The polyoxoanion incorporated {Mn（CO）3^＋} complex, （n-Bu4N）2[Mo6O16（OCH3）2{HOCH2C（CH2O）3}2·{Mn（CO）3}2]（1）, has been synthesized by the reaction of （n-Bu4N）4[Mo8O26] with Mn（CO）5Br in methanol, in the presence of C（CH2OH）4. The complex 1 has been characterized by IR, UV-Vis, X-ray single crystal diffraction, and TG. Crystal data for the complex 1：C25H48MnMo3NO16 （1）, Triclinic Pi, a=0.9405（3） nm, b=1.3351（4） nm, c=1.5455（4） nm, α=103.206（5）°, β=102.165（5）°, γ=100.784（5）°, V=1.7896（9） nm^3, Z=2, R1=0.0703, wR2= 0.1495. The structure analysis of complex 1 shows that the complex consists of two tetrabutylammonium cations and a polyoxomolybdate anion that incorporates two fac-Mn（CO）3^＋ units. The anion of complex 1 can be considered as the dimer of two rhomb-like anions by sharing of two comers.

目的探究程序性坏死通路在勃起功能障碍(ED)大鼠睾丸组织损伤中的作用及西地那非干预的机制。方法用高脂饲料喂养的方法建立ED大鼠模型,将其随机分为模型组、实验组、白细胞介素18组和实验+白细胞介素18组;另随机取10只大鼠为正常对照组。实验组灌胃20 mg·kg^(-1)西地那非;白细胞介素18组腹腔注射0.2μg·kg^(-1)白细胞介素18重组蛋白;实验组+白细胞介素18组灌胃20 mg·kg^(-1)西地那非、腹腔注射0.2μg·kg^(-1)白细胞介素18重组蛋白;正常对照组和模型组均灌胃等量0.9%NaCl和腹腔注射等量0.9%NaCl;实验组腹腔注射等量0.9%NaCl,白细胞介素18组灌胃等量0.9%NaCl,5组大鼠每天定时给药1次,连续给药14 d。用逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-qPCR)和蛋白质印迹法检测大鼠睾丸组织中程序性坏死关键因子受体相互作用蛋白激酶1(RIP1)、受体相互作用蛋白激酶3(RIP3)、混合谱系激酶结构域样蛋白(MLKL)和钙离子-钙调蛋白依赖性蛋白激酶Ⅱ(CaMKⅡ)的表达。结果正常对照组、模型组、实验组、白细胞介素18组和实验+白细胞介素18组RIP1蛋白相对表达水平分别为0.58±0.05、0.99±0.09、0.71±0.05、1.23±0.07和0.81±0.07,RIP3蛋白相对表达水平分别为0.61±0.05、1.05±0.10、0.77±0.04、1.19±0.07和0.84±0.08,MLKL蛋白相对表达水平分别为0.63±0.05、1.13±0.08、0.79±0.05、1.30±0.02和1.00±0.04,CaMKⅡ蛋白相对表达水平分别为0.54±0.04、1.12±0.07、0.77±0.05、1.36±0.04和1.00±0.07;上述指标,模型组与正常对照组比较,实验组与模型组比较,白细胞介素18组与模型组比较,实验+白细胞介素18组与白细胞介素18组比较,在统计学上差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论RIP1/RIP3介导的程序性坏死通路在ED大鼠睾丸损伤中发挥多重调控作用,西地那非可能通过抑制上述程序性坏死信号通路,改善大鼠睾丸功能。

Density functional theory(DFT)was utilized to simulate the reactions occurred in the mixture solution of cysteine and Hg(II)ions with the ratio\*** result shows that Hg ions will coordinate to cysteine by the thiol groups with the form of S–Hg2and S–Hg3,and moreover,the content of free Hg ions can only be reduced by these two ***-plays an important role in the growth of b-HgS,because its nucleophilic substitution reaction supplies plenty of Hg–S–Hg radicals,which will be adsorbed onto the surface of liquid mercury ball and form the precursor of b-HgS(111)*** valent bonds adsorption of Hg–S–Hg radicals onto the surface of Hg ball has more adsorption energy(-32.768 kcal mol-1)than that of two valent bond adsorption(-20.882 kcalmol-1).Hg balls will stop growing after completely covered with Hg–S–Hg radicals and their size will be *** growth direction of b-HgS is parallel to the‘‘repelling’’force,that is[111]direction in b-HgS *** calculated results are in good agreement with the experimental observations,demonstrating that the DFT method can be taken as a very useful tool to interpret the solution reactions that cannot be solved by conventional methods.

The aim of the present work was to produce a polyaluminium ferric silicate chloride （PAFSiC） coagulant from acidic and alkaline wastewater of purifying graphite by roasting, and subsequently to evaluate coagulation efficiency of the reagent by treating surface water from the Yellow River as well as municipal wastewater in comparison with the conventional coagulant polyaluminium chloride （PAC）. The PAFSiC coagulant was prepared by co-polymerization. The effects of （Al＋Fe）/Si molar ratio, OH/（Al＋Fe） molar ratio （i.e., γ value）, coagulant dosage and pH value of test suspension on the coagulation behavior of FAFSiC and the stability of the PAFSiC were also examined. Results showed that PAFSiC performed more efficiently than PAC in removing turbidity, chemical oxygen demand （COD）, and total phosphate （TP）. The PAFSiC with a γ value of 2.0 and （Al＋Fe）/Si ratio of 5 （PAFSiC 2.0/5） showed excellent coagulation effect for both turbidity and COD, while PAFSiC 1.0/5 was the best for TP. The optimum coagulation pH range of PAFSiC 2.0/5 was 5.0–9.0, slightly wider than that of PAC （6.0–8.0）. The process can be easily incorporated into high-purity graphite production plants, thereby reducing wastewater pollution and producing a valuable coagulant.

The difference in the electrochemical behavior of hydroquinone and pyrocatechol at platinum and gold surfaces was analyzed using voltammetry and attenuated total reflection Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. The results show that the hydroquinone derivatives are adsorbed on a gold surface with vertical orientation, which makes the electron transfer between the bulk species and the electrode surface easier than that in the case of flat adsorption of hydroquinone derivatives that occurs at a platinum electrode. The formation of the vertical conformation and the rapid process of electron transfer were also confirmed by quantum chemistry calculations. In addition, the pre-adsorbed iodine on the electrodes played a key role on the adsorbed configuration and electron transfer of redox species.

The issues of hydrogen generation and storage have hindered the widespread use and commercialization of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles. It is thus highly attractive, but the design and development of highly active non-noble-metal catalysts for on-demand hydrogen release from alkaline NaBH4 solution under mild conditions remains a key challenge. Herein, we describe the use of CoP nanowire array integrated on a Ti mesh （CoP NA/Ti） as a three-dimensional （3D） monolithic catalyst for efficient hydrolytic dehydrogenation of NaBH4 in basic solutions. The CoP NAFFi works as an on/off switch for on-demand hydrogen generation at a rate of 6,500 mL/（min.g） and a low activation energy of 41 kJ/mol. It is highly robust for repeated usage after recycling, without sacrificing catalytic performance. Remarkably, this catalyst also performs efficiently for the hydrolysis of NH3BH3.

In view of rich potassium resources and their working potential,potassium-ion batteries(PIBs)are deemed as next generation rechargeable *** to carbon materials with the preponderance of durability and economic price,they are widely employed in PIBs anode ***,porosity design and heteroatom doping as efficacious improvement strategies have been applied to the structural design of carbon materials to improve their electrochemical ***,nitrogen-doped mesoporous carbon spheres(MCS)are synthesized by a facile hard template *** MCS demonstrate larger interlayer spacing in a short range,high specific surface area,abundant mesoporous structures and active sites,enhancing K-ion migration and ***,we screen out the pyrolysis temperature of 900°C and the pore diameter of 7 nm as optimized conditions for MCS to improve *** detail,the optimized MCS-7-900 electrode achieves high rate capacity(107.9 mAh g^(−1) at 5000 mA g^(−1))and stably brings about 3600 cycles at 1000 mA g^(−1).According to electrochemical kinetic analysis,the capacitive-controlled effects play dominant roles in total storage ***,the full-cell equipped MCS-7-900 as anode is successfully constructed to evaluate the practicality of MCS.

A 1440bp open-reading frame encoding D-hydantoinase from Pseudomonas putida YZ-26 was cloned and sequenced（ GenBank AY387829）. The DNA fragment was inserted into Nde and BamHI sites of vector pET-3a, yielding a recombinant plasmid, pET-HDT. After being transferred into the host strain, the artificial strain, pET-HDT/ E. coli BL21 can express the D-hydantoinase as the soluble form in the Lura-Bertani medium without addition of any inducers. The activity of the enzyme toward substrate DL-hydantoin can reach 3000-4000 IU per cells from one-liter bacterial culture incubated at 30 ℃ for 10-12 h. By the comparison of amino acid sequence homology, hydrophobic residues analysis and secondary structure prediction, it was found that D-hydantoinase reported herein is quite similar to that from Pseudomonas putdia CCRC12857, and alike to that from Pseudomonas putdia DSM84 or other bacteria. A rapid and efficient purification procedure of the enzyme was performed by a three-step procedure： ammonium sulfate fractionation, phenyl Sepharose hydrophobic interaction chromatography and Sephacryl S-200 gel filtration. The molecular mass of the monomeric enzyme is 52042 Da as determined by MALDI-TOF mass spectrometry.

A study on the catalytic performance of carbide slag in transesterification and the calculation of kinetic parameters

The catalytic performance of carbide slag in transesterification is investigated and the reaction kinetic parameters are calculated. After being activated at 650℃, calcium compounds of carbonate and hydroxide in the carbide slag are mainly transformed into calcium oxide. The activated carbide slag utilized as the transesterification catalyst is characterized by X-ray diffraction （XRD）, attenuated total reflectance-Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy （ATR-FTIR）, nitrogen adsorption-desorption and the Hammett indicator method. Compared with the carbide slag activated at 700 and 800℃, the largest surface area of 22.63 m2g^-1, the smallest particle size of 265.12 nm and the highest catalytic efficiency of the carbide slag activated at 650℃ guarantee its capacity in catalyzing transesterification. Then, the influences of activated temperature （Ta）, molar ratio of methanol to oil （γ）, catalyst added amount （ζ）, reaction temperature （Tr） and reaction time （τ） on the catalytic performance are investi- gated. Under the optimal transesterification condition of Ta=650℃, γ=15, ζ=3%, Tr=60℃ and τ=-110 rain, the catalytic efficiency of 92.98% can be achieved. Finally, the kinetic parameters of transesterification catalyzed by the activated carbide slag are calculated, where activation energy （E） is 68.45 kJ mol^-1 and pre-exponential factor （k0） is 1.75×10^9 min^-1. The activated carbide slag shows better reused property than calcium hydroxide.
