一、改革背景习近平总书记到江西考察时赞美“庐山天下悠”,叮嘱要“做好治山理水、显山露水的文章”。2019年10月,江西省委、省政府启动新一轮庐山管理体制改革,印发《关于深化庐山管理体制改革的方案》,明确“一体化、集团化、专业化、市场化”改革目标,实行庐山市、庐山管理局“市局合一”管理体制,要求“统一管理、统一班子、统一机构、统一财政”。经过4 年多的努力,基本实现了庐山市(庐山管理局)一体化管理,初步完成集团化改革,正在推进专业化、市场化改革。

To make speech watermarking achieve both copyright protection and integrity verification, a novel multipurpose speech watermarking algorithm based on the multistage vector quantization （MSVQ） of linear prediction coefficients （LPCs） is presented in this article. The property of natural speech that the vector quantization （VQ） indices of the LPCs amongst neighboring frames tend to be very similar is utilized to embed the robust watermark in the indices of the first-stage VQ（VQ1）. Then, the semi-fragile watermark is embedded in the indices of the second-stage VQ（VQ2） with index constrained VQ encoding scheme. Both the robust watermark and the semi-fragile watermark can be extracted without host speech. Simulation results verify the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm in terms of robustness and semi-fragility.

Scheduling plays an important role in many different service industries. In this paper we provide an overview of some of the more important scheduling problems that appear in the various service industries. We focus on the formulations of such problems as well as on the techniques used for solving those problems. We consider five areas of scheduling in service industries, namely （i） project scheduling, （ii） workforce scheduling, （iii） timetabling, reservations, and appointments, （iv） transportation scheduling, and （v） scheduling in entertainment. The first two areas are fairly general and have applications in many different service industries. The third, fourth and fifth areas are more related to some very specific service industries, namely the hospitality and health care industries, the transportation industries （of passengers as well as of cargo）, and the entertainment industries. In our conclusion section we discuss the similarities and the differences between the problem formulations and solution techniques used in the various different industries and we also discuss the design of the decision support systems that have been developed for scheduling in the service industries.

目的探讨FibroTouch检测参数诊断非酒精性脂肪性肝炎(NASH)的效能。方法2022年3月~2023年3月我院诊治的149例非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)患者,均接受肝活检,使用FibroTouch行肝脏硬度检测(LSM)和受控衰减参数(CAP)。应用多因素Logistics回归分析影响NASH发生的因素,绘制受试者工作特征曲线(ROC)并计算曲线下面积(AUC),评估指标的诊断效能。结果经组织病理学检查,在本组149例NAFLD患者中,发现NASH患者45例(30.2%)和单纯性脂肪肝(SFL)患者104例(69.8%);NASH组体质指数(BMI)、γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)和低密度脂蛋白水平分别为(29.7±1.8)kg/m^(2)、(82.6±25.7)U/L、(107.4±10.5)U/L、(74.2±16.0)U/L、(65.6±11.1)U/L和(4.2±0.9)mmol/L,均显著高于SFL组【分别为(25.6±1.5)kg/m^(2)、(50.3±19.4)U/L、(82.5±8.5)U/L、(28.9±15.2)U/L、(21.2±12.4)U/L和(3.1±0.8)mmol/L,P<0.05】;NASH组CAP和LSM分别为(304.0±19.6)db/m和(13.1±2.1)kPa,均显著大于SFL组【分别为(263.9±15.4)db/m和(8.2±1.6)kPa,P<0.05】;多因素Logistics逐步回归分析显示CAP和LSM是NASH发生的独立影响因素(P<0.05);以CAP等于303.7 db/m和LSM等于12.9 kPa为截断点,其联合诊断NASH的AUC为0.901,敏感度为96.8%,特异度为82.5%。结论联合应用CAP和LSM在NAFLD人群中筛选NASH有很大的参考意义,可为临床处理提供重要的依据。

以功能化离子液体氢氧化1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑（[BMim]OH）为催化剂,由α-卤代物与亚磺酸钠盐通过偶联反应构建了β-酮砜和砜类化合物的绿色合成方法.在体积分数为50%的乙醇水溶液中反应2～6 h,以65%～99%的产率获得34种不同的β-酮砜和砜.此外,该反应可以放大至克级规模,并且[BMim]OH催化剂可以循环使用至少4次,产率无明显下降.机理研究表明,反应过程中催化量的[BMim]OH首先与苯亚磺酸根（PhSO2-）作用形成中间体1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑苯亚磺酸盐（[BMim][PhSO2]）,之后利用中间体硫负离子的强亲核性与α-溴代苯乙酮反应,从而促进该SN2反应的进行.此方法具有操作简便、产率高、官能团兼容性好、无需使用金属催化剂及对环境友好等优点.

Sandy-conglomerate reservoir has gradually become a major target of oil and gas *** diagenetic process and diagenetic fluid play a significant role in affecting reservoir *** cements form at various stages of the diagenesis process and record various geological fluid ***,one-billion-ton sandy conglomerate oil field was exposed in Triassic Baikouquan Formation,Mahu sag,Junggar ***,an integrated study applying casting thin sections,cathodeluminescence,fluorescence,carbon and oxygen stable isotopes,electronic probe microanalysis and aqueous fluid inclusions measurements was performed in order to identify the types of carbonate mineral and its representative diagenetic environment and discuss the influences of different CO_(2) injections on reservoir *** main findings are as follows:The reservoir is mainly composed of 70.33%conglomerate and 16.06%coarse-grained *** are characterized by low compositional maturity and abundant lithic *** types carbonate cements are identified according to the petrological and geochemical characteristics,including two types of Mn-rich calcite,ferroan calcite,siderite and *** display an unusual broad spectrum ofδ^(13)C values(-54.99‰to+8.8‰),suggesting both organic and inorganic CO_(2) *** δ^(13)C values of siderite are close to 0,and its formation is related to meteoric ***δ^(13)C values of ferroan calcite and the occurrence of dawsonite indicate the trace of inorganic mantle-derived magmatic ***δ^(13)C values and trace elements of Mn-rich calcite record the information of hydrocarbon-bearing *** fluid inclusions measurement data and reservoir properties and oil-test data show that the oil content of reservoir is not only affected by the formation time of different cements,but also by the relative content of dissolution and *** these reservoirs altered by carbonate cements,it does not cause poor

Theoretical Research and Experimental Validation of Elastic Dynamic Load Spectra on Bogie Frame of High-speed Train

When a train runs at high speeds, the external exciting frequencies approach the natural frequencies of bogie critical components, thereby inducing strong elastic vibrations. The present international reliability test evaluation standard and design criteria of bogie frames are all based on the quasi-static deformation hypothesis. Structural fatigue damage generated by structural elastic vibrations has not yet been included. In this paper, theoretical research and experimental validation are done on elastic dynamic load spectra on bogie frame of high-speed train. The construction of the load series that correspond to elastic dynamic deformation modes is studied. The simplified form of the load series is obtained. A theory of simplified dynamic load–time histories is then deduced. Measured data from the Beijing–Shanghai Dedicated Passenger Line are introduced to derive the simplified dynamic load–time histories. The simplified dynamic discrete load spectra of bogie frame are established. Based on the damage consistency criterion and a genetic algorithm, damage consistency calibration of the simplified dynamic load spectra is finally performed. The computed result proves that the simplified load series is reasonable. The calibrated damage that corresponds to the elastic dynamic discrete load spectra can cover the actual damage at the operating conditions. The calibrated damage satisfies the safety requirement of damage consistency criterion for bogie frame. This research is helpful for investigating the standardized load spectra of bogie frame of high-speed train.

Xylitol is one of the most famous chemicals known to people as the essential ingredient of chewing gum and as the sugar alternative for *** hydrogenation of biomass-derived xylose with H_(2) to produce high-value xylitol has been carried out under harsh reaction ***,we exhibit the combination of Ru NPs with an environmentally benign MOF(ZIF-67)to afford a heterogeneous composite *** conversion of xylose with 100%selectivity to xylitol was achieved at 50℃ and 1 atm H_(2).This is the first successful attempt to produce xylitol with ambient pressure H_(2) as well as the first time to achieve a 100%selectivity of xylitol for applicable *** also proved the universality of the Ru@ZIF-67 towards other hydrogenation *** 1 atm H_(2),we achieved 100%conversion and>99%selectivity of 1-phenylethanol at 50℃ for the hydrogenation of *** is also the first report of hydrogenating acetophenone to 1-phenylethanol under 1 atm H_(2),which confirms that our result not only contributes to enhance the industrial yields of xylitol and reduces both the economical and energy costs but also provides new perspectives on the other hydrogenation process with H_(2).
