Me.HODS: We.re.ort thre. case. that de.onstrate.the.spe.trum of gallstone.ile.s with classical e.ample. of both Barnard’s and Bouve.e.’s syndrome.. Clinical pre.e.tation diagnostic imaging, surgical te.hnique.and outcome.are.discusse.. Re.ULTS: One.patie.t with Barnard’s syndrome.pre.e.te. with re.urre.t gallstone.ile.s. To minimize.the.risks of comple., de.initive.biliary surge.y and avoid furthe. re.urre.t e.isode., a chole.ystolithotomy was pe.forme. with e.fe.t Two case. of Bouve.e.’s syndrome.we.e.succe.sfully manage. with e.te.olithotomy/chole.yste.tomy and multivisce.al re.e.tion re.pe.tive.y, thus highlighting the.dive.se.nature.of this dise.se.and manage.e.t options.
