＜正＞Alternate pulping chemical ’Drea’ was tried to reduce the pollution load and cost of cooking chemica, per ton of pulp. Drea pulping of rice straw was carried out by using 2-24% urea dosage. Dableacbable grade chemi-mechanical pulp 68% pulp field and 35.6%-Mumber could be produced with 8% urea dosage. Pulp produced possessed strength properties suitable for wrapping paper. High tear strength wrapping paper was also produced by blending with long fiber chemi-mechanical pulp of used gunny bags ia different proportionas. Quality of tbe chemi-mecbanical pulp of rice straw produced by 8% urea was found comparable with the palp produced by 4% sodim bydroride. As the present cost of area is about 1/4th to that of sodinm bydroride so the total cost of cbemical per ton of pulp produced is approrieately half in case of urea pulping. Other advantages of urea pulping is negligible pollution load as the sodium free effluent generated can easily be seat to the agricultural fields to take added advantage of aitrogen preseat in the effluent.

Huanglongbing(HLB)is the most destructive bacterial disease of citrus *** most citrus varieties are susceptible to HLB,Poncirus trifoliata,a close relative of Citrus,and some of its hybrids with Citrus are tolerant to *** specific HLB tolerance genes have been identified in *** but recent studies have shown that constitutive disease resistance(CDR)genes were expressed at much higher levels in HLB-tolerant Poncirus hybrids and the expression of CDR genes was modulated by Candidatus Liberibacter asiaticus(CLas),the pathogen of *** current study was undertaken to mine and characterize the CDR gene family in Citrus and Poncirus and to understand its association with HLB tolerance in *** identified 17 CDR genes in two citrus genomes,deduced their structures,and investigated their phylogenetic *** revealed that the expansion of the CDR family in Citrus seems to be due to segmental and tandem duplication *** genome resequencing and transcriptome sequencing,we identified eight CDR genes in the Poncirus genome(PtCDR1-PtCDR8).The number of SNPs was the highest in PtCDR2 and the lowest in *** of the deletion and insertion events were observed in the UTR regions of Citrus and Poncirus CDR ***2 and PtCDR8 were in abundance in the leaf transcriptomes of two HLB-tolerant Poncirus genotypes and were also upregulated in HLB-tolerant,Poncirus hybrids as revealed by real-time PCR *** two CDR genes seem to be good candidate genes for future studies of their role in citrus-CLas interactions.

In recent years,nitric oxide(NO)has emerged as a key redox signaling molecule in plants functioning in the regulation of key developmental programs and the orchestration of responses to a plethora of environmental cues(Kolbert et al.,2019).The predominant route for the transfer of NO bioactivity is through S-nitrosylation,the addition of an NO moiety to a protein cysteine thiol to form an S-nitrosothiol(Yun et al.,2011).Specificity for this process is established by the structural constraints imposed by tertiary protein structure in gating access to given cysteine redox switches and associated proteins that can either facilitate the addition or removal of the NO moiety at these residues(Umbreen et al.,2018).

We study the nonlinear coupling of kinetic Alfvén waves with ion acoustic waves applicable to the Earth’s radiation belt and near-Sun streamer belt solar wind using dynamical equations in the form of modified Zakharov *** simulations show the formation of magnetic field filamentary structures associated with density humps and dips which become turbulent at later times,redistributing the energy to higher *** magnetic power spectra exhibit an inertial range Kolmogorov-like spectral index value of-5/3 for k_(⊥)ρ_(i)<1 followed by a steeper dissipation range spectra with indices~-3 for the radiation belt case and~-4 for the nearSun streamer belt solar wind case,here k_(⊥)andρ_(i)represent the wavevector component perpendicular to the background magnetic field and the ion thermal gyroradius,*** quasilinear theory in terms of the Fokker-Planck equation in the region of wavenumber turbulent spectra,we find the particle distribution function flattening in the superthermal tail population which is the signature of particle energization and plasma heating.

麦草制浆的条件是:氢氧化钠用量11～18％,液比1:5,在170℃下保温2小时。以未漂浆的卡伯值作为衡量脱木素程度的标准。再把不同卡伯值的未漂浆分别进行CEH三段漂和 H——H两段漂。在不降低漂白浆强度的前提下,比较了不同卡伯值的未漂浆在蒸煮和漂白过程中耗用化学品的费用,以及漂白浆的物理性能。结果表明,当未漂浆的卡伯值在26-29之间时,采取 CEH三段漂;而当卡伯值在25—27之间时,采取H—H两段漂,其每吨漂白浆耗用纤维原料, 以及蒸煮和漂白化学品的总费用均较低。
