This study used double-bounded dichotomous-choice to estimate and analyze the factors affecting households’ willingness to pay (WTP) for water quality improvement. This study notes that households with higher income, living near a polluted water source, using tap water instead of natural water, who are handicraft producers, and who have more members, are willing to pay more. However, households who rarely hear about environmental pollution issues and who are offered a higher bid are more likely to refuse to pay. Solutions to improve water quality are suggested such as to raise people’s awareness through communication channels and social organizations;to increase income associated with environmental protection policies;to construct wastewater treatment plants;to encourage the relocation of production establishments to industrial parks and industrial complexes;to put regulations on collection, payment and sanctions in case of not declaring and paying fees into village conventions;to promulgate circulars, and bylaws to concretize and simplify regulations and policies of the Government and the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment.

The moment method in statistical (SMM) dynamics is used to study the thermodynamic quantities of ZrO2 thin films taking into account the anharmonicity effects of the lattice vibrations. The average lattice constant, thermal expansion coefficient and specific heats at the constant volume of ZrO2 thin films are calculated as a function of temperature, pressure and thickness of thin film. SMM calculations are performed using the Buckingham potential for the ZrO2 thin films. In the present study, the influence of temperature, pressure and the size on the thermodynamic quantities of ZrO2 thin film have been studied using three different interatomic potentials. We discuss temperature and thickness dependences of some thermodynamic quantities of ZrO2 thin films and we compare our calculated results with those of the experimental results.

Sweet potato [Ipomoea batatas （L.） Lam.] is an important food crop in the world as well as in Vietnam. It is well known as a recalcitrant crop for gene transformation and tissue culture because of its genotype dependent in vitro responses. In present study, Agrobacterium-mediated transformation of cry8Db from Bacillus thuringiensis into KB 1 sweet potato variety has been studied. The C58cv strain carrying a pBl 121 backbone which contained cry8Db delta-endotoxin gene regulated under 35 S CaMV prom oter, and the selection marker gene, neomycin phosphotransferase （npt11） gene, was subjected for plant transformation. Callus induced from shoot tips and leaf explants were inoculated and cocultured with A. tumefaciens. The selection occurred during callus producing and plant regenerating steps. A total of 201 transgenic putative plant lines were produced, and 21 transgenic lines were positively confirmed by PCR and finalized by Southern blot. Four putative transgenic lines confirming a single copy of the crySEIb gene were transferred into soil pots in greenhouse. Biological activity evaluation for the insecticidal capacity of these transgenic lines under controlled conditions showed that the level of infestation by sweet potato weevils （Cylasformicarius） in untransformed plants was higher than that of transgenic lines.

To achieve high work performance for compliant mechanisms of motion scope,continuous work condition,and high frequency,we propose a new hybrid algorithm that could be applied to multi-objective optimum *** this investigation,we use the tools of finite element analysis(FEA)for a magnificationmechanism to find out the effects of design variables on the magnification ratio of the mechanism and then select an optimal mechanism that could meet design requirements.A poly-algorithm including the Grey-Taguchi method,fuzzy logic system,and adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference system(ANFIS)algorithm,was utilized mainly in this *** FEA outcomes indicated that design variables have significantly affected on magnification ratio of the mechanism and verified by analysis of variance and analysis of the signal to noise of grey relational *** results are also predicted by employing the tool of ANFIS in *** conclusion,the optimal findings obtained:Its magnification is larger than 40 times in comparison with the initial design,the maximum principal stress is 127.89MPa,and the first modal shape frequency obtained 397.45 ***,we found that the outcomes obtained deviation error compared with predicted results of displacement,stress,and frequency are 8.76%,3.6%,and 6.92%,respectively.

Genotyping 42 serum samples taken from the pigs in the oubreaks from 2009 to 2013 with RT-PCR and nested RT-PCR, showed more than 80% of samples were positive with Chinese PRRSV clade, and the others were European and North American classical PRRSV genotypes. Ten serum samples from unnapprent PRRS herds were examined for antibodies against PRRSV with ELISA and also for PRRSV with RT-PCR. It was clearly that the titer of antibodies against PRRSV by ELISA test could not be used for interpreting PRRSV infection. In despite of PRRS vaccination or non-vaccination, a risk of PRRSV infection and re-infection exist, utilizing RT-PCR in combination with serology will give the producer and veterinarian PRRSV more exact situation in the herds.

目前,越南有造纸企业约100家,纸浆生产企业约45家,多数规模小,工艺落后,设备陈旧,竞争力低。由于森林资源丰富,大量木片出口,已成为全球最大的木片供应国;本地废纸回收率低,仅37%。国内生产不能满足市场需求,高档纸与纸板需依赖进口,市场前景广、发展潜力大。 2014年越南经济状况 2014年上半年，越南GDP的增长率为5．15％，比2013年上半年的4．9％要高。这说明即使在大环境艰难的情况下，越南经济仍在复苏之中。

The major challenge in photothermal therapy(PTT)is to develop nanocomposites that simultaneously exhibit bioimaging and PTT under a single near-infrared(NIR)irradiation with high therapeutic ***,we present a multifunctional nanocomposite synthesized by linking NaYF_(4):Yb^(3+),Er^(3+)upconversion nanoparticles(UCNPs)with gold nanorods(AuNR)to exhibit fluorescence label-ing,local temperature sensing and photothermal functions simul-taneously with a single NIR laser *** AuNR-NaYF_(4):Yb^(3+),Er^(3+)nanocomposite particles displayed better photothermal prop-erties compared with pure AuNRs or a blend of AuNRs and NaYF_(4):Yb^(3+),Er^(3+)*** temperature-dependent upconversion lumi-nescence(UCL)property was used to determine local temperature at the nanocomposite particles,which is useful for selecting appro-priate irradiation dosage for *** therapeutic performance of the nanocomposites in PTT for OML-1 oral cancer cells was *** cell labeling,we successfully labeled streptavidin-linked nanocomposite particles on the surface of OML-1 oral cancer using anti-human epidermal growth factor receptor 2(anti-Her2)***,the nanocomposite particles caused exceptional destruction of cancer cells up to 70%dead cells under 976 nm laser irradiation for only one min at 0.3 W/cm^(2)which is below the maximal permissible exposure of human skin.

在对外汉语教学实践中,汉越语介词研究便一直是较为重要的课题:汉语和越南语的语法较为相似,但在介词的范畴上则呈现出十分不同的情形。本文立足于越南对外汉语教学的实际需要,重点分析“在”“从”“往”这三个位移介词以及它们在越南语中的对应介词,力图解释它们在句法功能和语义功能上的个性与共性。此外,本文还关注学习汉语的越南母语者在实际运用汉语介词中所产生的偏误,通过对这些错误的分类描写,分析这些偏误背后的动因,并由此为汉语介词的对外汉语教学提出具有实际意义的建议和策略。本文共分为六个章节:第一章为绪论。这一章主要综述了既往对越南语、汉语介词研究的相关成果,以及对外汉语教育中介词学习的相关经验总结,并阐明本文的研究范围。第二、第三、第四章分别以汉语介词“在”“从”“往”为中心,分析这三个介词所对应的越南语介词在功能上的差异和共同之处。在这三章中,可以发现,由于越南语和汉语的句法结构并不完全一致,这三个介词所构成的介词短语因而也和与越南语介词短语在使用上存在一定的偏差,而且由于汉语介词在使用范围上远广于对应越南语介词而使得情形变得更加复杂。在这三章中,汉语介词“在”将是讨论的重点,这是因为它所对应的越南语介词数量多,并呈现出更加错综复杂的对应关系。第五章探讨上三章介词的实际教学问题。该章先分析空间介词的偏误类型,然后再对它们的成因进行分析,并在最后给出相关的教学建议。第六章为结语部分,该章总结了本文前五章的研究成果,以及本文在讨论中存在的一些不足之处。

Recently, the highway construction projects increase rapidly in Vietnam and most of them are international contracting projects. It results serious negative influence on the local government and enterprises that the common cost overrun of projects, and the risk factors of it is different in the different countries, different stages and projects types. So in this paper, we generate an evaluation index system of highway construction projects cost overrun risk in Vietnam in the perspective of different project participants, and also evaluate the effects of these factors in method of regression analysis. The empirical results confirmed 7 main factors that have aggravated cost overrun risk in construction stages, e.g. survey and design scheme risk. In final, the corresponding suggestions are proposed to reduce the project cost overrun risk.

Objective:To evaluate the impact of prolonged post-thaw embryos culture on pregnancy outcome during frozen embryo transfer ***:This prospective cohort study evaluated 324 thaw transfer cycles with 819 embryos from 269 patients at the Center for Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility of Hue University Hospital in *** frozen embryo transfer cycles were divided into two groups at the time of thawing:the short culture group(2-hour post-thaw culture)and the overnight culture group(overnight culture for 18 h)before the embryo was transferred into the *** rates of embryo intact,grade A embryo at frozen and transfer time and continuing cleavage were *** clinical outcomes including serum beta-human chorionic gonadotropin,clinical pregnancy and implantation rate were evaluated after 14 days,4 weeks,6 weeks,respectively,after embryo ***:Human chorionic gonadotropin positive occurred in 39.5%of patients in the short culture group compared to 25.9%in the overnight culture group with risk difference(RD)=13.6%,relative risk(RR)=1.343,95%confidence interval(CI)1.085-1.663,P<*** pregnancy rate of the short culture group and overnight culture group was 33.3%and 24.1%,respectively(RD=9.2%,RR=1.242,95%CI 0.996-1.549,P=0.06)and the implantation rate in the short culture group and overnight culture group was 16.5%and 11.0%,respectively(RD=5.5%,RR=1.244,95%CI 1.046-1.479,P=0.01).In women of advanced age(≥35 years)and women who received 3 embryos,pregnancy outcomes were found to be significantly(P<0.05)higher in the short culture than in the overnight culture ***:The prolonged post-thaw culture period does not increase pregnancy outcome in comparison with the short culture.
