BACKGROUnD Several bibliometric analyses have been carried out to identify research hotspots and trends in nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(nAFLD)***,there are still significant knowledge gaps that must be filled to advance our understanding of and ability to treat *** To evaluate,through bibliometric and visual analysis,the current status of related research,related research frontiers,and the developmental trends in the field of diet and *** We retrieved publications about diet and nAFLD published between 1987 and 2022 from ***,we used VOSviewer 1.6.20 to perform bibliometric analysis and *** We found a total of 1905 studies,including 1637(85.93%)original articles and 195(10.24%)reviews,focused on the examination of nAFLD and its correlation with diet that were published between 1987 and *** the remaining five types of documents,38 were letters,notes,editorials,meeting minutes,or brief surveys,representing 1.99%of the total *** countries with the most publications on this topic were China(n=539;28.29%),followed by the United States(n=379;19.90%),Japan(n=133;6.98%),and South Korea(n=127;6.6%).According to the citation analysis,the retrieved papers were cited an average of 32.3 times and had an h-index of 106,with 61014 total *** two main clusters on the map included those related to:(1)Inflammation and oxidative stress;and(2)Dietary interventions for *** This was the first study to use data taken from Scopus to visualize network mapping in a novel bibliometric analysis of studies focused on diet and *** 2017,the two domains that received the most attention were“dietary interventions for nAFL”’and“‘inflammation and oxidative stress implicated in nAFLD and its correlation with diet.”We believe that this study provides important information for academics,dietitians,and doctors,and that additional research on dietary interventions and nAFLD is warranted.

The Antarctic Paleogene marine fossil record has been the key to reconstructing the evolution of the Weddellian Sea and final dismemberment of Southern *** this context,Eocene marine vertebrates from Seymour(Marambio)Island have provided valuable *** present the first Eocene record of marine reptiles from the southern Atlantic Coast of South *** corresponds to several postcranial turtle remains represented by a proximal end of the right humerus,three caudal and one thoracic vertebrae,a fragment of the left pubis,and ten ossicles of the dorsal carapace,coming from the Leticia Formation(late-mid Eocene)at Cabo Tiburones,Tierra del Fuego,*** materials show severalfeatures such as the size and general morphology of the humerus and vertebrae,and the presence of relatively small,irregular,smooth,and unkeeled ossicles,which allow us to assign them to Dermochelyidae *** are a cosmopolitan group ofcryptodiran turtles,registered from the late Cretaceous up to the recent,with some physiological-biological peculiarities(e.g.,endothermy and an exclusive jellyfish-based diet)and characterized by the presence of an osseous carapace formed by *** new finding from the Leticia Formation is an addition to the scarce and extremely fragmentary record of Eocene dermochelyids from the southern seas like those from the La Meseta and Submeseta formations(Antarctica)and the Waihao and Burnside formations(new Zealand).This new information allows us to discuss the presence of these turtles in such high latitudes in the past and its implication in the evolution of the Weddellian fauna.

The doleritic dykes present in the Téra-Ayorou pluton crosscut the basement of the nigerien Liptako and are part of the system of intrusive mafic dykes in the Paleoproterozoic domain of the Léo-Man ridge. In the previous work, emphasis was placed on the petrology, geochemistry and geochronology of the Liptako doleritic dykes. This study aims to analyze the tectonic style of intrusive doleritic dykes in the Téra-Ayorou pluton. The characterization of the deformation which affected the doleritic dykes of the Téra-Ayorou pluton is important for the evaluation of their economic potential. To this end, measurements of tectonic structure planes were taken in the field, and samples were taken from the chilled margin and cores of dolerite dykes, before being processed in the laboratory. Analysis of the tectonic structures collected revealed a brittle tectonic pattern, characterizing a phase of deformation subdivided into two episodes D1 and D2. Episode D1, with its subvertically dipping normal faults and simple n70˚ - n110˚ fractures, is compatible with n-S extension. On the other hand, episode D2, which created shear corridors by reactivation of pre-existing fractures and oriented n150˚ - n170˚, is associated with a WSW-EnE extension. These results open up prospects for the exploration of gold, uranium mineralization and diamonds in the north-west of niger.

目的探究弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤(DLBCL)联合应用环磷酰胺+表柔比星+依托泊苷+长春新碱+泼尼松+利妥昔单抗(DA-EPOCH-R)方案与信迪利单抗的具体效果。方法选取2020年1月至2023年12月南阳市中心医院肿瘤内科收入诊治的82例DLBCL病例,以治疗方案的不同,将其分为研究组(n=41,信迪利单抗+DA-EPOCH-R方案),对照组(n=41,单纯应用DA-EPOCH-R方案),分析其疗效、血清标志物、免疫指标及并发症差异。结果研究组客观缓解率(ORR),疾病控制率(DCR)均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05),治疗后,两组血清标志物、免疫指标指标均降低,且研究组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论DLBCL治疗期间,联合应用DA-EPOCH-R方案与信迪利单抗能够取得较为理想的临床疗效,改善血清标志物以及免疫指标,不会额外增加并发症发生率,具有临床应用意义。

Objective:To determine the effects of routine iron supplementation on oxidative stress markers in pregnant ***:This study enrolled 122 pregnant women aged between 20-38 years throughout three stages of pregnancy:beginning with pregnancy,until the twentieth week and up to the thirtieth *** were divided into two groups:61 pregnant women not supplemented with iron(the control group),and 61 pregnant women supplemented with iron(the iron group).Blood samples were collected and protein,iron,uric acid,total bilirubin level and oxidative stress status were estimated using molecular spectrophotometric *** levels were estimated by using atomic absorption spectroscopy ***:Iron,protein and copper concentrations were significantly increased(Pnd 30 weeks of pregnancy and hemoglobin level was significantly increased(Pnning of pregnancy and until 20 weeks in the iron group compared to the control *** addition,levels of serum uric acid,serum total bilirubin and malondialdehyde in serum and erythrocytes were significantly increased at 20 and 30 weeks of pregnancy whereas the reduced glutathione level was significantly decreased in serum(30 weeks of pregnancy)and erythrocytes(20 and 30 weeks of pregnancy)in the iron group as compared to the control *** oxygen radical absorbance capacity was not significantly *** was a significant positive correlation between serum iron level and serum copper,malondialdehyde level in serum and erythrocytes in pregnant women supplemented with ***:Iron supplement at 20 and 30 weeks of pregnancy plays a role in the development of oxidative stress which is the origin of several maternal-fetal complications.

Identifying tree locations is a basic step in the derivation of other tree parameters using remote sensing techniques, particularly when using airborne laser scanning. There are several techniques for identifying tree positions. In this paper, we present a raster-based method for determining tree position and delineating crown coverage. We collected data from nine research plots that supported different mixes of species. We applied a raster-based method to raster layers with six different spatial resolutions and used terrestrial measurement data as reference data. Tree identification at a spatial resolution of 1.5 m was demonstrated to be the most accurate, with an average identification ratio (IR) of 95% and average detection ratio of 68% being observed. At a higher spatial resolution of 0.5 m, IR was overestimated by more than 600%. At a lower spatial resolution of 3 m, IR was underestimated at less than 44% of terrestrial measurements. The inventory process was timed to enable evaluation of the time efficiency of automatic methods.
