Introducing heavy halogen atoms into organic small molecules is a practical strategy for efficient singlet oxygen(^(1)O_(2))***,bromine or iodine atoms are introduced on the aza-borondipyrromethene(aza-BODIPY)core,rather than on the periphery aryl rings for efficient~1O_(2) ***,an aza-BODIPY dye NBDPBr with unexpected bromination on the periphery aryl rings was synthesized for photoacoustic(PA)imaging-guided synergistic photothermal therapy(PTT)and photodynamic therapy(PDT)in tumor *** to unexcepted bromination at the periphery aryl rings,NBDPBr demonstrated an outstanding singlet oxygen quantum yield(Φ_(Δ))of 66% which was superior to similar brominated photosensitizers previously *** encapsulation with amphiphilic polymer F-127,hydrophilic NBDPBr nanoparticles(NPs)were fabricated and exhibited an excellent photothermal conversion efficiency(η)of 43.0% under 660 nm *** vivo PA imaging results demonstrated that NBDPBr NPs could specifically accumulate at tumor sites and realized the maximum tumor retention at 7 h *** the in vitro and in vivo results indicated the significant potence of NBDPBr with unexpected bis-bromination for PA imaging-guided synergetic PDT/PTT.

Anthocyanins are secondary metabolites induced by environmental stimuli and developmental *** positive regulators of anthocyanin biosynthesis have been reported,whereas the anthocyanin repressors have been *** the signal transduction pathways of gibberellin(GA)and jasmonic acid(JA)and their regulation of anthocyanin biosynthesis have been investigated,the cross-talk between GA and JA and the antagonistic mechanism of regulating anthocyanin biosynthesis remain to be *** this study,we identified the anthocyanin repressor MdbHLH162 in apple and revealed its molecular mechanism of regulating anthocyanin biosynthesis by integrating the GA and JA ***162 exerted passive repression by interacting with MdbHLH3 and MdbHLH33,which are two recognized positive regulators of anthocyanin ***162 negatively regulated anthocyanin biosynthesis by disrupting the formation of the anthocyanin-activated MdMYB1-MdbHLH3/33complexes and weakening transcriptional activation of the anthocyanin biosynthetic genes MdDFR and MdUF3GT by MdbHLH3 and *** GA repressor MdRGL2a antagonized MdbHLH162-mediated inhibition of anthocyanins by sequestering MdbHLH162 from the MdbHLH162-MdbHLH3/33 *** JA repressors MdJAZ1 and MdJAZ2 interfered with the antagonistic regulation of MdbHLH162 by MdRGL2a by titrating the formation of the MdRGL2a-MdbHLH162 *** findings reveal that MdbHLH162 integrates the GA and JA signals to negatively regulate anthocyanin *** study provides new information for discovering more anthocyanin biosynthesis repressors and explores the cross-talk between hormone signals.

Enhanced degradation of refractory organics in ORR-EO system with a blue TiO_(2)nanotube array modified Ti-based Ni-Sb co-doped SnO_(2)anode

Recently,a novel 2-electron oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)based electro-oxidation(EO)system was developed,which utilizes a H_(2)O_(2)generation cathode instead of H_(2)evolution cathode.A Ti-based Ni-Sb co-doped SnO_(2)(Ti/naTO)anode was selected for efficient degradation of refractory organics and O_(3)*** synergistic reaction of O3/H_(2)O_(2)further accelerated the generation of hydroxyl radicals(·OH)in the ORR-EO ***,the catalytic activity and long-term effectiveness of the Ti/naTO anode limited the large-scale application of the ORR-EO *** this study,a blue TiO_(2)nanotube array(blue-TiO_(2)-NTA)inter-layer was introduced into the fabrication process between the Ti substrate and naTO catalyst *** to the Ti/naTO anode,the Ti/blue-TiO_(2)-NTA/naTO anode achieved higher efficiency of organic removal and O_(3)***,the accelerated lifetime of the Ti/blue-TiO_(2)-NTA/naTO anode was increased by 7 times compared to the Ti/naTO *** combined with CNTs-C/PTFE air cathode in ORR-EO system,all anodic oxidation and O_(3)/H_(2)O_(2)processes achieved higher•OH *** 92%of TOC in leachate bio-effluent was effectively eliminated with a relatively low energy cost of 45 kWh/t.

The intelligent electronic devices have urgent demands for electromagnetic interference(EMI)shielding films with excellent heat dissipation ***,it is challenging to obtain excellent EMI shielding and thermal conductivity performances ***,inspired by mille-feuille structure,the multifunctional EMI shielding films developed by a layer-by-layer self-assembly and hot-pressing *** ingenious introduction of silver nanoparticles(AgNPs)with large specific surface area and highly conductive into the network formed by TEMPO-oxidized cellulose nanofibrils(TOCNFs)with large aspect ratio to form the TOCNFs/*** the graphene nanoplates(GNPs)with high conductivity loss distributed alternately with TOCNFs/AgNPs to construct mille-feuille structure,which had highly efficient conductive network,complete thermally conduction pathway and rich heterogeneous ***,the designed films presented high electrical conductivity of 8520 S/cm,superb EMI effectiveness(SE)of 98.05 dB,and excellent thermal conductivity of 18.82 W/(m·K).Furthermore,the films possessed outstanding Joule heating performances with low voltages,including high heating temperature(100℃),fast response time(nating thermal conductivity and Joule heating performances have substantial application in flexible electronics,electromagnetic waves shielding and thermal management.

Ferroelastic hybrid perovskite materials have been revealed the significance in the applications of switches,sensors,actuators,***,it remains a challenge to design high-temperature ferroelastic to meet the requirements for the practical ***,we reported an one-dimensional organicinorganic hybrid perovskites(OIHP)(3-methylpyrazolium)CdCl_(3)(3-MBCC),which possesses a mmmF2/m ferroelastic phase transition at 263 ***,utilizing crystal engineering,we replace-CH_(3) with-NH_(2) and-H,which increases the intermolecular force between organic cations and inorganic *** phase transition temperature of(3-aminopyrazolium)CdCl_(3)(3-ABCC),and(pyrazolium)CdCl_(3)(BCC)increased by 73 K and 10 K,***,BCC undergoes an unconventional inverse temperature symmetry breaking(ISTB)ferroelastic phase transition around 273 ***,it transforms from a high symmetry low-temperature paraelastic phase(point group 2/m)to a low symmetry high-temperature ferroelastic phase(point group ī)originating from the rare mechanism of displacement of organic cations phase *** means that crystal BCC retains in ferroelastic phase above 273 K until melting point(446 K).Furthermore,characteristic ferroelastic domain patterns on crystal BCC are confirmed with polarized optical *** study enriches the molecular mechanism of ferroelastics in the family of organic-inorganic hybrids and opens up a new avenue for exploring high-temperature ferroic materials.

本文将扰动气压利用一个线性诊断关系代替,重新推导了WRF模式框架地形追随坐标系下的垂直动量方程,建立了垂直加速与对流触发(DCI)影响因子(如温度,水汽等)的直接联系.研究发现,DCI过程与对流核垂直加速相关,三维副散,扰动位势在垂直方向的二阶非均匀性,扰动位温垂直梯度,比湿及其垂直梯度,水凝物拖曳,均是能够直接影响垂直加速和对流触发的物理因子,这些量与模式基本预报量相关,通过解析基本预报量对对流发展的直接影响,可能有助于理解模式对DCI过程预测失败的原因.

Although the focus in the area of health research may be shifting from infectious to non-communicable diseases,the infectious diseases of poverty remain a major burden of disease of global health concern.A global platform to communicate and share the research on these diseases is needed to facilitate the translation of knowledge into effective approaches and tools for their *** on the“One health,One world”mission,a new,openaccess journal,Infectious Diseases of Poverty(IDP),was launched by BioMed Central in partnership with the national Institute of Parasitic Diseases(NIPD),Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention(China CDC)on October 25,*** aim is to identify and assess research and information gaps that hinder progress towards new interventions for a particular public health problem in the developing *** the inaugural IDP issue of October 25,2012,a total of 256 manuscripts have been published over the following five *** from a small number of editorials,opinions,commentaries and letters to the editor,the predominant types of publications are research articles(69.5%)and scoping reviews(21.5%).A total of 1081 contributing authors divided between 323 affiliations across 68 countries,territories and regions produced these 256 *** journal is indexed in major international biomedical databases,including Web of Science,PubMed,Scopus and *** 2015,it was assigned its first impact factor(4.11),which is now *** the past five years,IDP has received manuscripts from 90 countries,territories and regions across six continents with an annual acceptance rate of all contributions maintained at less than 40%.Content analysis shows that neglected tropical diseases(NTDs),followed by the“Big Three”(HIV/AIDS,malaria and tuberculosis)and infectious diseases in general comprise 88%of all *** addition,a series of 10 thematic issues,covering 118 publications in all,was published as separate parts of the first f
