近年来,证券市场中的机构投资者扮演着越来越重要的角色,它们可能通过共同持股关系形成网络团体,采取一致行动。基于中国2010—2020年A股上市公司数据,构建了机构投资者网络团体,结合社会网络理论与代理理论,探究网络团体持股对企业ESG表现的影响。研究结果表明:网络团体持股可以有效提升企业ESG表现;网络团体持股能够缓解2类代理问题,通过提升信息透明度以及抑制大股东私利促进了企业ESG表现;在缓解了内生性问题,并进行了稳健性检验后,网络团体持股提升企业ESG表现的结论仍成立。进一步研究的结果表明,网络团体的特征会影响企业的ESG表现,即团体数量更多、规模越大、背景越丰富,持股越稳定,相对力量越强,企业ESG表现越好。研究结论既丰富了机构投资者网络团体的后果研究和企业ESG表现影响因素的研究,也为上市公司、机构投资者和政府提供了一定的实践启示。

As a newly emerging computing paradigm, edge computing shows great capability in supporting and boosting 5G and Internet-of-Things (IoT) oriented applications, e.g., scientific workflows with low-latency, elastic, and on-demand provisioning of computational resources. However, the geographically distributed IoT resources are usually interconnected with each other through unreliable communications and ever-changing contexts, which brings in strong heterogeneity, potential vulnerability, and instability of computing infrastructures at different levels. It thus remains a challenge to enforce high fault-tolerance of edge-IoT scientific computing task flows, especially when the supporting computing infrastructures are deployed in a collaborative, distributed, and dynamic environment that is prone to faults and failures. This work proposes a novel fault-tolerant scheduling approach for edge-IoT collaborative workflows. The proposed approach first conducts a dependency-based task allocation analysis, then leverages a Primary-Backup (PB) strategy for tolerating task failures that occur at edge nodes, and finally designs a deep Q-learning algorithm for identifying the near-optimal workflow task scheduling scheme. We conduct extensive simulative case studies on multiple randomly-generated workflow and real-world edge-IoT server position datasets. Results clearly suggest that our proposed method outperforms the state-of-the-art competitors in terms of task completion ratio, server active time, and resource utilization.

The Circular Electron Positron Collider(CEPC)is a large scientific project initiated and hosted by china,fostered through extensive collaboration with international *** complex comprises four accelerators:a 30 GeV linac,a 1.1 GeV Damping Ring,a booster capable of achieving energies up to 180 GeV,and a Collider operating at varying energy modes(Z,W,H,and tt).The linac and Damping Ring are situated on the surface,while the subterranean booster and Collider are housed in a 100 km circumference underground tunnel,strategically accommodating future expansion with provisions for a potential Super Proton Proton Collider(SPPC).The CEPC primarily serves as a Higgs *** its baseline design with synchrotron radiation(SR)power of 30 MW per beam,it can achieve a luminosity of 5×10^(34)cm^(-2)s^(-1)per interaction point(IP),resulting in an integrated luminosity of 13 ab^(-1)for two IPs over a decade,producing 2.6 million Higgs *** the SR power to 50 MW per beam expands the CEPC's capability to generate 4.3 million Higgs bosons,facilitating precise measurements of Higgs coupling at sub-percent levels,exceeding the precision expected from the HL-LHC by an order of *** Technical Design Report(TDR)follows the Preliminary Conceptual Design Report(Pre-CDR,2015)and the Conceptual Design Report(CDR,2018),comprehensively detailing the machine's layout,performance metrics,physical design and analysis,technical systems design,R&D and prototyping efforts,and associated civil engineering ***,it includes a cost estimate and a preliminary construction timeline,establishing a framework for forthcoming engineering design phase and site selection *** is anticipated to begin around 2027-2028,pending government approval,with an estimated duration of 8 *** commencement of experiments and data collection could potentially be initiated in the mid-2030s.

In this paper,the authors analyze the optimal reinsurance and dividend problem with model uncertainty for an *** the model uncertainty represents possible deviations between the real market and the assumed *** addition to the incorporation of model uncertainty into the traditional diffusion surplus process,the authors include a penalty function in the objective *** proposed goal is to find the optimal reinsurance and dividend strategy that maximizes the expected discounted dividend before ruin in the worst case of all possible scenarios,namely,the worst *** a dynamic programming approach,the problem is reduced to solving a Hamilton-Jacob-Bellman-Isaac(HJBI)equation with singular *** problem is more difficult than the traditional robust control or singular control ***,the authors prove that the value function is the unique solution to this HJBI equation with singular ***,the authors present a verification theorem when a smooth solution can be found,and derive closed-form solution when the function in the objective function is specified.

We consider the nonlinear Schr¨odinger equation-?u +(λa(x) + 1)u = |u|^(p-1) u on a locally finite graph G =(V, E). We prove via the Nehari method that if a(x) satisfies certain assumptions, for any λ > 1, the equation admits a ground state solution uλ. Moreover, as λ→∞, the solution uλconverges to a solution of the Dirichlet problem-?u + u = |u|^(p-1) u which is defined on the potential well ?. We also provide a numerical experiment which solves the equation on a finite graph to illustrate our results.

Government macro-control through various policies is an important way to mitigate air pollution and greenhouse ***,environmental tax is used worldwide as an important ***,few studies have considered the interaction between carbon and environmental protection ***,different sectors differ in their energy structure,pollution emission intensity,and economic status,and previous studies rarely proposed differentiated environmental tax rates based at the sectoral level.A model framework combining the computable general equilibrium(CGE)model and Bayesian optimization(bo)algorithm is proposed to maximize GDP,meet environmental planning objectives,and explore the optimal environmental taxation scheme to realize the multi-objective optimization of the economy and ***,this study compares the different impact mechanisms of environmental protection tax and carbon *** discusses the impacts of differentiated environmental tax rates in different sectors on the environment and *** example,the results show that the coordinated implementation of environmental protection and carbon tax policies and the sectoral differentiated environmental tax rates in china could better balance economic development and environmental ***,the optimal taxation scheme could mitigate air pollution and greenhouse gases,promote economic growth,and realize sustainable economic and environmental ***,the optimized taxation scheme positively affects the energy and industrial structures.

Empirical study on optimal reinsurance for crop insurance in china from an insurer's perspective

This study investigates the optimal reinsurance for crop insurance in china in an insurer＇s perspective using the data from Inner Mongolia, Jilin, and liaoning, china. On the basis of the loss ratio distributions modeled by An Hua Crop Risk Evaluation System, we use the empirical model developed by Tan and Weng（2014） to study the optimal reinsurance design for crop insurance in china. We find that, when the primary insurer＇s loss function, the principle of the reinsurance premium calculation, and the risk measure are given, the level of risk tolerance of the primary insurer, the safety loading coefficient of the reinsurer, and the constraint on reinsurance premium budget affect the optimal reinsurance design. When a strict constraint on reinsurance premium budget is implemented, which often occurs in reality, the limited stop loss reinsurance is optimal, consistent with the common practice in reality. This study provides suggestions for decision making regarding the crop reinsurance in china. It also provides empirical evidence for the literature on optimal reinsurance from the insurance market of china. This evidence undoubtedly has an important practical significance for the development of china＇s crop insurance.

基于三次联合国气候变化技术需求评估报告,分析了当前全球适应领域应对气候变化的重点领域与技术需求,同时也确定了不同地区的重点领域与技术需求。研究发现:①在适应领域,几乎所有国家考虑的优先重点领域为农业和渔业领域,其次是海岸带管理领域、水资源领域以及卫生健康领域。适应领域的优先技术需求数量与重点领域一致,表现为农林渔业技术需求数量最多,其次是海岸带管理、水资源技术以及卫生健康类技术。优先技术需求主要集中在农林渔业领域的作物管理、高效灌溉、土地管理和改善畜牧业等,其中开发和使用耐旱/耐高温作物品种等是需求量最大的技术。②不同区域重点领域表现出的侧重点不同,农业和林业领域是所有区域需求最多的重点领域,非洲国家将水资源领域列为优先重点领域,亚太国家、拉美国家和加勒比地区关注水资源和卫生健康领域,最不发达国家需求为农林现代化,小岛屿国家都以应对海平面上升和粮食安全问题的技术作为主要需求,而欧洲和独联体国家对各个领域的需求度较为平均。③在适应领域所有国家都确定了优先技术发展和转让的障碍,包括经济和金融、政策,法律和规章,体制和组织能力以及技术壁垒等。而不同区域在缺乏或不充分获得财政资源和信息障碍方面具有共性,拉丁美洲和加勒比国家报告了与传统和习惯有关的障碍,东欧国家确定了与优先技术的高生产成本和技术的财务可行性有关的障碍。未来重点领域与优先技术发展主要趋向于新型农业的栽培技术、水资源节约、海水淡化技术等,这些重点领域与技术发展需求可为我国加强应对气候变化国际合作提供参考。

互联网和大数据技术的融合让个体生理数据分析成为可能,并进一步推动个体健康风险量化,本文在此背景下,探讨人工智能与保险融合的新路径,提出了以生理年龄作为个体健康的风险量化指标,进而作为定价基础的新模式。本研究根据保险特征,优化深度学习技术,通过分析人体老化的生理特征,建立了基于手背纹理照片的生理年龄评价模型,在大量数据的支持下,可以获得稳健、精准的生理年龄定量评价结果。本文还讨论了以深度学习为代表的人工智能技术与保险融合的模式,提出了可能的结合点以及对应的比较结果。鉴于生理年龄可以更充分反映投保人的"健康风险"信息,论文认为该模式具有很好的应用价值,并通过分析现状,认为当前是保险公司建立"人工智能大脑"的关键时期。
