Cotton is one of the important cash crops and a fiber crop most widely grown and the highest yielding as well. Cotton fiber is woven to be the fabrics commonly used in our daily life due to its excellent performance and great production in the world, especially in China. To access to such high quantities must ensure the requirements of materials such as nutrients for plant growth and take care of the smallest details to make the production cost less, to improve the utilization efficiency, such as nitrogen (N) fertilizer. Hence, N fertilization studies are not only about the dosages, timing and ratio, but also the uptake processes by the plant, N effect on cotton yield and its formation, as well as the movement and metabolism within the plant. As economic and ecological issues are concerned, economizing N fertilization is paid more and more attention. many approaches have been done and suggested in order to improve NUE like combine the plant sensing techniques and precision application. Simulations and recent field trials demonstrate that site-specific nitrogen management helped reduce technological constraints to higher AE achievement, profit and more sustainable N management. Therefore, improving nitrogen use efficiency (NUE) is one of the key points to ensure cotton production development sustainable. In this review, we try to highlight the accomplishments of N effect on cotton growth and yield, NUE and factors related to NUE in cotton production based on the current knowledge, and from our viewpoint we propose some possible approaches to improve NUE through N managements in terms of application splits, rates, and timing.

Online reviews regarding purchasing services or products offered are the main source of users’*** gain fame or profit,generally,spam reviews are written to demote or promote certain targeted products or *** practice is called review *** the last few years,various techniques have been recommended to solve the problem of spam *** spam detection study focuses on English reviews,with a lesser interest in other *** review detection in Arabic online sources is an innovative topic despite the vast amount of data ***,this study develops an Automated Spam Review Detection using optimal Stacked Gated Recurrent Unit(SRD-OSGRU)on Arabic Opinion *** presented SRD-OSGRU model mainly intends to classify Arabic reviews into two classes:spam and ***,the presented SRD-OSGRU model follows different levels of data preprocessing to convert the actual review data into a compatible ***,unigram and bigram feature extractors are *** SGRU model is employed in this study to identify and classify Arabic spam *** the trial-and-error adjustment of hyperparameters is a tedious process,a white shark optimizer(WSO)is utilized,boosting the detection efficiency of the SGRU *** experimental validation of the SRD-OSGRU model is assessed under two datasets,namely DOSC *** extensive comparison study pointed out the enhanced performance of the SRD-OSGRU model over other recent approaches.

Entanglement and Quantum Discord of Two moving Atoms

In this paper we discuss two measures for the quantumness of correlations (quantum discord and entanglement) of two isolated moving atoms which are initially in Werner state. We compare and analyze the effect of the atomic motion in quantum discord and entanglement. The results show that the atomic motion related to the field mode structure parameter can make the entanglement and quantum discord evolve periodically. The results also indicate that the entanglement suddenly disappears during the evaluation but quantum discord remains non zero, so quantum discord is considered as indicator of disentanglement.

Osteoarthritis(OA)has been defined as a chronic inflammatory joint disease characterized by progressive articular cartilage *** growing interest in regenerative medicine,using cell therapy and tissue engineering,where cellular components in combination with engineered scaffolds and bioactive materials were used to induce functional tissue *** the present study,nanofibrous scaffold based on chitosan(CS)/poly(vinyl alcohol)(PVA)were used to develop biologically functionalized biomaterial to mimic the extracellular matrix,allowing the human adipose tissue derived mesenchymal stem cells(ADSCs)to proliferate and differentiate to chondrogenic *** morphology of the nanofibrous mat was examined using field emission scanning electron microscope(FE/SEm).The characteristic functional groups and the nature of the chemical bonds between atoms were evaluated using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)*** of the seeded cells was morphologically evaluated by scanning electron microscopy and by flow cytometry for the expression of the stem cell surface *** differentiation potential was verified after chondrogenic induction by analyzing the expression of chondrogenic marker genes using real-time(RT PCR).Current study suggest significant potential for the use of ADSCs with the nanofibrous scaffolds in improving the osteoarthritis pathology.

We report a fabrication technology for 3D air-core inductors for small footprint and very-high-frequency power *** process is scalable and highly generic for fabricating inductors with a wide range of geometries and core *** demonstrate spiral,solenoid,and toroidal inductors,a toroidal transformer and inductor with advanced geometries that cannot be produced by wire winding *** inductors are embedded in a silicon substrate and consist of through-silicon vias and suspended *** inductors fabricated with 20 and 25 turns and 280-350μm heights on 4-16 mm2 footprints have an inductance from 34.2 to 44.6 nH and a quality factor from 10 to 13 at frequencies ranging from 30 to 72 *** air-core inductors show threefold lower parasitic capacitance and up to a 140% higher-quality factor and a 230% higher-operation frequency than silicon-core inductors.A 33 mHz boost converter mounted with an air-core toroidal inductor achieves an efficiency of 68.2%,which is better than converters mounted with a Si-core inductor(64.1%).Our inductors show good thermal cycling stability,and they are mechanically stable after vibration and 2-m-drop tests.

One-pot chemical activation and pyrolysis process was developed for biochar production from red macroalgae residue of Gelidium *** macroalgae residue was activated by various catalysts(KOH,NaOH,H_(3)PO_(4),and CH_(4)ON_(2))with the two concentrations(2.5 wt%and 5 wt%)using a pulverization system followed by slow pyrolysis at 500℃.The activated biochars showed a porous morphology with an increase of water holding capacity compared to the unactivated *** properties of activated biochar observed by further characterization(i.e.,FTIR,SEm,TGA)revealed their feasibility to be used as an *** results of adsorption experiment confirmed that adsorption was dependent not only on the surface area but also on the surface charge,and functional *** sorption performance of activated biochars(AcBC),in terms of the adsorption of methylene blue,was comparable to commercial activated charcoal(Norit^(■)).NaOH(2.5 wt%)-activated biochar had the removal efficiency of 87%versus 97%for commercial activated charcoal.

In the phloem cap region o i Arabidopsis plants,sulfur-rich cells(S-cells)accumulate>100 mm glucosinolates(GLS),but are biosynthetically *** source and route of S-cell-bound GLS remain *** this study,using single-cell sampling and scanning electron microscopy with energy-dispersive X-ray analysis we show that two GLS importers,NPF2.10/GTR1 and NPF2.11/GTR2,are critical for GLS accumulation in S-cells,although they are not localized in the *** of GLS levels in S-cells in multiple combinations of homo-and heterografts o lg t r l gtr2,biosynthetic null mutant and wild-type plants indicate that S-cells accumulate GLS via symplasmic connections either directly from neighboring biosynthetic cells or indirectly to non-neighboring cells expressing GTR1/*** sources and transport routes exist for different types of GLS,and vary depending on the position of S-cells in the inflorescence *** on these findings,we propose a model illustrating the GLS transport routes either directly from biosynthetic cells or via GTR-mediated import from apoplastic space radially into a symplasmic domain,wherein the S-cells are the ultimate ***,we observed accumulation of the cyanogenic glucoside defensive compounds in high-turgor cells in the phloem cap of Lotus japonicus,suggesting that storage of defensive compounds in high-turgor cells may be a general mechanism for chemical protection of the phloem cap.
