高原人员长期生活在高海拔、低压低氧环境，生理机能发生了代偿性甚至病理性改变以适应高原特殊环境，到平原地区后，身体机能难以迅速调节以适应环境变化，在建立新的内环境稳态过程中会出现高原脱适应反应。睡眠障碍是脱适应期最主要的症状之一，主要表现为入睡困难、睡眠浅和易醒早醒等情形，睡眠不足和睡眠质量低下不仅损害身心健康，还影响工作效率和生活质量。康复治疗通过综合运用物理、药物治疗和心理、行为干预等措施，帮助高原疗养人员改善睡眠节律，缓解甚至消除脱适应期睡眠问题。本文围绕高原疗养员脱适应期睡眠障碍问题，总结主要影响因素及其潜在致病机制，探讨睡眠评估工具的评估效果和强调改善脱适应期睡眠状况的康复治疗策略。

A newly designed aluminum hydroxide gel-coated nanoscale zero-valent iron(AHG@NZVI)with enhanced activity and dispersibility of NZVI was successfully *** AHG@NZVI composite was synthesized via control of the surface AHG ***@NZVI-1,AHG@NZVI-2 and AHG@NZVI-3 were prepared under centrifugal mixing speeds of 1000,2000 and 4000 r/min,*** activity of AHG@NZVI was evaluated by its tetracycline(TC) removal *** effects of AHG content,pH value,reaction temperature,and presence of competitive anions on TC removal were *** could be removed by both adsorption and chemical reduction on AHG@NZVI-2(centrifugal speed 2000 r/min) in a short time with high removal efficiency(≥98.1%) at the optimal *** excellent performance can be attributed to a synergistic interaction between aluminum hydroxide gel and NZVI:(1) AHG could enhance the stability and dispersity of NZVI;(2) aluminum hydroxide gel could absorb a certain amount of TC and Fe^2+/Fe^3+,which facilitated the mass transfer of TC onto the NZVI surface,resulting in acceleration of the reduction rate of TC by the AHG@NZVI composite;and(3) AHG-Fe^2+/Fe^3+could absorb a certain amount of TC by *** kinetics of TC removal by AHG@NZVI composite was found to follow a two-parameter pseudo-first-order *** presence of competitive anions slightly inhibited the activity of AHG@NZVI systems for TC ***,this study provides a promising alternative material and environmental pollution management option for antibiotic wastewater treatment.

Two-level totem-pole power factor correction(PFC)converters in critical conduction mode(CRM)suffer from the wide regulation range of switching ***,in highfrequency applications,the number of switching times increases,resulting in significant switching *** solve these issues,this paper proposes an improved modulation strategy for the single-phase three-level neutral-point-clamped(NPC)converter in CRM with *** optimizing the discharging strategy and switching state sequence,the switching frequency and its variation range have been efficiently *** detailed performance analysis is also presented regarding the switching frequency,the average switching times,and the effect of voltage gain.A 2 k W prototype is built to verify the effectiveness of the proposed modulation strategy and analysis *** with the totem-pole PFC converter,the switching frequency regulation range of the three-level PFC converter is reduced by 36.48%and the average switching times is reduced by 45.10%.The experimental result also shows a 1.2%higher efficiency for the three-level PFC converter in the full load range.

In this paper,a low-cost and environmental-friendly leaching agent citric acid(C_(6)H_(8)O_(7))was used to treat the sediment of Dianchi Lake(SDL)to synthesize lithium silicate(Li_(4)SiO_(4))based CO_(2)*** results were compared with that treated with strong ***,the effects of preparation conditions,sorption conditions and desorption conditions on the CO_(2)sorption performance of prepared Li_(4)SiO_(4)were systematically *** optimal conditions,the Li_(4)SiO_(4)sorbent was successfully synthesized and its CO_(2)sorption capacity reached 31.37%(mass),which is much higher than that synthesized from SDL treated with strong *** is speculated that the presence of some elements after C_(6)H_(8)O_(7)treatment may promote the sorption of synthetic Li_(4)SiO_(4)to CO_(2).In addition,after doping with K_(2)CO_(3),the CO_(2)uptake increases from the original 12.02%and 22.12%to 23.96%and 32.41%(mass)under the 20%and 50%CO_(2)partial pressure,*** importantly,after doping K_(2)CO_(3),the synthesized Li_(4)SiO_(4)has a high cyclic stability under the low CO_(2)partial pressure.

为研究昭通市城区大气PM_(2.5)中重金属的污染特征、来源及健康风险,2018年11月、2019年1月、3月和6月在昭通市四个采样点进行四季采样,共收集了200个大气PM_(2.5)样品,利用X射线荧光光谱仪分析了PM_(2.5)中10种重金属元素(V、Cr、Mn、C... 详细信息

为研究昭通市城区大气PM_(2.5)中重金属的污染特征、来源及健康风险,2018年11月、2019年1月、3月和6月在昭通市四个采样点进行四季采样,共收集了200个大气PM_(2.5)样品,利用X射线荧光光谱仪分析了PM_(2.5)中10种重金属元素(V、Cr、Mn、Co、Ni、Cu、Zn、As、Pb和Cd).结果表明:昭通市城区PM_(2.5)浓度均值为41.88±27.05μg/m^(3),10种重金属总平均浓度为347.27±72.81 ng/m^(3),占PM_(2.5)的0.83%.其中,Cr、Mn、Ni和Zn浓度较高,分别为:75.23±22.97 ng/m^(3)、64.05±8.77 ng/m^(3)、50.22±4.20 ng/m^(3)和41.27±24.66 ng/m^(3).10种重金属总平均浓度季节变化特征和PM_(2.5)具有一致性,表现出秋季>冬季>春季>夏季的特点.PMF结果表明:以矿采及冶炼为主的工业源、交通源、燃煤源和扬尘源是昭通市城区主要的重金属来源.工业源的全年平均贡献率最高,达到了34.74%;春季扬尘源对重金属的贡献达到25.19%,远高于其他季节;而燃煤源在冬季对重金属的贡献最高,达到28.21%.气团后向轨迹聚类和PSCF分析显示:采样期间昭通市西南方向是主要的PM_(2.5)污染输送路径,来自缅甸和中国云南北部及四川南部城市的污染气团对昭通市城区空气质量有重要的影响.健康风险评估结果表明:Mn对所有人群存在非致癌风险;Cr对成年男性和女性的致癌风险值分别达到4.27×10^(-4)和3.66×10^(-4),存在致癌风险.

The immunopathogenesis of hepatitis B virus(HBV)involves a complex interaction of innate and adaptive immune response associated with several ***,due to experimental limitations,very limited and even no activation of the innate immune response can be demonstrated in acute HBV *** role of innate immunity and the key innate effectors for HBV clearance is still *** is also not clear whether clinical use of TNF inhibitors in treating rheumatoid arthritis and other autoimmune disease patients with chronic HBV infection would affect viral ***,in a recent paper in Cell Mol Immunol,Chyuan et *** that under TNF-αblockade,HBV viral clearance was impaired with persistent elevated HBV viral load in a dose and temporal-dependent manner.1 It demonstrates that a deficiency of TNF-αreduces viral clearance and promotes HBV persistence in a mouse model,and the impairment of HBV clearance under anti-TNF-αoccurs at an early time point of HBV infection,suggesting that HBV may reactivate during therapy with TNF *** results together with previous reports support that TNF is a key innate cytokine required to clear HBV.2,3 It also provides evidence that therapy with TNF inhibitors may impair immune response to HBV clearance.
