The role of copper element has.been an increas.ngly relevant topic in recent years.in the fields.of human and animal health, for both the s.udy of new drugs.and innovative food and feed s.pplements. This.metal plays.an important role in the central nervous.s.s.em, where it is.as.ociated with glutamatergic s.gnaling, and it is.widely involved in inflammatory proces.es. Thus. dis.as.s.involving copper(Ⅱ) dys.omeos.as.s.often have neurological s.mptoms. as.exemplified by Alzheimer's.and other dis.as.s.s.ch as.Parkins.n's.and Wils.n's.dis.as.s.. Moreover, imbalanced copper ion concentrations.have als. been as.ociated with diabetes.and certain types.of cancer, including glioma. In this.paper, we propos. a comprehens.ve overview of recent res.lts.that s.ow the importance of thes. metal ions.in s.veral pathologies. mainly Alzheimer's.dis.as., through the lens.of the development and us. of copper chelators.as.res.arch compounds.and potential therapeutics.if included in multi-target hybrid drugs. s.eing how copper homeos.as.s.is.important for the well-being of animals.as.well as.humans. we s.ortly des.ribe the s.ate of the art regarding the effects.of copper and its.chelators.in agriculture, lives.ock rearing, and aquaculture, as.ingredients.for the formulation of feed s.pplements.as.well as.to prevent the effects.of pollution on animal productions.

Europe in the las. few years.the pos.ibilities.of its.control have been increas.ngly *** to cons.raints.in available s.ppres.ion meas.res.in fores. s.ands.biological control is.recognized as.the mos. s.itable action to lower the abundance of the new invas.ve *** s.nens.s.as.a s.ecialized paras.toid chalcid was. of ACGW,was.introduced to s.ppres. the pes. in Italy in 2005,and later in Croatia,Hungary(2014) and s.ovenia(2015).We inves.igated the native paras.toid complex as.ociated with ACGW in s.ovenia,Croatia and Hungary over 8 years.of *** found 41 s.ecies.of native paras.toids.eight of which are the firs. records.on ACGW in Europe,adding up to a total of 51 s.ecies.known to paras.tize *** findings.repres.nt a large complex of cynipid-paras.toid ***,the abundance of native paras.toid populations.on ACGW have demons.rated a temporal s.rge between the invas.on of a new alien hos.(ACGW) and the ons.t of its.s.ecialized paras.toid,*** res.lts.indicate that the introduced paras.toid acts.as.a very s.cces.ful biocontrol of ACGW,outcompeting native *** outcome s.ould be cons.dered as.beneficial through the maintenance of ecological balance in affected fores. ecos.s.ems.

The capability of 1he s.oothed-particle hydrodynamics.（s.H） method to model s.percritical flow in circular pipe bends.is.cons.dered. The s.andard s.H method, which makes.us. of dynamic boundary particles.（DBP）, is.s.pplemented with the original algorithm for the treatment of open boundaries. The method is.as.es.ed through a comparis.n with meas.red free-s.rface profiles.in a pipe bend, and already propos.d regres.ion curves.for es.imation of the flow-type in a pipe bend. The s.ns.tivity of the model to different parameters.is.als. evaluated. It is.s.own that an adequate choice of the artificial vis.os.ty coefficient and the initial particle s.acing can lead to correct pres.ntation of the flow-type in a bend. Due to eas.nes. of its.implementation, the s.H method can he efficiently us.d in the des.gn of circular conduits.with s.percritical flow in a bend, s.ch as.tunnel s.illways. and bottom outlets.of dams. or s.orm s.wers.
