A Cr/SBA-16 catalyst was prepared using Cr（NO3）3 as a precursor and mesoporous silica SBA-16 as a support via a simple impregnation method. The catalyst was characterized using wide-angle X-ray diffraction （XRD）, low-angle XRD, N2 adsorption-desorption, transmission electron microscopy, and ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy. The catalyst activity was investigated in the direct bydroxylation of benzene to phenol using H2O2 as the oxidant. Various operating variables, namely reaction temperature, reaction time, amount of H2O2, and catalyst dosage, were optimized using central composite design combined with response surface methodology （RSM）. The results showed that the correla- tion between the independent parameters and phenol yield was represented by a second-order polynomial model. The high correlation coefficient （R2）, i.e., 0.985, showed that the data predicted using RSM were in good agreement with the experimental results. The optimization results also showed that high selectivity for phenol was achieved at the optimized values of the operating variables： reaction temperature 324 K, reaction time 8 h, H2O2 content 3.28 mL, and catalyst dosage 0.09 g. This study showed that RSM was a reliable method for optimizing process variables for benzene hydroxylation to phenol.

Amino-functionalized SBA-15(SBA-Pr-NH2) has been used as a new basic nanocatalyst in the one-pot synthesis of spirooxindole derivatives via the three-component condensation reaction of isatins,activated methylene reagents,and dimedone in an aqueous ***-Pr-NH2 has been established as an efficient heterogeneous nanoporous solid basic catalyst(pore size of 6 nm) that can be easily handled and removed from the reaction mixture by simple filtration,and also recovered and reused without noticeable loss of reactivity.

AIM:To compare genotype of Helicobacter pylori(***) isolated from saliva,dental plaques,gastric biopsy,and stool of each patient in order to evaluate the mode of transmission of *** ***:This cross-sectional descriptive study was performed on 300 antral gastric biopsy,saliva,dental plaque and stool samples which were obtained from patients undergoing upper gastrointestinal tract endoscopy referred to endoscopy centre of Hajar hospital of Shahrekord,Iran from March 2010 to February ***,*** strains were identified by rapid urease test(RUT) and polymerase chain reaction(PCR) were applied to determine the presence of ***(ureC) and for genotyping of voculating cytotoxin gene A(vacA) and cytotoxin associated gene A(cagA) genesin each *** the data were analyzed by using statistical formulas such as Chi-square and Fisher's exact tests to find any significant relationship between these genes and patient's diseases.P < 0.05 was considered statistically significant,RESULTS:Of 300 gastric biopsy samples,77.66% were confirmed to be *** positive by PCR assay while this bacterium were detected in 10.72% of saliva,71.67% of stool *** were not able to find it in dental plaque *** prevalence of *** was 90.47% among patients with peptic ulcer disease(PUD),80% among patients with gastric cancer,and 74.13% among patients with none ulcer dyspepsia(NUD) by PCR *** evaluation of vacA and cagA genes showed 6 differences between gastric biopsy and saliva specimens and 11 differences between gastric and stool specimens.94.42% of *** positive specimens were cagA positive and all samples had amplified band both for vacA s and m *** was significant relationship between vacA s1a/m1a and PUD diseases(P = 0.04),s2/m2 genotype and NUD diseases(P = 0.05).No statically significant relationship was found between cagA status with clinical outcomes and vacA genotypes(P = 0.65).The evaluation of vacA a

This study investigates the accuracy of different numerical schemes of OpenFOAM software to simulate compressible turbulent jets. Both pressure-based schemes utilizing the implicit PIMPLE algorithm and density-based schemes relying on AUSM scheme and explicit Runge-Kutta time integration are considered. The results of the numerical tests are compared and validated against data from NASA ARN nozzle geometry. The choice of parameter setting of the schemes is discussed in depth and possible optimization strategies are proposed to increase accuracy of RANS simulations of turbulent jets.

Ebola virus is transmitted to people as a result of direct contact with body fluids containing virus of an infected patient. The incubation period usually lasts 5 to 7 d and approximately95% of the patients appear signs within 21 d after exposure. Typical features include fever,profound weakness, diarrhea, abdominal pain, cramping, nausea and vomiting for 3-5days and maybe persisting for up to a week. Laboratory complications including elevated aminotransferase levels, marked lymphocytopenia, and thrombocytopenia may have *** fever occurs in less than half of patients and it takes place most commonly in the gastrointestinal tract. The symptoms progress over the time and patients suffer from dehydration, stupor, confusion, hypotension, multi-organ failure, leading to fulminant shock and eventually death. The most general assays used for antibody detection are direct IgG and IgM ELISAs and IgM capture ELISA. An IgM or rising IgG titer(four-fold) contributes to strong presumptive diagnosis. Currently neither a licensed vaccine nor an approved treatment is available for human use. Passive transfer of serum collected from survivors of Junin virus or Lassa virus, equine IgG product from horses hypervaccinated with Ebola virus, a "cocktail"of humanized-mouse antibodies(ZMapp), recombinant inhibitor of factor VIIa/tissue factor,activated protein C, RNA-polymerase inhibitors and small interfering RNA nano particles are among the therapies in development. Preclinical evaluation is also underway for various vaccine candidates. One is a chimpanzee adenovirus vector vaccine; other vaccines involve replication-defective adenovirus serotype 5 and recombinant vesicular stomatitis virus.

Nanofibrous acoustic energy harvesters(NAEHs)have emerged as promising wearable platforms for efficient noise-to-electricity conversion in distributed power energy systems and wearable sound amplifiers for assistive listening ***,their reallife efficacy is hampered by low power output,particularly in the low-frequency range(<1 kHz).This study introduces a novel approach to enhance the performance of NAEHs by applying machine learning(ML)techniques to guide the synthesis of electrospun polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)/polyurethane(PU)nanofibers,optimizing their application in wearable *** use a feed-forward neural network along with solving an optimization problem to find the optimal input values of the electrospinning(applied voltage,nozzle-collector distance,electrospinning time,and drum rotation speed)to generate maximum output performance(acoustic-to-electricity conversion efficiency).We first prepared a dataset to train the network to predict the output power given the input variables with high *** introducing the neural network,we fix the network and then solve an optimization problem using a genetic algorithm to search for the input values that lead to the maximum energy harvesting *** ML-guided wearable PVDF/PU NAEH platform can deliver a maximal acoustoelectric power density output of 829μW/cm^(3) within the surrounding noise *** addition,our system can function stably in a broad frequency(0.1-2 kHz)with a high energy conversion efficiency of 66%.Sound recognition analysis reveals a robust correlation exceeding 0.85 among lexically akin terms with varying sound intensities,contrasting with a diminished correlation below 0.27 for words with disparate semantic ***,this work provides a previously unexplored route to utilize ML in advancing wearable NAEHs with excellent practicability.

Background:Most children in need of cardiac pacemakers remain dependent on the function of the permanent from childhood to *** sought to evaluate and compare the function between epicardial and endocardial pacemakers in pediatric groups with different ***:Between 2012 and 2018,this single-canter study evaluated 44 pediatric patients with indications for epicardial or endocardial ***:The 2 groups,at a median age of 5(0.1–16)years,were compared concerning the characteristics of the leads used(n=80:bipolar,unipolar,steroid-eluting,and non–steroid-eluting),survival data,and *** reason for pacemaker implantation was congenital complete heart block in 11(25%)cases and postoperative heart block in 33(75%)*** commonest congenital heart disease accompanied by postoperative block was the ventricular septal *** the endocardial lead group,the mean ventricular pacing threshold immediately after the implantation and during the follow-up was less than that in the epicardial lead group(0.75 vs.0.81 V;P=0.01 and 0.8 vs.2.4 V;P=0.001).During the follow-up,the mean battery longevity was better in the endocardial group(last visit:6.7 endocardial vs.3.3 years epicardial).Lead failure was commoner in the epicardial pacemaker,and chronic high-pacing threshold pattern was seen in 14 patients in this *** 3 years,freedom from lead failure was 94%and 63%in the endocardial and epicardial ***:Pacemakers with endocardial bipolar steroid-eluting leads showed better lead characteristics regarding survival and battery longevity than epicardial pacemakers without these lead *** appropriate pacemaker type should be selected based on the patient’s condition.
