BACKgROUnD Several bibliometric analyses have been carried out to identify research hotspots and trends in nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(nAFLD)***,there are still significant knowledge gaps that must be filled to advance our understanding of and ability to treat *** To evaluate,through bibliometric and visual analysis,the current status of related research,related research frontiers,and the developmental trends in the field of diet and *** we retrieved publications about diet and nAFLD published between 1987 and 2022 from ***,we used VOSviewer 1.6.20 to perform bibliometric analysis and *** we found a total of 1905 studies,including 1637(85.93%)original articles and 195(10.24%)reviews,focused on the examination of nAFLD and its correlation with diet that were published between 1987 and *** the remaining five types of documents,38 were letters,notes,editorials,meeting minutes,or brief surveys,representing 1.99%of the total *** countries with the most publications on this topic were China(n=539;28.29%),followed by the United States(n=379;19.90%),Japan(n=133;6.98%),and South Korea(n=127;6.6%).According to the citation analysis,the retrieved papers were cited an average of 32.3 times and had an h-index of 106,with 61014 total *** two main clusters on the map included those related to:(1)Inflammation and oxidative stress;and(2)Dietary interventions for *** This was the first study to use data taken from Scopus to visualize network mapping in a novel bibliometric analysis of studies focused on diet and *** 2017,the two domains that received the most attention were“dietary interventions for nAFL”’and“‘inflammation and oxidative stress implicated in nAFLD and its correlation with diet.”we believe that this study provides important information for academics,dietitians,and doctors,and that additional research on dietary interventions and nAFLD is warranted.

The Antarctic Paleogene marine fossil record has been the key to reconstructing the evolution of the weddellian Sea and final dismemberment of Southern *** this context,Eocene marine vertebrates from Seymour(marambio)Island have provided valuable *** present the first Eocene record of marine reptiles from the southern Atlantic Coast of South *** corresponds to several postcranial turtle remains represented by a proximal end of the right humerus,three caudal and one thoracic vertebrae,a fragment of the left pubis,and ten ossicles of the dorsal carapace,coming from the Leticia Formation(late-mid Eocene)at Cabo Tiburones,Tierra del Fuego,*** materials show severalfeatures such as the size and general morphology of the humerus and vertebrae,and the presence of relatively small,irregular,smooth,and unkeeled ossicles,which allow us to assign them to Dermochelyidae *** are a cosmopolitan group ofcryptodiran turtles,registered from the late Cretaceous up to the recent,with some physiological-biological peculiarities(e.g.,endothermy and an exclusive jellyfish-based diet)and characterized by the presence of an osseous carapace formed by *** new finding from the Leticia Formation is an addition to the scarce and extremely fragmentary record of Eocene dermochelyids from the southern seas like those from the La Meseta and Submeseta formations(Antarctica)and the waihao and Burnside formations(new Zealand).This new information allows us to discuss the presence of these turtles in such high latitudes in the past and its implication in the evolution of the weddellian fauna.

Renewable energy driven n_(2) electroreduction with air as nitrogen source holds great promise for realizing scalable green ammonia ***,relevant out-lab research is still in its ***,a novel Sn-based MXene/maX hybrid with abundant Sn vacancies,Sn@Ti_(2)CTX/Ti_(2)SnC–V,was synthesized by controlled etching Sn@Ti_(2)SnC maX phase and demonstrated as an efficient electrocatalyst for electrocatalytic n2 *** to the synergistic effect of MXene/maX heterostructure,the existence of Sn vacancies and the highly dispersed Sn active sites,the obtained Sn@Ti2CTX/Ti_(2)SnC–V exhibits an optimal nH_(3) yield of 28.4μg h^(−1) mg_(cat)^(−1) with an excellent FE of 15.57% at−0.4 V versus reversible hydrogen electrode in 0.1 M na_(2)SO_(4),as well as an ultra-long ***,this catalyst represents a satisfactory nH3 yield rate of 10.53μg h^(−1) mg^(−1) in the home-made simulation device,where commercial electrochemical photovoltaic cell was employed as power source,air and ultrapure water as feed *** as-proposed strategy represents great potential toward ammonia production in terms of financial cost according to the systematic technical economic *** work is of significance for large-scale green ammonia production.

Durability and reliability have been studied for decades through intensive trial-error ***,there are numerous fields of application where the costs associated with this approach are not *** lubricated machines with severe dynamic loads,such as high-power-density engines,simulation tools offer clear advantages over intensive *** and multiple scenarios can be cost-effectively simulated to assess different lubricants and engine *** work presented here details the study of wear based on a validated elastohydrodynamic(EHD)simulation model of the connecting rod journal *** model accounts for elastic deformation through a connecting rod finite element model(FEM).In addition,multiple lubricant rheological and tribological dependences,determined by specific experimental tests,are applied in the model through their interaction with the simulation ***,a novel wear algorithm is proposed to predict wear depth over time evolution along a proposed wear cycle based on the typical working ranges of high-performance engines.A final assessment is presented to compare 4 different ultralow-viscosity lubricants in their protective performance under severe *** results show the evolution of the wear load and wear depth over the wear *** evaluation is key to describing a lubricant selection procedure for high-power-density engines.

目的探究弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤(DLBCL)联合应用环磷酰胺+表柔比星+依托泊苷+长春新碱+泼尼松+利妥昔单抗(DA-EPOCH-R)方案与信迪利单抗的具体效果。方法选取2020年1月至2023年12月南阳市中心医院肿瘤内科收入诊治的82例DLBCL病例,以治疗方案的不同,将其分为研究组(n=41,信迪利单抗+DA-EPOCH-R方案),对照组(n=41,单纯应用DA-EPOCH-R方案),分析其疗效、血清标志物、免疫指标及并发症差异。结果研究组客观缓解率(ORR),疾病控制率(DCR)均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05),治疗后,两组血清标志物、免疫指标指标均降低,且研究组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论DLBCL治疗期间,联合应用DA-EPOCH-R方案与信迪利单抗能够取得较为理想的临床疗效,改善血清标志物以及免疫指标,不会额外增加并发症发生率,具有临床应用意义。

In last decades,macrofungi have attracted increasing attention because of their valuable nutritional and medicinal *** this study,a total of 180 macrofungal samples were collected from forests in mazandaran province,*** dominant orders were Polyporales(51%)and Agaricales(35%).Pure mycelial cultures were successfully obtained from 91 collected *** morphological data,47 isolates were selected for molecular identification based on internal transcribed spacer region(ITS)sequence *** results showed that the 38 macrofungal isolates were belonging to 22 species,19 genera,10 families and 5 *** of the macrofungi(47%)were identified as Trametes species and ganoderma *** isolates identified as Hohenbuehelia species,Polyporellus brumalis and Ceriporia lacerata were records as a new to the Iran fungal *** study increases the knowledge on Iranian macrofungal diversity and facilitates future genetic and biotechnological investigations on these macrofungi.

we report on the magnetohydrodynamic impact on the axisymmetric flow of Al_(2)O_(3)/Cu nanoparticles suspended in H_(2)O past a stretched/shrinked *** the use of partial differential equations and the corresponding thermophysical characteristics of nanoparticles,the physical flow process is *** resultant nonlinear system of partial differential equations is converted into a system of ordinary differential equations using the suitable similarity *** transformed differential equations are solved *** of the magnetic parameter,solid volume fraction and stretching/shrinking parameter on momentum and temperature distribution have been analyzed and interpreted *** skin friction and nusselt number were also *** addition,existence of dual solution was deduced for the shrinking sheet and unique solution for the stretching ***,Al_(2)O_(3)/H_(2)O nanofluid flow has better thermal conductivity on comparing with Cu/H_(2)O ***,it was found that the first solutions of the stream are stable and physically realizable,whereas those of the second ones are unstable.
