华南陆缘晚中生代造山及其地质意义

长乐—南澳带位于华南大陆的东南缘,是揭示晚中生代古太平洋板块与欧亚大陆相互作用和华南陆缘地质演化的一条关键性构造带。该构造带的T3-J含煤地层不整合下伏于下白垩统南园组之下,或以角闪岩相包体形式赋存于晚侏罗—早白垩世片麻状花岗岩体内。这些具有透入性混合岩化特征的副变质岩包体(T3-J)与围岩(片麻状花岗岩)发生过同变形,并且被未变形的白垩纪岩体/脉侵入。这些晚三叠—早侏罗世地层的变质和变形具有朝陆内(NW)方向减弱的特征。下白垩统南园组普遍发生褶皱和绿片岩相变质,并且被未变质的上白垩统石帽山群不整合覆盖。长乐—南澳带的主要岩石单元与构造特征表明华南陆缘在晚中生代经历过两期挤压(造山)。在第一期挤压(造山)过程中,T3-J陆相地层发生褶皱和变质。随后,这些经历了变形和变质的T3-J沉积地层与中-上地壳的其他岩石在早白垩世早期发生构造折返,其间伴随着大规模同构造岩浆作用(147～135 Ma)和区域性混合岩化。在第二期挤压过程中,早白垩世南园组发生褶皱和变质。华南陆缘110～100 Ma的岩浆杂岩、100～90 Ma的A型花岗岩和90～80 Ma的双峰式火成岩可能分别与这次挤压事件及其后的地壳伸展、减薄过程有关。因此,华南晚中生代两大岩浆旋回(165～120 Ma和110～80 Ma)可能受控于同期的两大构造旋回(165～120 Ma和115～80 Ma)。每个构造旋回包括一个地壳受挤压增厚过程和一个随后发生的地壳伸展减薄过程。值得注意的是,华南沿海地区的晚中生代构造-岩浆作用与陆内同期构造-岩浆作用似乎具有可比性。

自台湾北部和平岛沿岸海域及淡水河出海口海域 ,采得软木软柳珊瑚 (Suberg orgiasuberosa)、扁刺柳珊瑚 (Echinogorgiacomplexa)、网刺柳珊瑚 (Echinogorgiare ticulata)和 1未定种柳珊瑚等 4种柳珊瑚目样品 ,检测体内 1 8种金属含量 ,其中以Ca、Zn、Cu、Al、Fe及Mn含量较高 .体长较长的珊瑚 ,体内金属累积量则相对较高 ,尤其以Cu及Zn的趋势最为明确 .经统计分析 ,显示 4种珊瑚体内金属含量彼此间无群组相关性存在 ,呈现多变、无规则性的分布 .本研究与大堡礁及委内瑞拉附近海域同一目珊瑚 (Gorgonacea)中相同金属分析值进行比较结果Cd、Pb及Ni含量彼此差异不大。

Aim:To investigate the effect of water soluble-ethanol precipitation fraction(AC-1)and alkaline extraction-isoelectric precipitation fraction(AC-2)from Antrodiacamphorata(Polyporaceae,Aphyllophorales)on lipopolysaccharide(LPS)-in-duced gene activation in mouse ***:The AC-1 and AC-2fractions were prepared,and their effects on LPS-induced gene expression weremonitored by Western blotting and ***:Our results indicatedthatAC-2,but not AC-1 dose-dependently(50-200 mg/L)inhibited LPS-induced nitricoxide production as well as the protein and the mRNA expression of the induciblenitric oxide synthase(iNOS)*** AC-1 nor AC-2 inhibited LPS-inducedcyclooxygenase-2 gene *** the cytokine array assay,it showedthat AC-2 also had the ability to inhibit LPS-induced the protein expression ofinterleukin(IL)-6,1L-10,the monocyte chemoattractant protein(MCP)-5,and regu-lated upon activation,normal T-cell expressed,and presumably secreted(RANTES).Like iNOS,AC-2 inhibiting LPS-induced IL-6 and IL-10 secretion resulted frominhibiting their mRNA ***:It was suggested that alkalineextraction-isoelectric precipitated the polysaccharide fraction of A camphorataand had the ability to inhibit LPS-induced iNOS,IL-6,IL-10,MCP-5,and RANTESexpression in mouse macrophages.

Light-emitting diodes (LEDs) are semiconducting, light producing units, with the advantages of small size, long life, low voltage, reduced energy consumption, and high vibration resistance. Unfortunately, most LED output power is converted into heat, with little converted into optical energy. If the heat is not transferred outward from the unit, the LED will overheat and its light emission efficiency, stability, and lifespan will be reduced. Improving LED heat dissipation has become a hot topic. This paper used the finite element method to discuss the temperature change in LED heat sources, using epoxy and Al2O3 adhesives with varying heat transfer coefficients.

Debris flow is the flow of a solid-fluid mixture and in this investigation it is treated as the flow of a continuum in routing. A numerical model is proposed describing debris flow including erosion and deposition processes with suitable boundary con-ditions. The numerical model is applied to evaluate the effects of protection structures against debris flow caused by heavy rainfall on the Shen-Mu Stream of Nantou County located in central taiwan. Simulation results indicated that the proposed model can offer useful pre-planning guidelines for engineers.

Aim:To characterize the effect of combined pre-and postnatal morphine exposureon N-methyl-D-aspartate receptor（NMDA）receptor signaling in hippocampalneurons of the offspring of morphine-addicted female ***:Culturedhippocampal neurons and synaptosomes were prepared from neonatal and 2-week-old offspring,respectively,of control or morphine-addicted female *** in the cytosolic Ca2+concentration([Ca2+]i)of cultured cells was mea-sured using Fura-2,and glutamate release from synaptosomes was ***:Both glutamate and NMDA caused a dose-dependentincrease in the[Ca2+]*** nitric oxide（NO）donor,S-nitrosoglutathione（GSNO）,but not 3-morpholinosydnonimine,sodium nitroprusside,and S-nitroso-N-acetylpenicillamine,also induced a[Ca2+]*** and glutathione causeda dose-dependent increase in the[Ca2+]iwith respective EC50values of 56 and 414μmol/*** effects were inhibited by Mg2+or an NMDA receptor antagonistand were unaffected by the presence of a glutamate *** other glu-tathione derivatives,oxidized glutathione,S-methylglutathione,S-ethylglutathione,S-propylglutathione,and S-butylglutathione,the dipeptides,Glu-Cys and Cys-Gly,and the antioxidants,dithiothreitol and mercaptoethanol,failed to induce a[Ca2+]*** addition,glutathione caused a dose-dependent increase inglutamate release from *** maximal responses and the EC50val-ues for the glutamate-,NMDA-,GSNO-,and glutathione-induced[Ca2+]iincreasesand the glutathione-induced glutamate release were indistinguishable in the neu-rons of the offspring from control and morphine-addicted female ***:GSNO and glutathione act as NMDA receptor agonists and,in contrast to hippoc-ampal brain slice,combined pre-and postnatal morphine exposure does not modu-late NMDA receptor signaling in the cultured hippocampal neurons.
