Motors are normally used for industrial control, automation and home electrical appliance. It spans everything from residential washing machines, fans, hand-held power tools, automotive window lift, traction control system, industrial drives and many more. Motor application is not completed without a control system. The inventions of microprocessor and microcontroller make the control system become easier. This control system is basically controlling the switch, speed, and direction of motor. Control signal is generated by a switch that is connected directly to the control circuit. In order to control and monitor the motor, user need to be at the place where the switch is located. In this system, mobile phone is used as a control switch. By sending text message using short message service (SMS) which is a part of the Global System for Mobile Communications (GSM), control signal is sent wirelessly to the control circuit. By implementing GSM module on the control circuit of motor, it can enable the user to send text message that contain command from any mobile phone to that GSM module. The GSM module will receive the text command and send it to the microcontroller to be processed and converted into desired control signal. Controlling motor using SMS is really convenient and give mobility as the user is able to control and monitor the motor from anywhere as long as the places have coverage. Moreover, sending text message is considered very low cost and most of people have their own mobile phones and it already becomes one of the basic needs in life.

In CDMA systems, turbo multi user detection for multiple access interference cancellation and channel decoding in CDMA systems has an exponentially growing complexity with number of users. In these systems, when bandwidth efficient modulations like M-ary PSK are used another exponential factor that is relates to the levels of modulation prohibitively increases the computational complexity of the receiver. In this paper we have examined a symbol based reduced complexity multi user detector, for coded and un-coded CDMA system, with a performance very near to optimal detector while having extremely low complexity. We have introduced a design formula for the required Hamming distance value for no loss in performance. Simulation results of coded and un-coded CDMA system verify the performance of our reduced complexity detector that we expect.

Performing analog computations with metastructures is an emerging wave-based paradigm for solving mathematical *** such devices,one major challenge is their reconfigurability,especially without the need for a priori mathematical computations or computationally-intensive *** equation-solving capabilities are applied only to matrices with special spectral(eigenvalue)*** we report the theory and design of wave-based metastructures using tunable elements capable of solving integral/differential equations in a fully-reconfigurable *** consider two architectures:the Miller architecture,which requires the singular-value decomposition,and an alternative intuitive direct-complex-matrix(DCM)architecture introduced here,which does not require a priori mathematical *** examples,we demonstrate,using system-level simulation tools,the solutions of integral and differential *** then expand the matrix inverting capabilities of both architectures toward evaluating the generalized Moore-Penrose matrix ***,we provide evidence that metadevices can implement generalized matrix inversions and act as the basis for the gradient descent method for solutions to a wide variety of ***,a general upper bound of the solution convergence time reveals the rich potential that such metadevices can offer for stationary iterative schemes.

Objective:The aim of this study is to compare the effect of Vitamin D and Vitamin E supplementations,alone,and in combination,on reducing the intensity and duration of dysmenorrhea in women who were referred to the Kowsar gynecological clinics of Shahid Motahari Hospital of Urmia University of Medical *** and Methods:A double-blinded clinical trial was conducted on 112 women with dysmenorrhea who were randomly allocated into the four study ***,100 women complete the study and received capsules containing a placebo(n=25),1000 IU of Vitamin D(n=25),400 mg of Vitamin E(n=25),and 1000 IU of Vitamin D+400 mg of Vitamin E(n=25)every 24 h for 2 consecutive months at the beginning of the menstrual *** pain intensity and duration among groups were compared before and after the ***:The mean menstrual pain duration in all three experimental groups(Vitamin E,Vitamin D,and the combination of them)was lower than the placebo group(all P<0.05),and the mean pain intensity scores in all three experimental groups were significantly lower than the placebo group(all P<0.05).The results(means)for all of the drugs administered at the end of the 2nd month were better than the 1st month(all P<0.01).Conclusions:Vitamin E and Vitamin D,as well as their combination,are recommended as an effective and safe treatment for the management of the complications of dysmenorrhea.

Sarvak Formation (Late Albian-Early Turonian) as main reservoir in the field is one of the carbonate units of Bangestan Group in Zagros Basin with average thickness of 640 m. This formation conformably overlays the Kazhdumi Formation while the upper boundary is an erosional unconformity which is covered by Ilam Formation. There is a significant lateral and vertical heterogeneity in the reservoir layers that causes main challenge in reservoir characterization. In this paper, reservoir properties evaluation and construction of depositional model have been done based on lithotype study, sedimentary environment classification, petrophysical interpretations and SeisWorks. Five facies types (lithotypes) in the Sarvak Formation with particular rock properties are identified in 8 wells and 200 thin sections. The main facies association elements and relevant depositional settings have been interpreted by extracted Paleolog, facies and fossil association data which are related to depositional setting variations.

A limited number of postemergence (POST) herbicides are available for weed management in azuki bean production in Ontario. A total of three field trials were conducted during 2017 to 2019 at the Huron Research Station, University of Guelph, Exeter, Ontario, Canada to evaluate the efficacy of various postemergence (POST) herbicides for weed control in azuki bean. 目的本研究调查了PD1/PD-L1抑制剂治疗后肺癌患者免疫相关不良事件(immune-related adverse events,ir AEs)的影像学异常发生率,以期用新的影像学方法来评估免疫治疗反应和异常放射学反应(肿瘤超进展、不一致的反应和假性进展)。方法本研究在“Pub Med/Medline、Web of Science、Science Direct,Scopus”数据库上进行系统检索和meta分析,搜索有关PD-1/PDL1治疗后的肺癌临床影像学相关指标变化的研究报道。本研究开始于2021年10月15日,搜索时间范围从2011到2021年以英文形式发表的文献。使用不同的检索词进行文献检索,包括"PD1/PD-L1肺癌治疗,免疫检查点抑制剂,细胞程序性死亡受体-1(PD1),非小细胞肺癌,细胞程序性死亡受体-1(PD-L1),治疗相关不良反应和影像学",检索方式为(“影像学”或“放射学”或CT”和“不良事件或ir AEs”和“PD-1抑制剂或PD-1治疗”和“肺癌”)。本研究拟对肺癌患者的ir AEs表现进行分析,因此只纳入符合以下标准的文献:(1)报道了肺癌患者的临床特征和影像学特征的原创性研究;(2)研究至少包括10名患者且发表在英文文献上,排除了由于佐证不足,样本量小于10例的个案报告或病例系列报道。本研究也排除了述评、点评、评论和其他类型的出版物。关于药物剂量,由于文献中没有提及剂量多少,因此不作为排除标准。我们查阅了相关研究的标题、摘要和全文,并从每项研究中提取了以下信息:入组患者的数量、参与者年龄和性别的平均值/中位数、基本病变类型、典型影像表现[实变、磨玻璃影(ground-glass opacities,GGO)]、较少见的影像表现(铺路石征、斑片状影、支气管充气征、线状影、支气管扩张或支气管壁增厚、胸腔积液、血管强化)等信息,在提供相关资料的情况下,本研究分析了CT或胸片在肺癌诊断评估中的诊断价值,病变分布的参与程度和受检器官的数量。Meta分析采用R–Statistical Software软件进行分析,偏倚风险评估采用New Castle Ottawa量表。我们研究了PD-1/PD-L1治疗相关不良反应的肺癌患者的影像学异常发生率,使用文献中提取的二分法数据(dichotomus Data)(事件,总数),对免疫相关不良事件的发生率和严重程度进行排序。根据观察到的随访次数除以随访时间、患病率和95%可信区间(CI)的荟萃分析,对一线治疗组和后续治疗组进行评估。异质性采用Chi2检验和I2检验进行统计,P值小于0.05为异质性显著,I2值大于50%为异质性相当。结果所选择数据的分类是根据作者和出版年份、接受一线免疫检查点抑制剂(ICI)治疗和后续一线ICI治疗的患者数量、每组的中位年龄、使用的治疗类型(如尼鲁单抗、派姆单抗)、以周为单位的随访时间进行分组。接受一线治疗的高、低等级ir AEs患者的发病率较接受后续治疗的患者影像学异常发生率更高(P1%肿瘤或免疫细胞PD-L1表达)的总缓解率(ORR)、无进展生存率(PFS)的数据。所有的影像学研究都是在尼鲁单抗停药后进行的,因为ir AEs可能在停药后数月甚至数年发生,所以在开始后续治疗之前都被纳入PD-1抑制剂。结果分为主要结果和次要结果。有一例ir AEs的患者出现明显影像表现,平均时间约为7周。肺炎和结肠炎的表现为全结肠炎和憩室相关的节段性结肠炎。本研究结果显示,肺癌PD-1/PD-L1治疗相关不良反应常见表现包括急性间质性肺炎(AIP)/急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)和隐源性组织肺炎(COP),其他ir AEs包括肠炎(小肠炎症)、甲状腺炎、肝炎和胰腺炎。年龄和放射治疗史也是与ir AEs总体相关性的决定因素。所有研究均发生免疫相关不良事件,其中一项研究显示检查点抑制剂肺炎的发生率令人担忧。结论1.在ICIs治疗期间和治疗之后,正确评估影像学结果对于实验和临床环境中都至关重要,多年来,已经提出不同的治疗标准(IRC、irRECIST、i RECIST)用于临床免疫治疗和研究。2.接受免疫治疗的肺癌患者出现异常放射反应,出现反应不一致(di
