胶囊形气膜结构风致气弹响应及风振系数研究

针对1/3矢跨比胶囊形气膜结构进行了气弹模型风洞试验,研究了结构的风致气弹响应变化规律,并给出了可供设计参考的风振系数。研究发现:结构平均变形呈迎风面凹陷,顶部隆起,横风向向外凸出的趋势,且这种变形趋势随着内压减小和风速增大越来越明显。0°风向角时的平均变形和振幅大于45°风向角时的平均变形和振幅大于90°风向角时的平均变形和振幅,结构合位移均值的极值出现在迎风面与顶面中心点;0°和45°风向角下,顶点竖向振幅>顺风向振幅>横风向振幅,结构以1阶模态振动为主;90°风向角下,顶点横风向振幅大于其他两个方向,结构以1阶和2阶模态叠加振动为主。各工况下结构的内压均有不同程度的减小。最后给出了考虑流固耦合效应的响应风振系数。

目的探究基于双能量CT(Dual-Energy CT,DECT)获取标准化碘浓度(Normalized Iodine Concentration,NIC)无创评估肝硬化患者肝功能分级的价值,并确定NIC最佳提取期相。方法前瞻性收集我院2022年5月至2023年10月行腹部DECT扫描患者,筛选经临床/病理诊断为肝硬化患者68例,同时选取健康对照患者25例。通过DECT扫描的门静脉期、3 min延时期获取碘值计算门静脉期NIC和延时期NIC,采用白蛋白-胆红素(Albumin-Bilirubin,ALBI)评分进行肝功能分级(ALBI 1级=25例;ALBI 2级=23例;ALBI 3级=20例)。使用Spearman相关性分析NIC与ALBI分级之间的相关性;KruskalWallis H检验比较各组间NIC的差异性;使用受试者工作特征(Receiver Operating Characteristic,ROC)曲线评估NIC鉴别不同ALBI分级的诊断效能,并计算其ROC曲线下面积(Area Under Curve,AUC)。结果门静脉期NIC与ALBI分级呈负相关(r=-0.83,P<0.01);延时期NIC与ALBI分级呈正相关(r=0.68,P<0.01);门静脉期NIC鉴别不同ALBI分级的AUC分别为0.84、0.83、0.82;延时期NIC鉴别不同ALBI分级的AUC分别为0.79、0.72、0.65,两期NIC联合后评估效能进一步提升。结论基于DECT获取的NIC能够作为评估肝硬化患者肝功能的可靠指标,门静脉期NIC评估肝功能效能优于延时期NIC;此外,两期NIC联合评估肝功能效果更佳。

Energy is introduced as an entanglement witness to describe the entanglement property of a quantum system. The thermal equilibrium system is guaranteed to be entangled when system is cooled down below the entanglement temperature TE. By virtue of this concept we exploit the minimum separable state energy and entanglement temperature TE of the bilinear-biquadratic antiferromagnetic spin-1 chain model. We numerically calculate TE for arbitrary values of the strength of biquadratic exchange interaction Q up to N=7. We find TE decreases with Q for fixed N when Q is between -3 and 1/3 （J = 1）. In this regime TE also decreases with N for fixed Q and varies slowly for large N. While the thermal system is always entangled when Q is smaller than -3.

Obesity has been reported to be associated withmany diseases. However, common obesity-inducedbiological processes have not been evaluated acrossthese diseases. We identified genes associated withobesity and obesity-related diseases, and used them toconstruct protein-protein interaction networks. We alsoanalyzed gene ontology （GO） in those genes over-lapping between obesity and disease. Our work iden-tifies gene modules common to obesity and obesity-related diseases, which can provide a basis for under-standing the process of how obesity induces disease.

In insects,20-hydroxyecdysone(20E)limits systemic growth by triggering developmental *** studies have shown that 20E-induced let-7 exhibits crosstalk with the cell ***,we examined the underlying molecular mechanisms and physiological functions of 20E-induced let-7 in the fat body,an organ for energy storage and nutrient mobilization which plays a critical role in the larval ***,the overexpression of let-7 decreased the body size and led to the reduction of both nucleolus and cell sizes in the larval fat *** contrast,the overexpression of let-7-Sponge increased the nucleolus and cell ***,we found that cdc7,encoding a conserved protein kinase that controls the endocycle,is a target of ***,the mutation of cdc7 in the fat body resulted in growth ***,our findings revealed a novel role of let-7 in the control of endoreduplication-related growth during larval-prepupal transition in Drosophila.

目的旨在分析肺癌合并肺结核(LC-PTB)患者的外周血蛋白组学特征,寻找其与肺癌(LC)患者的差异蛋白并对差异蛋白进行功能分析。方法研究共纳入8例LC-PTB患者和10例LC患者,LC均为经病理确诊且未接受任何治疗的初诊患者,PTB均为采样时结核杆菌病原性阳性。应用液相色谱-质谱串联技术对上述患者的外周血样本进行蛋白质组学检测,并评估其间的差异蛋白,进而通过生物信息学进行功能分析。结果两组共检测到5185种蛋白质,识别出190种差异蛋白,其中58种表达上调,132种表达下调。亚细胞定位分析显示,差异蛋白主要集中在细胞质、细胞核和细胞外基质。KEGG通路及GO分析进一步揭示了差异蛋白在免疫反应、新陈代谢和分泌调控等生物过程中的作用。蛋白质互作网络分析指出SORT1、SAR1B、RPS6KB1、VWF、SHC1、SRPRB、CTSD、TARDBP、RPLP0、PSMA2、RPS6、XPO1、PRKACB、HLA-DRB1等可能在LC-PTB发生发展中发挥重要作用。此外,ADA2、MAP3K1、GLS2等蛋白的表达变化也可能与LC-PTB的发展密切相关。结论蛋白组学图谱全面描述了LC-PTB的蛋白组学特征并发现众多表达差异蛋白,有望为LC-PTB生物学机制研究提供进一步的线索。

Chloroplast integration and expression vector containing expression cassettes for phbB, phbA, phbC and aadA genes was constructed and bombarded into the tobacco chloroplast genome. Transplastomic plants were analyzed with PCR and Southern blot. Their homoplastomy was also judged. Northern dot and RT-PCR analysis were employed to investigate transgene expression at transcriptional level. The results indicate that the chloroplast transformation system is compatible for poly-3-hydroxybutyrate (PHB) production.

With the rapid development of economy and the increase of people＇s living standards, functional foods are being gradually embraced by consumers and have a great growth potential. Rice is the main staple food in China. It plays an important role in promoting people＇s health and in improving public nutrition, and therefore there is an ever-increasing consumer demand for rice for its functional quality. This study introduces the concept of functional rice and summarizes the current research progress on this topic and the application of breeding strategies including traditional breeding, induced mutagenesis, molecular marker-assisted selection and transgenic engineering in the research of a new generation of functional rice that posses health benefits, therapeutic values, bioreactor properties, and other unique functions. We then point out the prospect of functional rice from the point of view of social development, germplasm innovation, breeding of functional rice by biological technology and the test of active material related functional rice. We conclude that developing and marketing of functional rice is becoming a subject of great importance for research and is to be the focus of research in future.
