年龄和认知功能对老年人助听效果的影响

目的探讨年龄和认知功能对老年人佩戴助听器后效果的影响,为老年人听力损失后的干预咨询和佩戴后效果评价提供参考。方法研究对象为88例选配气导助听器的听力损失患者,其中60岁以上患者为老年组,共45例,平均年龄72.14±8.52岁;20-60岁患者为中青年组,共43例,平均年龄39.96±12.18岁。测试患者裸耳纯音听力、最大言语识别率,助听听阈以及助听后声场下65db SPL的言语识别率(words recognition scores,WRS);并采用中文版助听器效果国际性问卷(the international outcome inventory for hearing aids,IOI-ha问卷)获得助听器在实际聆听环境下的使用效果;采用蒙特利尔认知评估量表(Montreal Cognitive Assessment,MoCA)评价患者的认知功能。采用独立样本t检验分析年龄和认知能力对助听效果的影响。结果老年组和中青年组患者平均裸耳听阈和助听听阈之间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。老年组的裸耳最大WRS和助听后WRS均显著低于中青年组(Pha总分老年组和中青年组之间差异无统计学意义(P=0.538)。MoCA得分正常的老年组患者的裸耳平均听阈和助听听阈与得分异常的老年组患者之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但助听后WRS和对助听器的使用效果量表得分显著高于得分异常的老年组患者(P<0.05)。结论听力损失程度相当时,老年人佩戴助听器后的言语识别能力明显低于中青年人,但助听器的日常使用效果自我评价差别不大。听力损失程度相当时,老年人的认知能力对助听后的言语识别能力以及助听器的使用效果均有较大影响。提示年龄和认知功能会影响助听器的使用效果,故成人听力损失患者也需要早发现、早诊断、早干预。

In the subtropical highlands of Central Mexico,where the main crop is maize(Zea mays),the conventional practice(CP) involves tillage,monoculture and residue removal,leading to soil degradation and unsustainable use of natural resources and agricultural *** agriculture(CA) has been proposed as a viable alternative in the region,based on reduction in tillage,retention of adequate levels of crop residues and soil surface cover and use of crop *** study began in 2009 when the highlands of Central Mexico suffered from a prolonged drought during vegetative maize growth in July-August,providing an opportunity for the on-farm comparison of CA with CP under severe drought conditions which 21 climate change models projected to become more *** dry conditions,CA resulted in higher yields and net returns per hectare as early as the first and second years after adoption by *** an average of 27 plots under farmers' management in 2009,the maize yields were 26%higher under CA(6.3t ha^(-1)) than under CP(5.0 t ha^(-1)).2010 was close to a normal year in terms of rainfall so yields were higher than in 2009 for both practices;in addition,the yield difference between the practices was reduced to 19%(6.8 t ha^(-1) for CA vs.5.7 t ha^(-1) for CP).When all the 2009 and 2010 observations were analyzed in a modified stability analysis,CA had an overall positive effect of 3 838 Mexican Pesos ha^(-1)(320 $US ha^(-1)) on net return and 1.3 t ha^(-1) on *** only one to two years of adoption by farmers on their fields,CA had higher yields and net returns under dry conditions that were even drier than those predicted by the analyzed 21 climate change models under a climate change scenario,emission scenario A2.

Gilad Gour and nolan R Wallach [J. Math. Phys. 51 112201(2010)] have proposed the 4-tangle and the square of the I concurrence. They also gave the relationship between the 4-tangle and the square of the I concurrence. In this paper, we give the expression of the square of the I concurrence and the n-tangle for six-qubit and eight-qubit by some local unitary transformation invariant. We prove that in six-qubit and eight-qubit states there exist strict monogamy laws for quantum correlations. We elucidate the relations between the square of the I concurrence and the n-tangle for six-qubit and eight-qubits. Especially, using this conclusion, we can show that 4-uniform states do not exist for eight-qubit states.

On 2002 July 23, a 2b/X4.8 flare was observed in the Hα line spec-tropolarimetrically by the Large Solar Vacuum Telescope of baikal AstrophysicalObservatory. Linear polarization of 3%-10% was detected in the Hα line, particu-larly where the line showed central reversal. The linear polarization is mainly radialon the solar disk and appears at the impulsive phase of the hard X-ray and γ-raybursts. It is limited to some relatively small regions of the flare. The polarizationin a limited small region (～ 4″ - 5″) changed its direction within a short period oftime (～ 10s).

Currently periodic arrays of nanostructure have drawn extensive attention due to their potential for various applications such as catalysts, sensors and photonics. Ion beam sputtering （IbS） is a promising candidate for fabrication of highly ordered nanostructures in self-organized fashion, allowing for easy, low-cost and large area fabrication of nanostructures on various materials.

红光和蓝光是植物进行光合作用和光形态建成的主要有效光谱,且红蓝发光二极管(LED)成为植物工厂的主流光源。为实现LED连续光照在植物工厂中的应用,探明植物对红蓝光谱连续光照的响应特征及其与栽培氮形态和LED红蓝光质的关系十分必要。在环境可控的植物工厂内,采用水培方法和ICP-AES测试技术,研究了采收前LED红蓝光连续光照(CL)对不同光质与氮形态水培生菜生长及营养元素吸收的影响。在光照强度150μmol·m^-2·s^-1下,试验设置了3种红(R)蓝(b)光质:2R∶1b(Q2∶1), 3R∶1b(Q3∶1)和4R∶1b(Q4∶1),以及2种氮形态:80%硝态氮(n80%)和100%硝态氮(n100%)。结果表明, CL前, LED光质与营养液氮形态互作处理对水培生菜的地上干重具有显著影响,对地上鲜重及根鲜干重无显著影响,对n, C, P, K, Ca, Mg, Fe, Mn, Cu, Zn的含量及积累量均无显著影响。CL后,光质与营养液氮形态互作处理对水培生菜的根鲜重与根干重有显著影响,对地上鲜干重的影响无显著差异,只对n, P的含量, n, P, Fe, Zn的积累量有显著影响。CL对水培生菜的生物量,矿质元素含量及积累量有显著影响,与CL前相比,地上鲜重,根鲜重,地上干重及根干重均显著增加;各营养元素含量均有不同程度的降低趋势,其中CL显著降低了n, P, Fe, Zn的含量,而对于C, K, Ca, Mg, Mn, Cu的含量无显著影响。CL均显著提高了n, C, P, K, Ca, Mg, Fe, Mn, Cu, Zn的积累量。综上所述, CL前, LED光质与氮形态对生菜地上干重具有显著影响,对各营养元素的含量及积累量均无显著影响。CL后, LED光质与氮形态对根鲜干重具有显著影响,对n, P的含量及n, P, Fe, Zn的积累量具有显著影响, n80%Q4∶1处理积累的量最高。与CL处理前相比,水培生菜的地上鲜重,根鲜重,地上干重及根干重均显著增加;CL显著降低了n, P, Fe, Zn的含量,显著提高了n, C, P, K, Ca, Mg, Fe, Mn, Cu, Zn的积累量。因此,栽培光氮条件n80%Q4∶1和采前LED红蓝光连续光照结合可以提高水培生菜营养元素含量。

西昆仑造山带显生宙以来经历了原特提斯洋和古特提斯洋两个重要的演化阶段.目前对古特提斯洋构造过程的认识仍然存在较大争议.通过对麻扎达坂辉绿岩墙进行详细的野外地质、岩石学、锆石U-Pb年代学及岩石地球化学研究,结果表明,辉绿岩锆石U-Pb谐和年龄为287±4.6Ma,代表了辉绿岩浆的结晶年龄,表明该辉绿岩墙为早二叠世岩浆活动的产物.辉绿岩的SiO2含量为48.29%~50.21%,低Mg#值(0.36~0.39),属亚碱性拉斑系列玄武岩.辉绿岩富集LREE、LILE(如Rb、ba、Sr),亏损nb-Ta、P等高场强元素,总体表现出类似岛弧火山岩的地球化学特征.同时,麻扎达坂辉绿岩锆石Hf同位素组成εHf(t)=4.00~13.71,平均值为7.61,TDM1(Hf)=0.76~0.38Ga)说明其不是来源于类似n-MORb的亏损地幔源区.区域地质研究表明,西昆仑及以北塔里木克拉通在早二叠世处于伸展构造背景,不存在同期的俯冲消减事件,倾向于认为麻扎达坂辉绿岩墙是在造山后伸展背景下,早期俯冲流体交代的岩石圈地幔部分熔融形成的原始岩浆经过一定程度的分异结晶沿区域性断裂侵位形成的,而与塔里木地幔柱不具有地球动力学上的联系.
