The sessile lifestyle of plants requires an immediate response to env.ronmental stressors that affect photosynthesis,growth,and crop ***,we showed that three abiotic perturbations—heat,cold,and high light—triggered considerable changes in the expression signatures of 42 epitranscriptomic factors(writers,erasers,and readers)with putativ. chloroplast-associated functions that formed clusters of commonly expressed genes in *** expression changes under all conditions were rev.rsible upon deacclimation,identifying epitranscriptomic players as modulators in acclimation *** dysfunctions,particularly those induced by the oxidativ. stress-inducing norflurazon in a largely GENOME UNCOUPLED-independent manner,triggered retrograde signals to remodel chloroplastassociated epitranscriptomic expression patterns.N6-methyladenosine(m^(6)A)is known as the most prev.lent RNA modification and impacts numerous dev.lopmental and physiological functions in liv.ng *** cold treatment,expression of components of the primary nuclear m^(6)A methyltransferase complex was upregulated,accompanied by a significant increase in cellular m^(6)A mRNA *** the cold,the presence of FIP37,a core component of the writer complex,played an important role in positiv. regulation of thylakoid structure,photosynthetic functions,and accumulation of photosystemⅠ,the Cytb6f complex,cyclic electron transport proteins,and Curv.ture Thylakoid1 but not that of photosystemⅡcomponents and the chloroplast ATP *** of FIP37 affected abundance,polysomal loading,and translation of cytosolic transcripts related to photosynthesis in the cold,suggesting m^(6)Adependent translational regulation of chloroplast *** summary,we identified multifaceted roles of the cellular m^(6)A RNA methylome in coping with cold;these were predominantly associated with chloroplasts and serv.d to stabilize photosynthesis.

Analysis of the frequencies of chromosomes carrying v.rious classes of porcine endogenous retrov.ruses (PERv.) and combinations of these classes was performed in the swine species Sus scrofa L. by using maps constructed in two principal component coordinates. Four population clusters can be recognized in the maps. Cluster 1 is formed by wild boars,cluster 2 by domestic meat breeds, cluster 3 by meat-and-lard (univ.rsal) breeds, and cluster 4 by miniature pigs. The maps indicate that modern domesticated swine meat breeds are the closest to the wild type. Meat-and-lard domestic swine breeds are more distant from wild boars, and miniature pigs are div.rged the most. The maps showed that microev.lution processes associated with PERv.carriership frequency had two basic dimensions, or v.ctors: the v.ctor of fat deposition v.riation and the “minus” selection v.ctor (determination of commercial traits). Thus, PERv. may cause v.riation in pig physiology.

Hall effect of light is a result of symmetry breaking in spin and/or orbital angular momentum(OAM)possessing optical system and is caused by *** index gradient/interface between media or focusing of a spatially asymmetrical beam,similar to the electric field breaking the symmetry in spin Hall effect for *** angular momentum(AM)conserv.tion law in the ensuing asymmetric system dictates redistribution of spin and orbital angular momentum,and is manifested in spin-orbit,orbit-orbit,and orbit-spin conv.rsions and reorganization,***-orbit and orbit-orbit *** AM restructuring in turn requires shifts of the barycenter of the electric field of *** the present study we show,both analytically and by numerical simulation,how different electric field components are displaced upon tight focusing of an asymmetric light beam hav.ng OAM and *** relation between field components shifts and the AM components shifts/redistribution is presented ***,we experimentally demonstrate,for the first time,to the best of our knowledge,the spin-orbit Hall effect of light upon tight focusing in free *** is achiev.d using azopolymers as a media detecting longitudinal or z component of the electrical field of *** findings elucidate the Hall effect of light and may broaden the spectrum of its applications.

本文从微分几何的角度出发研究了一种两自由度机械系统的Jacobi稳定性。KCC理论作为分析Jacobi稳定性的核心被应用于分析所给定的二阶微分方程,这与线性稳定性的分析有着本质的区别。通过构造KCC几何不变量,我们首先得到了Jacobi稳定的判定条件,并进一步对系统平衡点和周期轨道的稳定性进行了讨论。不难发现在特定参数值参数下,系统平衡点的Jacobi稳定区域与线性稳定区域不完全重合,线性稳定的周期轨道是Jacobi不稳定的。其次,根据系统轨迹与其邻近轨迹间偏差向量的变分方程,我们绘制了在不同初始条件下相应平衡点附近的偏差向量的相位图。由偏差向量对初始值的敏感性说明了系统混沌现象的产生。最后,为了定量的描述这种混沌现象,我们分别引入了不稳定指数和曲率这两个定量指标。通过不稳定指数的走向以及曲率符号的改变来定量地预测系统的混沌行为。

Binuclear and hexanuclear titanium complexes stabilized by tetradentate [OOOO]^(4–)-type ligand were activ. in ethylene polymerization in the presence of Et2 AlCl/Bu2 Mg binary co-catalyst, giv.ng high molecular weight polyethylene. The binuclear complex showed significantly higher catalytic activ.ty and thermal stability in comparison to mononuclear analogue. Ultra high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE) samples were processed by a solid-state uniaxial deformation into high-strength(up to 2.5 GPa) and highmodulus(ov.r 100 GPa) oriented film tapes, which indirectly indicates a low degree of entanglements between the macromolecular chains.
