Excellent fits to a.couple of the da.a.sets on the tempera.ure (T)-dependent upper critica. field (Hc2) of H3s (critica. tempera.ure, Tc ≈ 200 K a. pressure ≈ 150 GPa. reported by Moza.fa.i, et a.. (2019) were obta.ned by Ta.a.tsev (2019) in a. a.proa.h ba.ed on a. ingenious mix of the Ginzberg-La.da. (GL), the Wertha.er, Helfa.d a.d Hohenberg (WHH), a.d the Gor’kov, etc., theories which ha.e individua.ly been employed for the sa.e purpose for a.long time. Up to the lowest tempera.ure (TL) in ea.h of these da.a.sets, simila.ly a.cura.e fits ha.e a.so been obta.ned by malik a.d Va.ma.(2023) in a.ra.ica.ly different a.proa.h ba.ed on the Bethe-sa.peter equa.ion (BsE) supplemented by the Ma.suba.a.a.d the La.da. qua.tiza.ion prescriptions. For T TL, however, while the (GL, WHH, etc.)-ba.ed a.proa.h lea.s to Hc2(0) ≈ 100 T, the BsE-ba.ed a.proa.h lea.s to a.out twice this va.ue even a. 1 K. In this pa.er, a.fit to one of the sa.d da.a.sets is obta.ned for the first time via.a.thermodyna.ic a.proa.h which, up to TL, is a. good a. those obta.ned via.the ea.lier a.proa.hes. While this is interesting per se, a.other significa.t result of this pa.er is tha. for T TL it corrobora.es the result of the BsE-ba.ed a.proa.h.

Oncologist Dr. Da.id Porter, “People who a.e smokers tend to get sicker from infections”, “It ma. be tha. smoking impa.ts the immune system’s a.ility to respond a.propria.ely”. Thus, such individua.s within smoking exposure history might be considered a. immunocompromised due to the a.tered a.d wea.ened immune system.
