We study stable and strongly stable matchings in the marriage market with indifference in their preferences.We characterize the stable matchings as integer extreme points of a convex polytope.We give an alternative proof for the integrity of the strongly stable matching polytope.Also,we compute men-optimal(women-optimal)stable and strongly stable matchings using linear programming.When preferences are strict,we find the men-optimal(women-optimal)stable matching.

Cardiovascular diseases(CVDs)are the main cause of morbidity and mortality in Western society and present an important agerelated risk.With the constant rise in life expectancy,prevalence ofCVD in the population will likely increase further.New therapies,especially in the elderly,are needed to combat CVD.This review is focused on the role of long noncoding RNA(IncRNA)in CVD.RNA sequencing experiments in the past decade showed that most RNA does not code for protein,but many RNAs function as ncRNA.Here,we summarize the recent findings of IncRNA regulation in the diseased heart.The potential use of these RNAs as biomarkers of cardiac disease prediction is also discussed.

We study from a numerical point of view a multidimensional problem involving a viscoelastic body with two porous structures.The mechanical problem leads to a linear system of three coupled hyperbolic partial differential equations.Its corresponding variational formulation gives rise to three coupled parabolic linear equations.An existence and uniqueness result,and an energy decay property,are recalled.Then,fully discrete approximations are introduced using the finite element method and the implicit Euler scheme.A discrete stability property and a priori error estimates are proved,from which the linear convergence of the algorithm is derived under suitable additional regularity conditions.Finally,some numerical simulations are performed in one and two dimensions to show the accuracy of the approximation and the behaviour of the solution.

The ability of plants to safely retain seeds in the mother plant is an adaptive mechanism described in many desert plants.However,research about delayed seed dispersal species in the desert of the United Arab Emirates(UAE)is lacking.This study aims to identify these delayed seed dispersal species and assess the relationships of the presence of delayed seed dispersal with plant growth form,habit,spatial dispersal,antitelechoric mechanism,and seed release time.The relationships between the presence of delayed seed dispersal and the above studied traits were assessed by using the Pearson Chi-square test and Nonlinear Principal Components Analysis(NLPCA).Results showed that a total of 46 delayed seed dispersal species were recorded(15.0%of 307 studied species)and the highest incidence occurred in the Fabaceae family(17.4%).Delayed seed dispersal species were predominantly perennial plants(73.9%)with spatial restricted dispersal(67.4%),which released seed in the dry season(45.7%).The dominant groups of delayed seed dispersal species were persistent fruits species and synaptospermy(28.3%).All graminoids showed persistent lignified fruits,while prostrate annuals were basicarpic species with myxospermy.Sandy habitats had the highest number of delayed seed dispersal species(54.3%),whereas salt flats had the lowest(23.9%).In the desert of the UAE,delayed seed dispersal species spread seeds until the end of the dry and windy season,thus breaking seed dormancy at this time and ensuring seed germination in the next arrival of the rainy season.This morphological and ecological adaptation of delayed dispersal species is essential to the survival and sustainable development of vegetation in desert environments.

本文致力于分析中国工会现状、角色及其相关举措。本文着力于分析两类不同工作人员:建筑工地上的外来务工人员以及就职于科技公司的办公室上班族。鉴于此两类工作人员作为劳动市场上两极化的区块地位,比较来源于此两个组别的相关结果非常有意义。驱使我选择这一主题作为硕士毕业论文研究课题的主要原因是关于业已存在的中国工会结构的一系列讨论,当与其他国家(尤其是西方国家)的工会比较时,二者之间的差异尤其巨大且明显。中国的工会主要职能在于与政府协作,建立并维持参与雇佣劳动关系各方之间的良好关系---这一特征已被广泛讨论,其争论点主要在于,如果工会依赖于政府,工会成员的利益是否能被此种形态代表并实现?在完成相关研究后,我们可以发现,针对中国现阶段国情,工会与政府合作共生这一模式被证明是更加有效率的。并且,工会对劳动市场所产生的影响及其有利结果无疑是被低估了的。此文另一目的在于记录中国工会发生的积极变革,展现其在改善工作环境、稳定雇佣关系及提高工人生活水准等方面做出的贡献。对任何社会来说,工会在平衡雇佣关系中各方利益及稳定劳动力市场方面都有非常重要的作用,然而在中国,这一领域现阶段重要的特征之一就是劳动市场各要素的瞬息万变。因此,工会尝试各种创新及调整自身角色的一系列行为也都显得合情合理,并且确立其社会角色也是工会工作进程中的关键环节,其重要性不应被劳动市场中的各方低估。在此议题中,本文讨论了工会应如何深化其角色及工会向更加全社会导向的方向转变,而不是仅仅聚焦于提高待遇等方面。此外,工会不应仅仅存在于工厂/单位中。此前由于种种因素被忽略的另外一个群体---办公室上班族正在成为劳动力市场的主流,而工会也应着力于为此群体发声,例如私企员工。此项研究取材于于调研上海这样一个集多文化熔炉及金融中心职能于一体的大都市的工人群体。研究过程主要采取面对面采访的形式,获取劳动者们对于工会作用及存在怎样问题的相关观点。通过着一些列信息,我们可以客观地评估工会是否发挥了其职能帮助了劳动者;如果没有,哪些方面可以针对性地进行提高。工会作为劳动力市场双方“传译者”的角色非常重要,劳动者们对于工会的观点对于工会的发展意义重大。如果劳动者失去了对工会的信任,则其所有努力都会付诸东流。本文用一整张的篇幅讨论工会对于工人生活的各方面应有的贡献。就外来务工人员而言,文化生活是这一群体在工作地点及日常工作外的主要需求。外来务工人员缺乏必要的文化生活在某些情况下可能导致外来务工群体遭受歧视的境遇,并带来之后更大的一系列问题,如社会割裂加剧。除此以外,外来务工人员在工作内遇到的最大问题之一是薪水的拖欠。针对这个问题,政府及工会投入了诸多精力,并大大减少了这一现象存在。谈到办公室上班族群体,访谈结果展现给了我们一副完全不同的图景。上班族们通常更担忧健康问题,而非其薪水报酬。他们的工作环境导致了不断增长的健康问题及相关讨论;此外,不良的生活习惯及缺乏锻炼使这一情况更加糟糕。除此以外,上班族群体表现出了对企业福利的更大需求,最重要的是,他们寄希望于工会采取行动帮助其争取此类福利。这个议题与其说是存在的问题,不如说是一个业已存在的、工会组织可以利用来切实帮助并更接近这一群体的机会。研究表明,工会在协助这一群体上并不活跃。上班族群体在需要帮助时会主动寻求工会的帮助,工会组织也做出了相应的回应,给予了这一群体客观的帮助,但是问题在于,在绝大多数案例中都是上班族群体主动寻求工会的援助,而工会很少主动试图了解这一群体的需求并提供援助。研究表明,工会做出了大量努力确保劳动者的权利得到尊重,但是其在推进外来务工人员文化生活提高及解决上班族群体健康问题等议题上的努力并不足够。在相应章节中,本文提出了几条建议,可作为提高改进工会工作的参考意见。除通过面谈获得的相关数据信息外,其他间接信息源包括近期与工会及劳动者权益相关的新闻和学术研究论文。鉴于近期这一领域研究的不足,本文的一个重要目的在于展现当今这一领域的情况。为此,对近期活动的分析占据了本文相当大的篇幅。本文分析了中国工会的真实现状,并记录了近期的一系列变动,因此,本文对于相关领域研究存在着相当可观的潜在贡献。特别是在过去8年,中国的情况发生了巨大的改变。虽然在其他国家也许不同,但近年来的巨大变革使得中国面临着诸多新问题。本文可以被作为一个工具,用来分析全新的形势,以及工会在这样形势下的建设性新角色,尤其是与固有角色的对比。希望此文能对之后涉及此课题的学术研究讨论作出积极贡献。当今社会,工会在各方面变得日益多元化,大众对雇佣双方关系的认知也从固有的“对抗”观念(更关注于雇佣关系双方消极、对抗的一面)向更加积极的方向转变---对双方关系的积极发展吸引更多关注,并对更具成果的对话产生更有信心。工会在当今社会创造了更多涉及社会整体的计划,而非像过去一样仅仅聚焦于劳资双方的冲突以及劳动者群体及其家庭本身。

For the marriage model with indifferences,we define an equivalence relation over the stable matching set.We identify a sufficient condition,the closing property,under which we can extend results of the classical model(without indifferences)to the equivalence classes of the stable matching set.This condition allows us to extend the lattice structure over classes of equivalences and the rural hospital theorem.

Respiratory pathogens kill more people than any other infectious agent each year worldwide.Development of novel,economically friendly,sustainable,and highly efficient materials against viruses is a major challenge.Herein,we describe a nanostructured material composed of very small crystalline phosphate copper nanoparticles synthesized using a new biohybrid technology that employs a biological agent for its formation at room temperature in aqueous media.The evaluation of different enzymes in the final preparation of the nanomaterial or even in synthetic methods was performed.Biochemical characterization revealed the formation of Cu species in the protein network.The best biomaterial synthesized using a lipase called BioCuNPs showed excellent inhibition capacity against functional proteins of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2);for example,assent 3-chymotrypsin like protease(3CLpro)complete inhibition was achieved by using 5µg/mL,or acetone(ACE)–spike protein interaction was inhibited by more than 80%in the presence of 400µg/mL of BioCuNPs.Taking these in vitro results into account,an efficacy analysis against human coronavirus 229E(HCoV-E229)coronavirus was performed.A virus reduction of 99%was obtained in 5 min.Additionally,SARS-CoV-2 virus was tested to demonstrate high efficiency,with>99%inhibition in 15 min using 500 microgram of material.To determine the wide applicability of this nanohybrid against viruses,an evaluation was carried out against a non-enveloped virus such as Human Rhinovirus(HRV-14),obtaining a virus reduction of 99.9%in 5 min.Finally,the virucidal capacity against different bacteriophages was also evaluated,obtaining an excellent inhibition effect against PhageΦX174(99.999%reduction in 5 min).
