Irregular dietary habits as a predictor of stunting occurrence among children under 5 years of age:a literature review

Objective:To identify the illustration of feeding patterns of stunting children using literature review ***:This study was a descriptive narrative research using literature review approach to explore dietary habits of children with stunting *** the literature review processes employed Guideline Review measurement of Joanna Briggs *** ar ticles in literature were obtained from journal databases,such as Pub Med,Science Direct,Google Scholar,and Dimensions through structured research question with Patient,Exposure an interest,Outcome or response(PEO)***:This study found 2246 published ar ticles from 2018 to 2021 about children with *** process was conducted fur ther to eliminate ar ticles with irrelevant titles and abstracts,and also the unsuitable ar ticles with the research question;hence,about 9 ar ticles were eligible to be reviewed *** these ar ticles mentioned that children with irregular dietary habits would likely experience *** low intake of nutritional food became the major predictor of ***:Inappropriate feeding patterns and the variety of food were being the factors of stunting emergence among children<5 years of *** consumption of carbohydrates,less animal-based protein,and misunderstanding about intake of sweetenedcondensed milk predisposed children to suffer stunting.

Assessing the Relationship of Corporate Integrity Practices With Accountability of Malaysian Statutory Bodies

Accountability is seen as an organisational performance across private and public sector,including statutory ***,does accountability prove instilled in part of integrity practices,especially in less mentioned sector-statutory bodies?This study aims to evaluate the relationship of corporate integrity practices on accountability of Malaysian statutory bodies through questionnaire survey *** on 194 responses received from top management of Malaysian statutory bodies,it is proven that corporate integrity practices have a positive and significant relationship with ***,statutory bodies are recommended to exercise and implement corporate integrity practices by setting up integrity department and appointing corporate integrity ***,by upholding corporate integrity practices,it leads to the achievement of accountability of statutory bodies organisations.

A 3D-printed magnetic digital microfluidic diagnostic platform for rapid colorimetric sensing of carbapenemase-producing Enterobacteriaceae

Carbapenemase-producing Enterobacteriaceae(CPE)are a group of drug-resistant Gram-negative pathogens that are classified as a critical threat by the World Health Organization(WHO).Conventional methods of detecting antibiotic-resistant pathogens do not assess the resistance mechanism and are often time-consuming and *** have developed a magnetic digital microfluidic(MDM)platform,known as MDM Carba,for the identification of CPE by measuring their ability to hydrolyze carbapenem *** Carba offers the ability to rapidly test CPE and reduce the amount of reagents used compared with conventional phenotypic *** the MDM Carba platform,tests are performed in droplets that function as reaction chambers,and fluidic operations are accomplished by manipulating these droplets with magnetic *** simple droplet-based magnetic fluidic operation allows easy system automation and simplified hands-on *** of the unique“power-free”operation of MDM technology,the MDM Carba platform can also be operated manually,showing great potential for point-of-care testing in resource-limited *** tested 27 bacterial isolates on the MDM Carba platform,and the results showed sensitivity and specificity that were comparable to those of the widely used Carba NP *** Carba may shorten the overall turnaround time for CPE identification,thereby enabling more timely clinical decisions for better clinical *** Carba is a technological platform that can be further developed to improve diagnostics for other types of antibiotic resistance with minor modifications.
