OBJECTIVE:To investigate the efficacy of Fig fruit powder and olive on hepatic,renal and splenic injury induced by 2-nitropropane(2-NP)in mice,especially if they were used in ***:A total of 40 adult BalB/c male mice weighting 25-30 g/*** were categorized into five groups(8 each).Group 1 as negative *** 2 as positive control group intraperitoneally injected with 2-NP(100 mg/kg b.w.)3 times/weekly for eight *** 3 injected with 2-NP and were orally supplemented with Fig(300 mg/kg).Group 4 injected with 2-NP and were orally supplemented with olive(100 mg/kg).Group 5 injected with 2-NP and were orally supplemented with mixture of Fig and olive(3∶1 respectively).REsULTs:Histopathological observation of liver in mice treated with 2-NP showed cellular degeneration,pyknosis,and congestion of the portal *** kidney there were disorganization of the cortical tissues,cellular necrosis and plenty of inflammatory lymphocytic *** elevations in liver function parameters.alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase),m RNA expression levels of tumor necrosis factor-α,nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate oxidase and cyclooxygenase were detected as anti-inflammatory markers and 5-lipoxygenase,interleukin-1βand interleukin-6 as inflammatory biomarkers for liver and spleen,also significant elevations was detected in lipid peroxidation *** levels of antioxidants,glutathione,glutathione peroxidase,catalase and superoxide dismutase were significantly ***:our findings indicated that Fig fruit powder and olive protected against hepatic,renal and splenic injury induced with 2-NP in mice,especially if they were used in combination.

Can Ginger (<i>Zingiber officinale</i>) Aqueous Crude Extract Induce Apoptotic Pathways in Drug-Resistance Acute Myeloid Leukemia: <i>In Vitro</i>study?

While chemotherapy remains to be one of the main using approaches in the clinical treatment of acute myeloid leukemia (AML), multidrug resistance (MDR) is considered the major obstacle that limits the therapeutic efficacy. Nowadays, Herbal therapy as an adjuvant therapy has been used for many health problems. Ginger (Zingiber officinale) is considering one of the promising herbal spices showing high therapeutic and preventive effects against many disorders specially cancer. In the current work, we focused on the role of ginger crude extract in fighting drug resistant AML. MTT assay showed a significant decrease in cell viability and clear cytotoxic effect on HL60/ADR and HL60 cell under the high concentrations (100 and 1000 μg/Ml) of ginger extract. The flow cytometry results showed a significant apoptotic cell death by ginger in HL60 and ADR/Hl60 and also confirmed by immunostaining of nucleus by DAPI which showed apoptotic nuclei. Our data clearly declared that the high concentration of ginger extract is promising anticancer drug by induction of apoptotic cell death in HL60/ADR cells especially in drug resistant AML.

Objective:To investigate the protective role of Cardiospermum halicacabum(***) leaf extract on glycoprotein metabolism in streptozotocin(sTZ)-induced diabetic ***: Diabetes was induced in male albino Wistar rats by intraperitonial administration of *** *** leaf extract(CHE) was administered orally to normal and sTZ-diabetic rats for 45 *** effects of *** leaf extract(CHE) on plasma and tissue glycoproteins (hexose,hexosamine,fucose and s.alic acid) were ***:The levels of plasma and tissues glycoproteins containing hexose,hexosamine and fucose were significantly increased in sTZ-induced diabetic *** addition,the level of s.alic acid significantly increased in plasma and liver while decreased in kidney of sTZ-induced diabetic *** administration of CHE to diabetic rats,the metabolic alteration of glycoprotein reverted towards normal levels. Conclusions:The present study indicates that the CHE possesses a protective effect on abnormal glycoprotein metabolism in addition to its antihyperglycemic activity.

An Efficient Cyber security and Intrusion Detection system Using CRsR with PXORP-ECC and LTH-CNN

Intrusion Detection system(IDs)is a network security mechanism that analyses.all users’and applications’traffic and detects.alicious activities in *** existing IDsmethods suffer fromlower accuracy and lack the required level of security to prevent sophisticated *** problem can result in the system being vulnerable to attacks,which can lead to the loss of sensitive data and potential system ***,this paper proposes an Intrusion Detection system using Logistic Tanh-based Convolutional Neural Network Classification(LTH-CNN).Here,the Correlation Coefficient based Mayfly Optimization(CC-MA)algorithm is used to extract the input characteristics for the IDs from the input ***,the optimized features are utilized by the LTH-CNN,which returns the attacked and non-attacked *** that,the attacked data is stored in the log file and non-attacked data is mapped to the cyber security and data security *** prevent the system from cyber-attack,the source and Destination IP address is converted into a complex binary format named 1’s Complement Reverse shift Right(CRsR),where,in the data security phase the sensed data is converted into an encrypted format using senders Public key Exclusive OR Receivers Public Key-Elliptic Curve Cryptography(PXORP-ECC)algorithm to improve the data *** security Laboratory-Knowledge Discovery inDatabases(NsLKDD)dataset and real-time sensor are used to train and evaluate the proposed *** suggested model is evaluated based on accuracy,sensitivity,and specificity,which outperformed the existing IDs methods,according to the results of the experiments.

The recent advancements in vision technology have had a significant impact on our ability to identify multiple objects and understand complex *** technologies,such as augmented reality-driven scene integration,robotic navigation,autonomous driving,and guided tour systems,heavily rely on this type of scene *** paper presents a novel segmentation approach based on the UNet network model,aimed at recognizing multiple objects within an *** methodology begins with the acquisition and preprocessing of the image,followed by segmentation using the fine-tuned UNet ***,we use an annotation tool to accurately label the segmented *** labeling,significant features are extracted from these segmented objects,encompassing KAZE(Accelerated segmentation and Extraction)features,energy-based edge detection,frequency-based,and blob *** the classification stage,a convolution neural network(CNN)is *** comprehensive methodology demonstrates a robust framework for achieving accurate and efficient recognition of multiple objects in *** experimental results,which include complex object datasets like MsRC-v2 and PAs.al-VOC12,have been *** analyzing the experimental results,it was found that the PAs.al-VOC12 dataset achieved an accuracy rate of 95%,while the MsRC-v2 dataset achieved an accuracy of 89%.The evaluation performed on these diverse datasets highlights a notably impressive level of performance.

Object segmentation and recognition is an imperative area of computer vision andmachine learning that identifies and separates individual objects within an image or video and determines classes or categories based on their *** proposed system presents a distinctive approach to object segmentation and recognition using Artificial Neural Networks(ANNs).The system takes RGB images as input and uses a k-means clustering-based segmentation technique to fragment the intended parts of the images into different regions and label thembased on their ***,two distinct kinds of features are obtained from the segmented images to help identify the objects of *** Artificial Neural Network(ANN)is then used to recognize the objects based on their *** were carried out with three standard datasets,MsRC,Ms COCO,and Caltech 101 which are extensively used in object recognition research,to measure the productivity of the suggested *** findings from the experiment support the suggested system’s validity,as it achieved class recognition accuracies of 89%,83%,and 90.30% on the MsRC,Ms COCO,and Caltech 101 datasets,respectively.

Intelligent vehicle tracking and detection are crucial tasks in the realm of highway ***,vehicles come in a range of sizes,which is challenging to detect,affecting the traffic monitoring system’s overall *** learning is considered to be an efficient method for object detection in vision-based *** this paper,we proposed a vision-based vehicle detection and tracking system based on a You Look Only Once version 5(YOLOv5)detector combined with a segmentation *** model consists of six *** the first step,all the extracted traffic sequence images are subjected to pre-processing to remove noise and enhance the contrast level of the *** pre-processed images are segmented by labelling each pixel to extract the uniform regions to aid the detection phase.A single-stage detector YOLOv5 is used to detect and locate vehicles in *** detection was exposed to speeded Up Robust Feature(sURF)feature extraction to track multiple *** on this,a unique number is assigned to each vehicle to easily locate them in the succeeding image frames by extracting them using the feature-matching ***,we implemented a Kalman filter to track multiple *** the end,the vehicle path is estimated by using the centroid points of the rectangular bounding box predicted by the tracking *** experimental results and comparison reveal that our proposed vehicle detection and tracking system outperformed other state-of-the-art *** proposed implemented system provided 94.1%detection precision for Roundabout and 96.1%detection precision for Vehicle Aerial Imaging from Drone(VAID)datasets,respectively.
