Background::The burden of human immunodeficiency virus(HIV)infection in people who use drugs(PWUD)is *** aimed to screen HIV infection among PWUD and describe their retention in HIV ***,we also screen for hepatitis C virus(HCV)infection among HIV-seropositive PWUD and describe their linkage to ***::We conducted a prospective study in 529 PWUD who visited the"Ca?ada Real Galiana"(Madrid,spain).The study period was from June 1,2017,to May 31,*** diagnosis was performed with a rapid antibody screening test at the point-of-care(POC)and HCV diagnosis with immunoassay and PCR tests on dried blood spot(DBs)in a central *** PWUD were referred to the *** used the Chi-square or Fisher’s exact tests,as appropriate,to compare rates between ***::Thirty-five(6.6%)participants were positive HIV antibodies,but 34 reported previous HIV diagnoses,and 27(76%)had prior antiretroviral *** patients with a positive HIV antibody test,we also found a higher prevalence of homeless(Pse(PWID)(Ps of drug use(P=0.002).All participants received HIV test results at the *** the 35 HIV positives,28(80%)were retained in HIV medical care at the end of the HIV screening study(2018),and only 22(62.9%)at the end of ***,12/35(34.3%)were positive for the HCV RNA *** the latter,10/12(83.3%)were contacted to deliver the HCV results test(delivery time of 19 days),5/12(41.7%)had an appointment and were attended at the hospital and started HCV therapy,and only 4/12(33.3%)cleared ***::We found almost no new HIV-infected PWUD,but their cascade of HIV care was low and remains a challenge in this population at *** high frequency of active hepatitis C in HIV-infected PWUD reflects the need for HCV screening and reinforcing the link to care.

研究了基体材料的力学性能对冷喷涂316L不锈钢单颗粒沉积行为的影响.结果表明,除硬度之外,弹性模量和Poisson比也会影响颗粒的沉积行为.这是由于基体性质对颗粒/基体的能量分配和结合机制造成了影响.其中,沉积颗粒的变形行为与颗粒吸收的能量有关,而沉积效率与基体吸收的能量及结合机制有关.根据沉积颗粒的变形行为,将基体分为2类:颗粒几乎不变形,此时基体的硬度和弹性模量皆低于颗粒材料,颗粒与基体的结合主要是机械咬合,推导出可用于推断相同颗粒在基体上沉积趋势的参数E_(para),并以AZ91镁合金为基体进行验证;颗粒发生强烈变形,此时基体的硬度或弹性模量高于颗粒材料,结合机制更为复杂,此时增加颗粒/基体新鲜表面接触面积有利于提高沉积效率.

In this work,a single cell capable of monitoring fluid density,viscosity,sound velocity,and compressibility with a compact and small design is *** fluid measurement system is formed by a two-port AlscN piezoelectric micromachined ultrasonic transducer(PMUT)with an 80μm length monolithically fabricated with a 130 nm complementary metal-oxide semiconductor(CMOs)*** electrode configuration allows the entire system to be implemented in a single device,where one electrode is used as an input and the other as an *** verification was carried out by exploiting the features of piezoelectric devices such as resonators and acoustic transducers,where a frequency shift and amplitude variation are expected because of a change in density and viscosity.A sensitivity of 482±14 Hz/kg/m3 demonstrates the potential of the system compared to other dualelectrode *** addition,according to the acoustic measurement,the sound velocity,fluid compressibility,and viscosity coefficient can be extracted,which,to the best of our knowledge,is novel in these PMUT systems.

Cardiovascular risk factors(CRF)were widely described as related to *** are very few studies regarding this association in *** objective of the study was to compare the frequency of CRF in our population with FTD and controls.100 consecutive subjects with FTD diagnosis according to Lund-Manchester clinical criteria and 200 controls matched by age and sex were included between January 2003 to February 2007 at the Cognitive and Behavior Unit of Hospital Italiano de Buenos *** evaluation,laboratory tests,brain images(CT/MRI),neuropsychological and neuropsychiatric assessment were *** regression analysis was performed to analyze the association in CRF between FTD patients *** mean age in FTD was 69.7±0.9 vs.70.1±0.8 in controls(p 0.12).No difference in gender was observed between cases and *** differences were identified between patients and controls regarding hypertension(HTA)(65%vs.67,3%p 0.44);dyslipidemia(57%vs.54.7%p 0.74);obesity(39%vs.27.6%p 0.14)and hypothyroidism(26%vs.17.1%p 0.1).A significant difference was observed for Diabetes Mellitus(39%vs.22.6%p 0.001).In our population,Diabetes Mellitus was associated as an independent risk factor for *** our knowledge this is the first report in which CRF were evaluated prospectively in FTD *** studies are needed to confirm this finding in larger populations.

Can the Rectum Balloon Minimize Rectal Toxicity During Irradiation Therapy of Prostate Cancer?

The irradiation of the rectum cancer occurs in many institutes by using a rectum balloon in order to reduce the mobility of the target organ and to distance the rectum from the target organ. The objective is to reduce side effects quantitatively as well as qualitatively. On the basis of two hospitals using identical techniques for the prostate irradiation with the sole difference of the rectum balloon the toxicity has been evaluated with the result of no significant difference between the cohorts concerning diarrhea, rectal pain symptoms and rectal bleedings. Therefore the authors consider the use of the rectum balloon prior to each irradiation not necessary for the reduction of toxicity particularly due to the fact that the application is often very painful, especially for patients with hemorrhoids. The rectum balloon as a tool for the reduction of the prostate mobility was not objective of this study.

背景:膀胱过动症(OAB)是以一种以尿急为主要特征的临床综合征。OAB常伴有尿频及夜尿,可伴或不伴有急迫性尿失禁,但不存在尿路感染或其他明显的病理因素引起的类似症状。可以发生在任何年龄段,以中老年女性多见。以人群为基础的研究发现,0AB是一种非常普遍的疾病,成年女性发病率为大约16.5%。该疾病同其他主要的慢性病一样,每年给全球造成了沉重的经济负担。药物疗法由于副作用风险较高,疗效欠佳,患者依从性差及长期成本高等原因,仍未必是最佳选择。0AB严重影响着患者的生活质量,但并未引起人们足够的重视和得到较好的解决。非药物疗法因其对0AB具有较好的疗效而逐渐获得广泛的关注,例如西医学中的神经刺激术以及中医学中的针灸疗法。神经刺激术是指一些调节膀胱功能和促进储尿的技术。骶神经刺激术(sNs),作为一种常用的神经刺激手段,曾被用于0AB的循证医学治疗。然而,sNs技术要求较高,难度大,且可能给患者造成进一步的侵入性伤害。因此,一项可行性更高,侵入性较小的技术,经皮胫神经刺激术(PTNs)应运而生。PTNs源于中医针灸,类似于电针刺激三阴交穴,于20世纪80年代首次被提出。尽管PTNs将治疗的侵入性降至最低且患者花费较少,但却是耗时的。因此,在西方医学中,新的植入技术正在发展并初露头角。针刺凭借其安全、有效、简便易行、价格低廉等优势已广泛地应用于0AB的治疗,尤其是在中国,但其证据仍然不足。最近,一项高质量的临床随机对照试验表明,与假针组相比,患有压力性尿失禁的妇女在接受电针刺激腰骶区治疗之后,漏尿症状减轻。动物实验证实,电针三阴交穴可以抑制过度活动的膀胱。针刺三阴交穴治疗0AB临床较为方便,但是以三阴交穴为主穴治疗0AB的临床证据仍然缺乏。此外,针刺治疗是一种兼具多样性与个性化的干预措施,其疗效包括针刺效应、针灸理论指导下的特殊的非针刺效应、以及非针刺疗法所独有的普遍效应。同时,针刺治疗应当基于病人的具体状况和中医理论指导,如辨证论治。因此,我们有必要进行一些真实世界的针刺研究以评价针刺治疗0AB的有效性和安全性。目的:本研究的目的在于观察针刺治疗膀胱过动症的疗效,以寻求安全、有效、便捷的针刺治疗OAB的方案。方法:试验设计及场所:本研究为病例系列研究。于2018年1月4日至2018年6月期间,在西班牙Gabinet Diagnosi Girona诊所开展。受试者:试验期间从诊断和治疗中心妇科门诊共招募12例受试者,遵循纳入和排除标准,随后获得受试者知情同意。受试者最少接受4个疗程的治疗。干预方法:针灸治疗的腧穴处方以三阴交、关元、足三里、百会、神庭、合谷和太冲穴为主穴,运用平补平泻手法获得适宜的针感,并根据受试者的中医证型加减穴位。针刺治疗期间,根据受试者具体状况,分别于受试者腰骶部及腹部运用拔罐及烤灯疗法。结局指标:主要结局指标是排尿次数和排尿冲动次数。0ABss评分(Homma)包扩4个关于OAB症状的问题:日间尿频,夜尿频率,尿急和尿失禁(UII)。四个分数的评分总和在0至15分之间。次要结局指标是与0AB超过24小时有关的夜间醒来次数、最大膀胱容量(注册时)和超声评估0AB的体征。尿失禁患者的ICIQ-sF问卷及3天排尿日记。此外,我们还考虑了超过24小时受试者使用的护垫的数量、生活质量量表(Q0L)问卷、不良事件和受试者退出。结果:12例受试者中有10例受试者的主要结局指标得到了改善,即减少了排尿总次数及排尿冲动的发作次数。12例受试者的0ABss均发生变化(时间范围,在基线和治疗结束后)。这种变化直接显示出受试者0AB症状的主观改善。同时我们还发现,在4例具有尿急和尿失禁(UUI)症状的受试者中,3例治疗后24小时护垫使用数量减少,其由于0AB所致的夜间醒来次数(24小时内)亦减少。膀胱容量(mL)及超声评估0AB征象,仅2例受试者得到改善。其余受试者变化不显著。在仅有的4例具有尿急和尿失禁的受试者中,在其基线和治疗结束时均记录了尿失禁ICIQ-sF精简问卷和3天排尿日记。针刺治疗后,尿急和尿失禁症状均有改善。治疗前后,所有受试者均进行了生活质量量表(QOL)问卷评估。结果显示,所有12例受试者均认为治疗后生活质量有所提高。针刺时的不良事件仅表现为2例受试者感受到的轻微疼痛,1例受试者的皮下血肿,并未引起任何医疗纠纷。1例受试者因开始治疗后出现血小板减少而退出治疗。结论:本病例系列研究初步显示,针刺治疗女性膀胱过动症安全、有效、简便易行。中医从整体和综合的角度,辨证论治,将过度活跃的膀胱视为一个综合症的一部分进行治疗。尽管有其局限性,但本病例系列研究表明,除三阴交穴外,采用更多穴位联合治疗膀胱过动症可能疗效更佳,这也许有助于目前西医常用的经皮胫神经刺激术(PTNs)等技术的改良。本研究结果显示了针刺对女性OAB具有一定的疗效

significant cellular senescence has been observed in cartilage harvested from patients with osteoarthritis(OA).In this study,we aim to develop a senescence-relevant OA-like cartilage model for developing disease-modifying OA drugs(DMOADs).spe-cifically,human bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stromal cells(MsCs)were expanded in vitro up to passage 10(P10-MsCs).Following their senescent phenotype formation,P10-MsCs were subjected to pellet culture in chondrogenic *** from qRT-PCR,histology,and immunostaining indicated that cartilage generated from P10-MsCs displayed both senescent and OA-like phenotypes without using other OA-inducing agents,when compared to that from normal passage 4(P4)-***,the same gene expression differences observed between P4-MsCs and P10-MsC-derived cartilage tissues were also observed between the preserved and damaged OA cartilage regions taken from human samples,as demonstrated by RNA sequencing data and other analysis ***,the utility of this senescence-initiated OA-like cartilage model in drug development was assessed by testing several potential DMOADs and *** results suggest that pre-existing cellular senescence can induce the generation of OA-like changes in *** P4-and P10-MsCs derived cartilage models also represent a novel platform for predicting the efficacy and toxicity of potential DMOADs on both preserved and damaged cartilage in humans.
