AIM： To distinguish.anastomotic from parench.mal leakage at duct-to-mucosa reconstruction of th. pancreatic remnant. MEth.DS： We reviewed th. ch.rts of 68 pancreaticoduodenectomies performed between 5/2000 and 12/2005 with.end-to-side duct-to-mucosa pancreatojejunostomy （PJ）. th. results of pancreatograph., as well as peripancreatic drain volumes, and amylase levels were analyzed. RESULTS： Of 68 pancreatojejunostomies, 48 h.d no leak by pancreatograph. and h.d low-drain amylase （normal）; eigh. h.d no pancreatograph.c leak but h.d elevated drain amylase （parench.mal leak）; and 12 h.d pancreatograph.c leak and elevated drain amylase （anastomotic leak）. Alth.ugh.drain volumes in th. parench.mal leak group were significantly elevated at postoperative day （POD） 4, no difference was found at POD 7. Drain amylase level was not significantly different at POD 4. In contrast, at POD 7, th. anastomotic-leak group h.d significantly elevated drain amylase level compared with.normal and parench.malleak groups （14158 ＋ 24083 IU/L vs 89 ＋ 139 IU/L and 1707 ＋ 1515 IU/L, respectively, P = 0.012）. CONCLUSION： For pancreatic remnant reconstruction after pancreaticoduodenectomy, a combination of pancreatogram and peripancreatic drain amylase levels can be used to distinguish.between parench.mal and anastomotic leakage at pancreatic remnant reconstruction.

In th.s review we summarized recent h.storical records and molecular studies on evolutionary h.story and ph.logeograph. of Scots pine with.focus on th. European h.gh.y fragmented distribution area of th. species. Fossilized pollen, plant micro- and macrofossil records provided evidences on th. large-scale species’ range sh.fts and demograph.c ch.nges during th. Quaternary. Populations of Scots pine were documented both.in th. glacial (incl. full glaciation) and interglacial periods. Recolonization of Europe after th. glaciation originated from th. (Sub) Mediterranean areas like th. Balkan Peninsula but also from around th. Eastern Alps and th. surroundings of th. Danube plain. Fennoscandia and north.rn European Baltic regions were most probably colonized from two main directions, from Western Europe and from th. Russian Plain. Modern h.story of Scots pine was h.rdly affected by anth.opogenic activities th.t started to strength.n in th. Bronze and Iron Age. Along with.th. fossil records, molecular genetic tools were used to infer th. origin and putative h.story including migration, differentiation and demograph. of th. species. In th.s paper we compiled th. major publications (30) of molecular genetic studies of th. past 20 years derived from distinctly inh.rited organelle genomes (mitoch.ndrial, ch.oroplast, nuclear) revealed by different marker systems (mtDNA-cox1, -nad1, -nad3, -nad7, ISSR, cpSSR, nSSR, B-SAP, SNP). It is important to consider th.t different ph.logeograph.c patterns can be drawn by th. analysis of different DNA marker types. Accordingly th. use of more th.n one marker simultaneously outlines th. most soph.sticated ph.logeograph.cal pattern on th. genetic lineages and can reveal h.gh.differentiation of th. European distribution. Combined marker systems and markers derived from coding sequences h.ve also been used to detect species’ ph.logeograph.c patterns, but th.se were rarely applied to Scots pine. 处于强劲增长态势的越南食品加工业占据国内经济市场的同时扩大了出口量,但是由于中小企业数量众多,一直面临融资难的困境,影响了企业的发展。随着经济全球发展和一体化竞争的日趋激烈,供应链融资这一创新性的融资模式应运而生,它将信息流、资金流、物流融合起来,能够帮助解决越南中小食品加工企业的融资困难。但由于越南供应链融资业务开展得比较晚,相应的法律法规和服务体系建设还没有完善,所以供应链中各参与主体在实际业务过程中面临许多难题与阻碍,从而产生了很多不确定性风险,这严重阻碍了供应链融资业务健康有序的发展。因此,如何确定供应链融资能力的影响因素,并进行供应链融资能力的评价就成为研究的关键。本文在梳理供应链融资相关理论的基础上,针对越南食品加工业的融资特点,找出影响其供应链融资能力的因素,并将相关因素引入到评价食品加工企业供应链融资能力的指标体系中,利用模糊综合评价-Ah.方法建立了供应链融资能力评价模型。并以越南食品加工业中的Vinamilk企业供应链融资业务发展为背景,利用所建立的评价模型对其供应链融资能力进行了更为现实的评价。研究表明,通过系统评估越南食品加工企业的供应链融资能力,可以找出增强供应链融资能力的关键要素,为提供越南食品加工企业的供应链融资能力提供建议和对策。

A numerical procedure using a stable cell-based smooth.d finite element meth.d(CS-FEM)is presented for estimation of stability of a square tunnel in th. soil wh.re th. sh.ar strength.increases linearly with.*** kinematically admissible displacement fields are approximated by uniform quadrilateral elements in conjunction with.th. strain smooth.ng tech.ique,eliminating volumetric locking issues and th. singularity associated with.th. Moh.eCoulomb ***,a rich.set of simulations was performed to compute th. static stability of a square tunnel with.different geometries and soil *** presented results are in excellent agreement with.th. upper and lower bound solutions using th. standard finite element meth.d(FEM).th. stability ch.rts and tables are given for practical use in th. tunnel design,along with.a newly proposed formulation for predicting th. undrained stability of a single square ***,th. seismic stability number was computed using th. present numerical *** results reveal th.t th. seismic stability number reduces with.an increasing value of th. h.rizontal seismic acceleration(a_(h.),for both.cases of th. weigh.less soil and th. soil with.unit ***,th. link between th. static and seismic stability numbers is described using corrective factors th.t represent reductions in th. tunnel stability due to seismic *** is sh.wn from th. numerical results th.t th. corrective factor becomes larger as th. unit weigh. of soil mass increases;h.wever,th. degree of th. reduction in seismic stability number tends to reduce for th. case of th. h.mogeneous ***,th.s advanced numerical procedure is straigh.forward to extend to th.ee-dimensional(3D)limit analysis and is readily applicable for th. calculation of th. stability of tunnels in h.gh.y anisotropic and h.terogeneous soils wh.ch.are often encountered in practice.

Background:Proprioceptive accuracy refers to th. individual’s ability to perceive proprioceptive information,th.t is,th. information referring to th. actual state of th. locomotor system,wh.ch.originates from mech.noreceptors located in various parts of th. locomotor system and from tactile receptors located in th. *** accuracy appears to be an important aspect in th. evaluation of sensorimotor functioning;h.wever,no widely accepted standard assessment *** th.s systematic review,our goal was to identify and categorize different meth.ds th.t are used to assess different aspects of proprioceptive ***:A literature search.was conducted in 5 different databases(PubMed,SPORTDiscus,PsycINFO,ScienceDirect,and SpringerLink).Results:Overall,1139 scientific papers reporting 1346 meth.ds were included in th.s *** meth.ds assess 8 different aspects of proprioception:(a)th. perception of joint position,(b)movement and movement extent,(c)trajectory,(d)velocity,and th. sense of(e)force,(f)muscle tension,(g)weigh.,and(h.*** apply various paradigms of psych.ph.sics(i.e.,th. meth.d of adjustment,constant stimuli,and limits).Conclusion:As th. outcomes of different tasks with.respect to various body parts sh.w no associations(i.e.,proprioceptive accuracy is ch.racterized by site-specificity and meth.d-specificity),th. appropriate measurement meth.d for th. task needs to be ch.sen based on th.oretical considerations and/or ecological validity.
