Hydrogen isotope separation is a challenging task due to their similar ***,based on the chemical affinity quantum sieve(CAQS)effect,the D_(2)/H_(2)separation performance of M_(2)(m-dobdc)(M=Co,Ni,Mg,Mn;m-dobdc^(4-)=4,6-dioxido-1,3-benzenedicarboxylate),a series of honeycomb-shaped MOFs with high stability and abundant open metal sites,are studied by gases sorption and breakthrough experiments,in which two critical factors,gas uptake and adsorption enthalpy,are taken into *** these MOFs,Co_(2)(m-dobdc)exhibits the longest D_(2)retention time of 180 min/g(H_(2)/D_(2)/Ne:1/1/98)at 77 K because of its second-highest adsorption enthalpy(10.7 kJ/mol for H_(2)and 11.8 kJ/mol for D_(2))and the best sorption capacity(5.22 mmol/g for H_(2)and 5.49 mmol/g for D_(2))under low pressure of 1 kPa and 77 K,which make it a promising material for industrial hydrogen isotope ***,the results indicate that H_(2)and D_(2)capacities under low pressure(about 1 kPa)dominate the final D_(2)/H_(2)separation property of MOFs.

The combination of PCR amplification of 16S rRNA genes with denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis （DggE） analysis was used to reveal the compositions and dynamics of bacterial communities in a sewage treatment plant with two systems, i.e., an anoxic- anaerobic-aerobic system （inverted A2O） and an anaerobic-anoxic-aerobic one （conventional A2O） over a period from February to July 2009, during which both systems experienced serious sludge bulking problems. The DggE patterns showed that there were many common bands in both systems, suggesting the high similarity of bacterial communities of the two systems. Meanwhile, the moving window correlation analysis showed that the two systems experienced different microbial community structure changes during the period, which might be related with the different situations of the occurrence and disappearance of sludge bulking, as being reflected by sludge volume index （SVI） values. Major bands of DggE patterns of sludge samples were further sequenced. Phylogenetic affiliation indicated that the majority of the sequences obtained were affiliated with Actinobacteria, Firmicutes, Bacteroidetes/Chlorobi group and α- and β-Proteobacteria. Two sequences showed high similarities to typical filamentous bacteria Microthrix parvicella and Nostocoida limicola I, indicating that these bacterial species have been involved in the sludge bulking problems.

Objective:To evaluate the essential oils(EO) composition,antimicrobial and antioxidant power of a local plant,Daucus gracilis(***).Methods:The aerial parts of *** were subjected to hydro distillation by a Clevenger apparatus type to obtain the EO which had been analyzed by gas chromatography and gas chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry,and screened for antimicrobial activity against five bacteria and three fungi by agar diffusion *** mechanism of action of the EO was determined on the susceptible strains by both of time kill assay and lysis *** minimal inhibitory concentrations were determined by agar macrodilution and micro-dilution ***-oxidative properties of the EO were also studied by free diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl radical scavenging and reducing power ***:The EO yielded 0.68(v/w).The chemical analysis presented two dominant constituents which were the elemicin(35.3%) and the geranyl acetate(26.8%).*** EO inhibited the growth of Bacillus cereus and Proteus mirabilis significantly with minimal inhibitory concentrations of 17.15 μg/mL by the agar dilution method and57.05 μg/mL and 114.1 μg/mL,respectively by liquid micro-dilution.A remarkable decrease in a survival rate as well as in the absorbance in 260 nm was recorded,which suggested that the cytoplasm membrane was one of the targets of the *** EO showed,also,important anti-oxidative effects with an IC50 of 0.002 mg/mL and a dosedependent reducing ***:*** EO showed potent antimicrobial and anti-oxidative activities and had acted on the cytoplasm *** activities could be exploited in the food industry for food preservation.

The ecological risk assessment for Al,Zn,Cu,Ni,V,Pb,Cd,and Hg in surface sediment collected from the Egyptian Red Sea coast was evaluated using the geo-accumulation Index(Igeo).Sediment Enrichment Factor（SEF） and Potential Ecological Risk Index（PERI） *** predominant heavy metal,aluminum,showed high concentrations along both of Aqaba gulf（4378.8 ± 2554.1 μg/g） and southern part of the Red Sea（2972.8 + 1527.5 μg/g）.while it recorded the lowest concentration in Suez gulf（829.7 ± 398.2 μg/g）.The determined heavy metal concentrations had the order of Al > Zn >-Ni > V > Pb > Cu > Cd > *** statistical analyses showed some correlations among the heavy metals *** international sediment quality guidelines were used to estimate the quality of the collected ***,the recorded average heavy metals concentrations were lower than those of the permissible contents for sediment quality *** geo-accumulation index calculations(Igeo) proved that the investigated region could be classified as an unpolluted *** Enrichment Factor(KSEF) study showed high values in Suez gulf *** single pollution index analysis of heavy metals in the sediments（Ci_f） indicated that Al,Zn,V,and Pb were of natural origin,while Ni,Cd and Hg were seriously affected by human ***,amongst,all the determined heavy metals,Cd and Hg gave moderate ecological risk indicators.

Text Rank is a popular tool for obtaining words or phrases that are important for many Natural Language Processing (NLP) tasks. This paper presents a practical approach for Text Rank domain specific using Field Association (FA) words. We present the keyphrase separation technique not for a single document, although for a particular domain. The former builds a specific domain field. The second collects a list of ideal FA terms and compounds FA terms from the specific domain that are considered to be contender keyword phrases. Therefore, we combine two-word node weights and field tree relationships into a new approach to generate keyphrases from a particular domain. Studies using the changed approach to extract key phrases demonstrate that the latest techniques including FA terms are stronger than the others that use normal words and its precise words reach 90%.

Recently,many researchers have tried to develop a robust,fast,and accurate *** algorithm is for eye-tracking and detecting pupil position in many applications such as head-mounted eye tracking,gaze-based human-computer interaction,medical applications(such as deaf and diabetes patients),and attention *** real-world conditions challenge the eye appearance,such as illumination,reflections,and *** the other hand,individual differences in eye physiology and other sources of noise,such as contact lenses or *** present work introduces a robust pupil detection algorithm with and higher accuracy than the previous attempts for real-time analytics *** proposed circular hough transform with morphing canny edge detection for Pupillometery(CHMCEP)algorithm can detect even the blurred or noisy images by using different filtering methods in the pre-processing or start phase to remove the blur and noise and finally the second filtering process before the circular Hough transform for the center fitting to make sure better *** performance of the proposed CHMCEP algorithm was tested against recent pupil detection *** and results show that the proposed CHMCEP algorithm achieved detection rates of 87.11,78.54,58,and 78 according to´Swirski,ExCuSe,else,and labeled pupils in the wild(LPW)data sets,*** results show that the proposed approach performs better than the other pupil detection methods by a large margin by providing exact and robust pupil positions on challenging ordinary eye pictures.
