摘 要:Currently periodic arrays of nanostructure have drawn extensive attention due to their potential for various applications such as catalysts, sensors and photonics. Ion beam sputtering (IBS) is a promising candidate for fabrication of highly ordered nanostructures in self-organized fashion, allowing for easy, low-cost and large area fabrication of nanostructures on various materials.
