Definition—Banking or another word of financial institution is taking a role as succor for today’s society as a fast generated processor in handling money ***,Islamic Banking(IB)means the detailed and comprehensive processor in handling money flows according to Shariah principle or Islamic *** approach seems particularly well suited for an individual aims for marketing executives in which the approach is presumably according to the real ***—The purpose of this paper is to develop a heightened framework for process delivery of Islamic Banking(IB)knowledge thru the mediation of Islamic social finance *** framework consists of three define variables:accomplishment of knowledge delivery process in IB,IB enhancement knowledge,and Islamic social finance ***/methodology/approach—The paper used a triangulation *** quantitative approach consists of the collection of primary data through a self‐administered questionnaire distributed to 405 Islamic banks’players in Peninsular *** partial least squares structural equation modelling(PLS-SEM)method was the main statistical technique employed in this *** parallel,qualitative approach was used,in forms of semi structured interviews with four Islamic banks’*** data also gathered from Quran and ***/value—The study has shown that IB enhancement knowledge is discovered to have a significant effect on knowledge delivery process in IB and a partial mediating effect on the relationship between independent variable and dependent *** the results indicate the model provides good illustration of the emerging shape of knowledge delivery process in IB.

Heat and mass transfer analysis on flow of Williamson nanofluid with thermal and velocity slips:Buongiorno model

The thermal and velocity slips of boundary layer of Williamson nanofluid over a stretching sheet are studied *** model is used to explore the heat transfer phenomena caused by Brownian motion and *** similarity transformations,the governing equations are reduced to a set of nonlinear ordinary differential equations(ODEs).These equations are solved numerically by using Shooting *** effects of non-Newtonian Williamson parameter,velocity and thermal slip parameters,Prandtl number,Brownian parameter,Schmidt number,Lewis number,Brownian motion parameter,thermophoresis parameter on velocity,temperature and concentration fields are shown graphically and *** results found that the thickness of boundary layer decreases as the slip and thermal factor parameter ***,present results indicate that the nanofluid temperature and concentration are enhanced with a rise of Williamson *** Nusselt number is reduced with an increase of the Lewis and Prandtl numbers.

Antihyperglycemic effect of Ocimum plants:A short review

This present review provides information on the antihyperglycemic effect of the plants belonging to the genus Ocimum. The species of this genus which mostly show significant antihyperglycemic effects are Ocimum tenuiflorum L., Ocimum basilicum L., Ocimum gratissimum L. and Ocimum canum L. The results were shown in both in vitro and in vivo studies. The anti-hyperglycemic activities of different extracts from all these species are reported here. Aqueous extracts are common to show a satisfactory result for all the species. The results for ethanol, methanol, ethyl-acetate, petroleum ether extracts, chloroform and hexane fraction of ethanol extract are also presented here. Some of the results showed a better effect than the standard medicine. Eugenol is the most important bioactive compound among all the components for reducing blood glucose level. Other components include polyphenols, caffeic acid, p-coumaric acid compound and chichoric acid, which are reportedly found in these species. There are fewer studies performed to identify the phytochemical components which are responsible for these plants blood glucose, serum glucose and plasma glucose lowering effect. This review presents the studies which have been done lately to establish the antihyperglycemic effects of these plants with a view to identify the core components responsible for this activity in near future.

Hypoglycemic and anti-hyperglycemic study of Ocimum tenuiflorum *** extract in normal and streptozotocin-induced diabetic rats

Objective:To investigate the antidiabetic activity of Ocimum tenuiflorum L.(***) leaves used in the traditional medicine management of diabetes in ***:*** leaves were extracted sequentially with hexane,chloroform,ethyl acetate,methanol,and *** extracts were evaluated in terms of antidiabetic activity by using acute,subcutaneous glucose tolerance,and sub-chronic tests in streptozotocininduced diabetic *** extracts were also subjected to phytochemical ***:With an acute dose(1 g/kg),the methanol extracts showed significant reduction(31%) in fasting blood glucose(FBG) of the streptozotocin-induced diabetic *** FBG-decreasing effect of ethyl acetate extract was more rapid than that of the other extracts;the decreasing rates were 20%after 2 h,21%after 3 h,and 8%after 5 and 7 *** 7 h(31%),the effect of methanol extract on FBG was significantly lower than that of *** the subcutaneous glucose tolerance test,only methanol and hexane extracts showed the similarity of metformin in diabetic *** 14 days,the effects of these extracts were similar to those of metformin(63.33%).The total flavonoid and phenolic contents of extracts decreased as the polarity of the extraction solvent ***:The results obtained provide support for a possible use of *** leaves in managing hyperglycemia and preventing the complications associated with it in type 2 diabetic.

New coating formulation for the slow release of urea using a mixture of gypsum and dolomitic limestone

The use of urea and urea-based fertilizers has increased considerably over the past 15 years. They cur- rently account for approximately 51% of the world＇s agricultural nitrogen consumption. However, about 20-70% of the applied urea fertilizer is lost to the environment, causing serious pollution and increasing costs. These losses come from leaching, decomposition, and ammonium volatilization in the soil during handling and storage. Controlled release by coating can be used to increase urea fertilizer efficiency. We studied the use of gypsum, sulfur, and ground magnesium lime as cost-effective coating materials. All these coating materials contain nutrients required by plants. The effects of the coating composition and proportion of sealant on the rate of urea release and the crushing strength of the coated urea were investigated. We found that coated urea with the same proportion of gypsum-ground magnesium lime （GML） exhibited low urea release and high crushing strength. The performance was enhanced when using polyols as a sealant on the surface of the coated urea. A surface morphology analysis indicated a uniform and smooth surface on the coated film. The efficiency of the coated urea improved by 34.2% when using gypsum-GML （ 1：1 ratio） containing 1.1% oolvols.

Properties of radiation curable hyperbranched polyurethane acrylate from palm oil oleic acid

Radiation curable hyperbranched urethane acrylate (HBPUA) from oleic acid of palm oil was synthesized aided by p-toluene sulfonic acid as a catalyst. This mixture was then Used as the core (HBP-1) and reacted with palm oil oleic acid to form the hyperbranched polyol (HBP-2). HBPUA was prepared by reacting HBP-2 resin with diisocyanate and hydroxyl-containing acrylate monomer with the presence of 0.1-2wt% dibutyltin dilaurate as a catalyst. The reaction was confirmed by several analytical data i.e. hydroxyl value (OHV), Fourier Transform infrared (FT IR) spectroscopy gel permeation chromatography (GPC) and nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy analyses. The BBPUA was easily curable when subjected to electron beam (EB) or ultraviolet (UV) radiation.

Objective:To determine the anti-proliferative activity of Abrus precatorius(***)leaf extracts and their effect on cell ***:*** leaves were extracted successively with hexane,ethyl acetate and methanol by Soxhlet *** extract was prepared by decoction at 50 ℃.Extracts of *** leaves were used to treat selected cancer and normal cell lines for72 ***,3-(4,5-dimethyl thiazol-2-yl)2,5-diphenyl tetrazolium bromide assay was performed to determine cell *** of cell cycle arrest,apoptosis assay and apoptosis protein expressions were determined by flow ***:Methanolic extract of *** leaves showed the lowest IC50 on MDA-MB-231 cells at(26.40±5.40)μg/*** cytometry analysis revealed that cell arrest occurred at G0/G1 phase and the apoptosis assay showed the occurrence of early apoptosis at 48 h in MDAMB-231 cells treated with methanolic extract of *** *** extract of *** leaves induced apoptosis by upregulation of Bax,p53 and caspase-3 and downregulation of ***:Methanolic extract of A precatorius leaves promotes MDA-MB-231 cell death by inducing cell cycle arrest and apoptosis possibly via the mitochondrial-related pathway.

Phytocompounds of Anonna muricata leaves extract and cytotoxic effects on breast cancer cells

Objective: To identify the phytochemical compounds from Annona muricata(A. muricata) and to determine their in vitro anti-proliferative activities against breast cancer cells, MCF7 and MDA-MB-231. Methods: A. muricata leaves were successively extracted by soxhlet method using n-hexane, ethyl acetate and methanol, and decocted with water. Each extract was analysed by gas chromatography mass spectrometry(GCMS) and characterized with Wiley and NIST library searches. Anti-proliferative activity of each extract was evaluated on MCF7 and MDA-MB-231 breast cancer cells using MTT assay. Results: The GCMS analysis of different solvent extracts of A. muricata leaves showed presence of different chemical groups of compounds such as steroids, terpenoids, phenolic compounds, sugars, sugars alcohol and others including vitamin E. Ethyl acetate leaves extract exhibited the lowest IC_(50) value on the MDA-MB-231 breast cancer cell and n-hexane leaves extract showed the the lowest IC_(50) value on the MCF-7 breast cancer cell. Conclusion: Steroids and phenolic compounds were the main phytocompound groups identified from all A. muricata leaves extracts. The antiproliferative activity of n-hexane and ethyl acetate extract towards breast cancer MCF7 and MDA-MB-231 respectively might be due to the presence of biologically active compounds in the extracts, hence, providing some scientific evidences of the effectiveness of its traditional usages.
