AIM： To identify the anthropometric, metabolic and mood state in hepatitis C virus （HCV）-infected patients from the west of Mexico and to evaluate the effect of 13reathwalk （13W）, a combination of walking, synchronized breathing and focussed attention, on those patients. METHODS： In an experimental study, 17 patients with serological and molecular diagnosis of HCV, not receiving pharmacological treatment, were studied. One hour sessions of 13W were practiced 3 times at week for six months. Body composition was assessed by electric impedance. Biochemical profiles and insulin resistance （IR） risk was assessed by conventional methods. Mood state was evaluated with specific and open questions at the beginning and at the end of the program. RESULTS： Seventy percent of patients were overweight or obese, and 77% of the patients presented with IR at the beginning of the study. Improvements were observed at the 3^rd mo, and statistically significant differences were recorded at the 6^th mo using the fitness score （76 vs 83, P 〈 0.01）, in alanine aminotransferase （ALT）（106±93 U/L vs 59 ± 32 U/L, P 〈 0.01）, total bilirubin （0.09 ± 1 mg/dL vs 0.62 ± 0.2 mg/dL, P 〈 0.01）, ALT/ AST ratio （1.04 vs 0.70, P 〈 0.01）, triglycerides （165 ± 86 mg/dL vs 124 ± 49 mg/dL, P 〈 0.01） and the IR risk （4.0 vs 2.7）. Most patients （88%） indicated to feel better at the end of BW （P 〈 0.01）.COnCLUSIOn： Breathwalk has an important effect on body composition, lipid profile and liver enzymes. It is also easy, inexpensive and has a beneficial effect on metabolic and mood state in HCV patients.

The present competition of graphene electronics demands an ef fi cient route which produces high quality and large area graphene. Chemical vapour deposition technique, where hydrocarbons dissociate in to active carbon species and form graphene layer on the desired metal catalyst via nucleation is considered as the most suitable method. In this study, single layer graphene with the presence of few layer single crystal graphene grains were grown on Pt foil via chemical vapour deposition. The higher growth temperature changes the surface morphology of the Pt foil so a delicate process of hydrogen bubbling was used to peel off graphene from Pt foil samples with the mechanical support of photoresist and further transferred to Si O2/Si substrates for analysis. Optical microscopy of the graphene transferred samples showed the regions of single layer along with different oriented graphene domains. Two type of interlayer stacking sequences, Bernal and twisted, were observed in the graphene *** presence of different stacking sequences in the graphene layers in fl uence the electronic and optical properties; in Bernal stacking the band gap can be tunable and in twisted stacking the overall sheet resistance can be reduced. Grain boundaries of Pt provides low energy sites to the carbon species, therefore the nucleation of grains are more at the boundaries. The stacking order and the number of layers in grains were seen more clearly with scanning electron microscopy. Raman spectroscopy showed high quality graphene samples due to very small D peak. 2D Raman peak for single layer graphene showed full width half maximum(FWHM) value of 30 cm-1. At points A, B and C, Bernal stacked grain showed FWHM values of 51.22, 58.45 and 64.72 cm-1, while twisted stacked grain showed the FWHM values of 27.26, 28.83 and 20.99 cm-1,respectively. Polyunsaturated fatty acids （PUFAs） possess anti-cancer action both in vitro and in vivo. In the present study, we detected cell viability with methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium （MTT） assay and cell membrane permeability with propidium iodide （PI） fluorescence dyeing, and calculated cell membrane fluidity change as fluorescence anisotropy. Fatty acid content in cells was measured by gas chromatography/mass spectroscopy （GC/MS）, and the relationship between fatty acid composition and cell viability was studied. We observed that n-6 PUFA linoleic acid （LA） inhibited tumor cell growth at high concentrations （〉300 μmol/L）, while low concentrations （100-200 μmol/L） seemed to promote cell proliferation. Analyses of cell membrane permeability, cell membrane fluidity, and cell fatty acid composition suggested that the anti-cancer action of LA could be related to changes in the ratio of n-6 to n-3 PUFAs. We observed that pre-incubation of cancer cells with 100 μmol/L LA for 24 h enhanced cell sensitivity to the cytotoxic action of LA, whereas undifferentiated cell line LoVo seemed to have a distinct path in LA-induced death. These results showed that one of the mechanisms by which supplementation of LA induces cancer cell death could be altering the ratio of n-6/n-3 PUFAs, and this may be related to celt differentiation status.

In France,the use of flax fibers as reinforcement in composite materials is growing exponentially in the automotive sector,thanks to their good physicochemical properties,environmental reasons,health neutrality and due to the European Council Directives on the reuse,recycling and valorization of car components and *** aim of our study is to investigate biochemical,physicochemical,and mechanical properties of technical flax fibers to evaluate the impact of transformation processes(scutching,hackling,and homogenization)on final properties of associated composite *** chemical analysis such as Van Soest(biochemical fraction measurement),FTIR(Fourier Transform InfraRed spectroscopy),and XRD(X-ray diffraction)were carried out on different process modalities and show that there is no significant difference in terms of biochemical fraction and crystallinity *** the same token,mechanical behavior shows that Young’s modulus is not affected by the transformation *** result is also observed for thermal *** results highlight the fact that the transformation processes of technical fibers do not really affect their physicochemical and mechanical performances.

The CeVO_4/graphitic C_3n_4 composites have exhibited much enhanced photocatalytic property for degrading methylene blue(MB) pollutant under visible light irradiation compared with single-phase g-C_3n_4 or CeVO_4. The composite S5 obtained from an optimized mass ratio(5%) of CeVO_4 to dicyanamide(DCDA) exhibits the highest photocatalytic activity. Here, ternary Ag/CeVO_4/g-C_3n_4 composites denoted as X%Ag/S5 were prepared by an ultrasonic precipitation method to improve the photocatalytic property of S5. The TEM images show that CeVO_4 and Ag nanoparticles are well distributed on the layered g-C_3n_4, which agree well with the XRD results. The UV spectra show that the 7%Ag/S5 sample has the widest absorption range and the enhanced absorption intensity under visible light irradiation. The corresponding band gap of 7%Ag/S5(2.5 eV) is much lower than that of S5(2.65 eV). The corresponding k value of 7%Ag/S5 is much higher than those of g-C_3n_4 and CeVO_4. The degradation experiments for MB solution suggest that the 7%Ag/S5 sample has the optimal photocatalytic performance, which can degrade MB solution completely within 120 min. The enhanced photocatalytic property of the composites is ascribed to not only the effect of heterojunction structure, but also the surface plasma resonance effect of Ag nanoparticles.

Deep learning(DL)algorithms have been widely used in various security applications to enhance the performances of decision-based *** data added by an attacker can cause several security and privacy problems in the operation of DL *** two most common active attacks are poisoning and evasion attacks,which can cause various problems,including wrong prediction and misclassification of decision-based ***,to design an efficient DL model,it is crucial to mitigate these *** this regard,this study proposes a secure neural network(nn)model that provides data security during model training and testing *** main idea is to use cryptographic functions,such as hash function(SHA512)and homomorphic encryption(HE)scheme,to provide authenticity,integrity,and confidentiality of *** performance of the proposed model is evaluated by experiments based on accuracy,precision,attack detection rate(ADR),and computational *** results show that the proposed model has achieved an accuracy of 98%,a precision of 0.97,and an ADR of 98%,even for a large number of ***,the proposed model can be used to detect attacks and mitigate the attacker *** results also show that the computational cost of the proposed model does not increase with model complexity.

本文中作者将新型双磙子FPS系统的动力学方程推广到由滚动FPS和MR阻尼器组成的混合隔震基础系统,得到了更便于应用的水平分量形式的运动微分方程,并将与FPS有关的力和MR阻尼力处理成力源项,构造了可以方便地考虑不同上部结构形式的MATLAB/SIMULInK仿真模型。采用RD-1005型MR阻尼器和模糊逻辑控制器,在两个典型的地震输入情况下对混合系统进行了振动控制仿真。仿真结果表明,本文建立的混合隔震基础系统的动力学模型是正确和精确的,直接利用动力学模型进行前向计算可避免附加的模型误差且计算效率高,而仿真模型中将不同的力源由分开的块组成,使得仿真设计非常方便快捷。

为了减少序列离散化过程导致的误差,提出几种概率补偿的方法。由误差的成因入手,分析了离散化过程的误差机理,将利用随机变量的概率分布函数离散化后所得序列,分别以修正公式、平均补偿法及比例补偿法进行补偿,推导出各种误差补偿方法下序列期望值及方差的误差估计公式。结果表明:经误差补偿后,算例中序列期望值误差下降为原误差的8%以下,而方差误差至少可降为原误差的91%。
