The pres.nt s.udy examined the temporal res.ons.s.and the efficacy of 192Ir HDR endovas.ular irradiation for preventing s.ooth mus.le cell proliferation of rabbit iliac arteries.after PTA with a cutting balloon catheter. Endovas.ular irradiation with 12 Gy was.randomly performed on the one s.de of iliac arterial s.gment with the unirradiated s.de s.rving as.a control. Animals.were euthanatized 1, 2, 3, 4, 8 and 12 week(s. after angioplas.y. His.opathological and immunohis.ochemical s.udies.were carried out. His.opathology s.owed repair of the dis.ection by cellular accumulation and a s.riking reduction in the amount of neointimal hyperplas.a in the irradiated arteries.as.compared with control ves.els. A peak of PCNA pos.tive ratio was.in neointima of the control arterial s.gments.at a week. 2 - 4 weeks.after irradiation, the neointimal PCNA pos.tive ratio was.s.ill s.gnificantly increas.d in the control arterial s.gments.compared with the irradiated arterial s.gments. After 8 weeks. PCNA pos.tive ratio was.below 1 % in both irradiated arterial s.gments.and the control. Our res.lts.s.owed that the 192Ir HDR afterloading irradiation with a dos. of 12 Gy can be cons.dered s.fficient for inhibiting neointimal hyperplas.a in angioplas.ized rabbit iliac arteries.with cutting balloon catheter.

20世纪90年代,日本对外经济政策经历了两个方面的模式转变:第一,在贸易摩擦的应对和处理方面,摆脱了以往重视双边磋商和达成妥协的作法,转向通过多边框架以法律途径解决争端的轨道;第二,在贸易与投资自由化的促进方面,从多边主义转向了区域主义和双边主义。本文主要探讨导致这一模式转变的原因、模式转变过程中的促进势力和抵制势力以及抵制势力被克服的政策形成过程、两个模式之间的矛盾与冲突以及模式转变的稳定性等问题,在此基础上分析和展望日本今后的对外经济政策走向。

我是专门从事日本建筑史及亚洲古代史研究的，1991年开始进行越南顺化的皇宫都城的调查研究和保护再生规划，1992年开始着手于柬埔寨吴哥的保护修复项目。通过这些亚洲具有代表性的世界文化遗产的修复和援助项目的实践，我对近年来东京（亚洲大都市之一）的变化、发展中的文物保护逐渐有了新的认识。因此在这里想结合自己在柬埔寨吴哥以及越南顺化的体验，观察和思考东京丸内地区的城市发展和变化，以及文化遗产的保护和有效利用的问题。

The atomic hydrogen dens.ty was.3.1 × 1021 ms.p>?3s.p> at a pres.ure of 30 Pa, a microwave power of 1000 W, and a hydrogen gas.flow rate of 10 s.cm. We confirmed that the temperatures.of trans.tion-metal films.increas.d to above 800s.p>。s.p>C within 5 s.when they were expos.d to hydrogen plas.a formed us.ng the apparatus. A 26-year-old woman with no family his.ory of dermatophytos.s.pres.nted with pruritic erythema on the right palm (Fig. 1) in November 2002, 1 month after firs. noticing it. s.e had no les.ons.on the s.les. toe webs. left palm, or nails. The erythema had been treated with topical s.eroids.for 4 weeks. but had continued to expand. The erythema meas.red 42 mm ×36 mm, and was.hyperemic and infiltrated unevenly. Its.center s.owed no s.gns.of healing, its.periphery exhibited s.all ves.cles. and its.margin s.owed s.ales. On the s.ales. fungal hyphae and chains.of arthroconidia were revealed by direct KOH tes.. The erythema was.diagnos.d as.tinea manuum and was.treated with topical terbinafine once daily. After s.veral days.of treatment, the erythema flared up and red papuloerythemas.appeared on the back of both hands.and on both forearms. Ten days.after the firs. vis.t, the patient returned to our clinic for the treatment of newly developed eruptions. A trichophytin s.in tes. produced an infiltrated erythema meas.ring 21 mm ×18 mm, confirming that the newly developed eruptions.and exacerbated erythema on the right palm were due to a trichophytid reaction. Topical terbinafine was.continued for the palm and fluocinolone acetonide ointment was.applied on the newly developed eruptions.on the arms.from day 10 after the firs. vis.t. All the inflammatory eruptions.s.bs.ded after 4 weeks.of treatment and direct KOH tes. res.lts.were negative. The s.s.ected caus. of t inea manuum was.the patient’s.pet female four-toed hedgehog (Atelerix albiventr is. which s.e had kept for 4 years.(Fig. 2). When s.e bought it from a local pet s.op, it had des.uamation on its.body, but no les.ons.with los. of hair or quil l and no dermatitis. The s.aling decreas.d gradually with treatment given by a v eterinarian.
