Algal-cyanobacterial communities, soil nano- and microfauna, and mycelium of micromycetes were studied in soils of an administrativ. district of Moscow. To characterize the habitat conditions of microbiota in the soils of different functional zones of the city, the acid-base conditions and the contents of exchangeable and water-soluble nitrogen, mobile heav. metals, and soluble salts were determined. The div.rsity of species of algal-cyanobacterial communities, the composition of the dominant species, the proportions of different ecological groups of diatom algae, the div.rsity of soil nano- and microfauna, and the abundance of colorless and colored mycelium in the urban soils were characterized. The analysis of these parameters showed that the degree of technogenic impact on soil microbiota decreases in the following sequence of functional zones of the city: industrial > traffic > residential > recreation.

We introduce a concept of episode referring to a time interv.l in the dev.lopment of a dynamic phenomenon that is characterized by multiple time-v.riant attributes.A data structure representing a single episode is a multiv.riate time *** analyse collections of episodes,we propose an approach that is based on recognition of particular patterns in the temporal v.riation of the v.riables within *** episode is thus represented by a combination of *** this representation,we apply v.sual analytics techniques to fulfil a set of analysis tasks,such as inv.stigation of the temporal distribution of the patterns,frequencies of transitions between the patterns in episode sequences,and co-occurrences of patterns of different v.riables within same *** demonstrate our approach on two examples using real-world data,namely,dynamics of human mobility indicators during the COv.D-19 pandemic and characteristics of football team mov.ments during episodes of ball turnov.r.

Epilepsy is one of the most frequent neurological disorders. In these circumstances, more than 25% of the patients are women of reproductiv. age. The aim of our research was to analyze the effectiv.ness and safety of antiepileptic therapy in women with epilepsy during pregnancy and to analyze the pregnancies’ outcomes. We included in our research 121 pregnancies of 101 women aged at the moment of childbearing about 26.9 ± 4.57 years old. Idiopathic forms of epilepsy were predominant among all causes—47.1% (р v.l at the moment of conception in 54.7% of the cases. Worse control of epileptic seizures was associated with Benzobarbital (66.7%) and Lamotrigine (50.0%). Women with epilepsy did not receiv. specialized neurological therapy before conception in most cases, which leaded to the usage of AED teratogenic doses and less effectiv.ness of AED during pregnancy. It is necessary to plan the pregnancy and prescribe rational treatment for epilepsy starting at the stage of planning and during gestation in order to obtain a better seizures control and to decrease congenital disorders risk in fetus.

Juv.nile myoclonic epilepsy (JME) is characterised by myoclonia during awakening, generalised tonic-clonic seizures, typical absences and usually presents for the first time at the age of 12 to 18 years old. This article describes the results of a clinical study into JME phenotypes in patients liv.ng in the Siberian Federal District. We hav. shown that the incidence of JME among males was lower than among females (1:1.9) and JME debut age for males was higher than in those women. Classical phenotype of JME (Type I) was dominant and more common in males compared to females—70.4% v.. 58.5%, respectiv.ly. The JME phenotype with worse prognosis in terms of achiev.ng stable clinical remission (Type II) occurred 3.5 times more frequently among female patients compared to male (13.2% v.. 3.7% respectiv.ly). The findings resulting from this study giv. a deeper insight into the diagnosis and prognosis of this form of idiopathic generalised epilepsy in predisposed families.

The aim of the work was the study of the effect of NEMP （nanosecond electromagnetic pulses） on steel properties. Steel treatment was performed under the workshop conditions. The mechanical properties and the microstructure of the experimental samples and samples prepared by usual way were analyzed. The treatment of metal melt with nanosecond electromagnetic pulses at the crystallization stage makes it possible to change mechanical properties of metal and its structure.
