Carbon-Doped Titanium Oxide Films by DC Reactive Magnetron Sputtering Using CO_2 and O_2 as Reactive Gas

CO2 and O2 were employed as reactive gases to fabricate carbon-doped titanium oxide films using DC reactive magnetron sputtering. Microstructure, composition and optical band gap of the films were investigated by X-ray diffraction, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, and UV-visible spectrophotometer, respectively. The results showed that carbon-doped titanium monoxide films （C-TiO） with a carbon concentration of 5.8 at.% were obtained in an AffCO2 mixed atmosphere. However, carbon-doped futile and anatase （C-TiO2） with a carbon concentration of about 1.4 at.% were obtained in an Ar/CO2/O2 mixed atmosphere. The optical band gaps of C-TiO and C-TiO2 were about 2.6 and 2.9 eV, respectively. Both of them were narrower than that of pure TiO2 films. Films with narrowed optical band gap energy are promising in promoting their photo-catalytic activity.

硬质合金因具有较高硬度、强度与韧性等综合优势而成为重要的切削工具材料,通过在硬质合金表面进行涂层可以延长使用寿命。金刚石涂层由于具有极高硬度、耐磨性、高热导率和低热膨胀系数,成为加工碳纤维复合材料、石墨和陶瓷等材料的首选。然而,低韧性是限制硬质合金基体表面金刚石涂层进一步应用的主要缺点。同时,高热稳定性是硬质合金基体表面金刚石涂层在高速高温切削条件下稳定服役的关键。本文基于硬质合金基体表面金刚石涂层的结构与成分设计的研究现状,重点综述了多层及梯度金刚石涂层设计对其韧性及相关性能的影响及机理,就提升金刚石涂层热稳定性的策略与增强机理进行分析。综述了金刚石涂层制备工艺,并对准确评价金刚石涂层断裂韧性及热稳定性的实验方法进行总结,旨在寻找“硬而韧”且具有高热稳定性的硬质合金基体表面金刚石涂层设计方法,以有效提升切削工具使用性能。

目的探讨糖尿病患者血清胰腺再生(Reg)蛋白Ⅰα与慢性肾脏病(CKD)的关系,建立糖尿病合并CKD的风险预测模型。方法回顾性选取2021年9月至2023年9月就诊于东南大学附属中大医院的500例糖尿病患者。收集一般资料、既往病史、实验室检查[血常规、空腹血糖(FPG)、血尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(Scr)、血尿酸(UA)、尿白蛋白/肌酐比值(UACR)],并计算估算的肾小球滤过率(eGFR)。酶联免疫法测定血清RegⅠα水平,按照四分位数水平将患者分为R1(RegⅠα≤38.60 ng/mL,n=98)、R2(38.60196.15 ng/mL,n=97)组。采用随机数字表法按6∶4比例将患者随机分为训练集(n=234)和验证集(n=155)。多元logistic逐步回归法筛选模型变量,构建糖尿病合并CKD风险的列线图模型并评估其性能。结果(1)共纳入资料完整的糖尿病患者389例,210例(53.98%)合并CKD。与R1组相比,R4组患者FPG、BUN、Scr、UA水平升高,高血压病、冠心病和CKD比例增加,红细胞计数、血红蛋白(HGB)、eGFR水平下降(P0.05)。在训练集中,与无CKD组相比,CKD组患者RegⅠα、白细胞计数、BUN、Scr及UA水平升高,高血压病、冠心病比例增加,红细胞计数、HGB和eGFR水平下降(P82.17 ng/mL、HGB降低(OR=0.965)和UA升高(OR=1.005)是糖尿病合并CKD的危险因素(P0.05)。结论高血压病史、RegⅠα升高、HGB降低和UA升高是糖尿病患者合并CKD的危险因素,本研究构建的列线图模型对糖尿病合并CKD的风险具有良好的预测效能和临床使用价值。

Background Murine cytomegalovirus （MCMV） early protein Ml12-113 is involved in viral DNA replication and believed to play a crucial role in the viral pathogenesis. To investigate the biological function of Ml12-113 protein in the pathogenesis of the brain disorders caused by cytomegalovirus （CMV）, a screening for proteins interacting with Ml12-113 was performed by a yeast two-hybrid system. Methods Bait plasmid pGBKT7-M112-113 was constructed and transformed into AH109 yeast. After confirmation of the expression of MCMV Ml12-113 in yeast, the bait yeast was mated with a prey yeast containing mouse brain cDNA library plasmid to screen the proteins interacting with M 112-113. Interactions between Ml12-113 and the obtained proteins were verified by yeast two-hybrid assay and chemiluminescent co-immunoprecipitaion. Results Two proteins interacting with M112-113 were identified, including metastasis-associated 1 （MTA1） and zinc finger, CCHC domain containing 18 （ZCCHC18）. Ml12-113 protein could interact with MTAt or ZCCHC18 in yeast and mammalian cells. Conclusion The interactions of Ml12-113 with MTA1 or ZCCHC18 may be related to the pathogenesis of MCMV-associated disease in central nervous system.

In China, the responsibilitY of protecting the environment lies largely with local governments. Within the framework of spatial econometrics, we investigate empirically the consequence of such an institutional setting. Using city-level data for China, the present study finds that city governments behave strategically in making spending decisions regarding environmental protection. This paper finds that a city government appears to cut its own spending as a response to the rise in environmental protection spending by its neighbors. Hence, environmental protection tends to be underprovided. As a result, we suggest that centralizing the environmental protection responsibility to a higher level of government would be beneficial in terms of controlling pollution in China.

Biodegradable magnesium（Mg）-based vascular stents have been designed as temporary scaffolds to treat angiostenotic lesions for the maintenance of normal blood *** studies have presented in vitro and in vivo tests for the evaluation of the safety and feasibility of Mg-based vascular stents and the related materials. Therein the cytocompatibility is a basic and important parameter in the evaluation system. In this review, we summarize the applications and limitations of in vitro evaluation methods including basic characterization methods and direct and indirect cytotoxicity tests. We discuss the influencing factors on cytotoxicity, such as surface roughness, preconditioning of sample surface, cell type for the biocompatibility evaluation in direct contact as well as conditions for the formation of extracts/degradation products for indirect assays. Besides, we highlight the recent in vivo animal tests and clinical trials about Mgbased stents along with some associated results. The aim of this review is to provide a meaningful reference in the further developments and related evaluation methods of Mg-based stents.

Cardiomyopathies are diseases that primarily affect the myocardium, leading to serious cardiac dysfunction and heart failure. Out of the three major categories of cardiomyopathies （hypertrophic, dilated and restrictive）, restrictive cardiomyopathy （RCM） is less common and also the least studied. However, the prognosis for RCM is poor as some patients dying in their childhood. The molecular mechanisms behind the disease development and progression are not very clear and the treatment of RCM is very difficult and often ineffective. In this article, we reviewed the recent progress in RCM research from the clinical studies and the translational studies done on diseased transgenic animal models. This will help for a better understanding of the mechanisms underlying the etiology and development of RCM and for the design of better treatments for the disease.

食品中焦糖色与4-甲基咪唑的测定

文章建立了高效液相色谱法测定食品中焦糖色的含量,结合超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定其4-甲基咪唑的含量的方法。样品加入水超声提取后,离心,上清液经MCX柱纯化后,收集初始流出液以4倍乙醇沉淀,离心后弃去上清液,沉淀以水复溶后测定焦糖色素;4-甲基咪唑收集氨水甲醇洗脱液,氮吹后以初始流动相复溶。焦糖色素以10 mmol/L磷酸二氢钠溶液为流动相,采用资生堂SCX色谱柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm),等度洗脱,610 nm波长下测定。4-甲基咪唑以含0.1%甲酸10 mmol/L乙酸铵水溶液和乙腈为流动相梯度洗脱,经资生堂HILIC色谱柱(2.1 mm×100 mm,3 μm)色谱柱分离后,采用多反应监测模式进行定量分析,内标法定量。焦糖色素与4-甲基咪唑在各自浓度范围线性良好,三水平加标回收结果显示,焦糖色素的平均回收率为80.5%~94.2%,相对标准偏差为3.3%~7.8%,固体类样品检出限为0.02 g/kg,液体类样品检出限为0.02 g/L。4-甲基咪唑的平均回收率为85.3%~106.2%,相对标准偏差为3.1%~6.9%,固体类样品检出限为1.0 μg/kg,液体类样品检出限1.0 μg/L。该方法优化前处理过程与仪器色谱条件,较好地控制了基质干扰,具有灵敏度高、重现性好、抗干扰能力强等特点,适用于酱油、米醋、可乐和黄酒等食品中焦糖色与4-甲基咪唑的检测。
