.pared with PM10 *** used water mo.t efficiently when PM20 was applied under mulched *** was 62.2%increase in WUE under mulched plo.s co.pared with the co.tro. while the residual effect o. PM10 and M significantly increased WUE by 65.5%.It was evident that M alo.gside applicatio. o. PM is a go.d strategy fo. regulating ST,mo.erating ETc and increasing o.ra WUE,especially during dry seaso. farming.

The two.main algo.ithm o. windo. based co.gestio. co.tro. are the co.gestio. avo.dance and the slo. start. The aim o. this study is to.survey the vario.s mo.ificatio.s o. windo. based co.gestio. co.tro.. In this paper, a do.ble-buffer traffic shaper was investigated to.adjust video.frame rate inflo. into.the TCP sender-buffer o. a multimedia applicatio. so.rce acro.s a slo.-speed link. In o.der to.guarantee Qo. acro.s a slo.-speed link (i.e. 1 MBPS), the do.ble-buffer traffic shaper was develo.ed. In this paper, the buffer size dynamics o. do.ble-buffer was investigated. The arrival and departure o. frames were mo.eled as a sto.hastic pro.ess. The transitio. matrix fo. the pro.ess was generated and the statio.ary pro.ability co.puted. A simulatio. pro.ram was written in Matlab 7.0 to.mo.ito. the buffer fullness o. the seco.d buffer when a 3600 seco.ds H.263 enco.er trace data was used as test data. In the seco.d buffer, it was disco.ered that o.er 90% o. the play-time, the buffer o.cupancy was upper bo.nded at 300 frames per seco.d and utilizatio. maintained belo. 30%.

The o.e-po. synthesis o. ZSM-5-magadiite, ZSM-23-magadiite, and ZSM-5-ZSM-23-magadiite using iso.ro.ylamine and 2-pro.ano. as an o.ganic structure-directing agent and co.so.vent, respectively, was studied. Zeo.ite mixtures were prepared by adding 2-pro.ano. （0 to.10wt%） to.the reactio. so.u- tio.. The intergro.th o. co.po.ites was o.served when 2-pro.ano. was intro.uced as a co.so.vent into.the reactio. mixture. Synthesized samples were characterized by X-ray diffractio., field-emissio. scan- ning electro. micro.co.y, energy-dispersive X-ray spectro.co.y, and thermo.ravimetric analysis. The results revealed that the amo.nt o. 2-pro.ano. and so.rce o. aluminum influenced the nature o. the zeo.ite-magadiite co.po.ites fo.med.

This paper investigates the to.al electro. co.tent (TEC) which is a majo. challenge to.space and related industries, mo.t especially in an equato.ial regio. like Thailand within the geo.raphical latitude 07°35'N - 20°17'N. The mo.thly, seaso.al and annual TEC and electro. density variatio. mo.ito.ing co.ducted during increasing so.ar activity fro. 2010 to.2013 due to.changes and instability o. io.o.pheric parameters. It was o.served that electro. density and TEC was predo.inant in summer seaso.. Summer has the highest electro. density and TEC values all thro.gh and the annual mean values keep o. increasing within the perio. under co.sideratio.. In co.clusio., io.o.pheric fluctuatio.s and perturbatio.s were o.served to.be at pick between the mo.ths o. March and May. The results o. the study demo.strated that io.o.pheric irregularities were steadily o. the increase, co.firming 24th so.ar cycle predictio. by NASA and depended o. many facto.s amo.g the majo. o.es which are lo.ated o. the latitude, seaso. and so.ar activity.
