This paper discusses the impact of e-governance powered by blockchain in the project and program management industry. With the rise in technological innovations, many countries have turned to e-governance for efficiency in service delivery, transparency, and decision-making. E-governance backed by blockchain technology entails improving the public services provision by implementing structures of information and communication technologies. There are many challenges with the traditional project management approach that causes organizations and its stakeholders’ cost and time. Thus, the introduction of blockchain has given many organizations a new approach to adopt in order to eliminate the challenges associated with the typical project management approach. In spite of the cutting-edge technology of blockchain and its broad applications in program management and e-governance, there are still many challenges that restrain its adoption on a broader scale. The research discusses the challenges of the blockchain deployment in the program management field and e-governance in private and government sectors and it highlights the efforts put by both sectors to make use of the technology. Also, the research covers the opportunities and the advantages of a blockchain adoption in various segments. The paper uses various case studies in the UAE, in both private and government sectors, and a qualitative research approach was implemented. The case studies were on government entities such as Smart Dubai and the Ministry of Health Prevention and also private entities like DP World and Emirates NBD. The paper concludes with recommendations and solutions on how to maximize the benefit of blockchain in the program management industry and how it is improving the decision-making process.

The poultry industry is experiencing rapid growth *** accelerated growth has led to multiple food fraud incidents across the food supply chain,which consequently created a demand for precise determination of quality poultry *** increase in demand for precise poultry production quality has necessitated advanced *** has emerged as a viable solution by offering detailed differentiation of biochemical indicators throughout the poultry supply ***,this study provides a means to address risk factors affecting the poultry industry without compromising animal welfare,which is a critical *** review focuses on important issues related to poultry product quality *** adulteration has escalated in recent years as it is driven by the increasing focus on consuming high-quality and nutritious ***,there is no specifc guideline for such determinations,especially when appearance,texture,and taste can be manipulated by substituting for food *** can pave the way for a deeper understanding of existing and novel biochemical indicators responsible for determining the quality of poultry meat and *** approach holds the potential to enhance the overall quality of poultry meat and egg products while also preventing food fraud.

Introduction:Toxic epidermal necrolysis(TEN)is a medical emergency that most commonly occurs as an adverse effect of certain ***,we describe a case of a 41-year-old man with no comorbid illness who developed *** presentation:The patient had been prescribed ibuprofen for myalgia and developed skin lesions after the single *** lesions were erythematous papules and macules distributed all over the body after ibuprofen *** was diagnosed based on the patient’s clinical presentation and laboratory *** was treated with intravenous dexamethasone,intravenous immunoglobulin,and *** dressing changes and skin care was done with saline,chlorhexidine,and liquid *** patient was intubated and tracheostomized,and he gradually improved and ***,he developed septicemia in the intensive care unit and was treated ***:The management of TEN includes cessation of the causative cause,multidisciplinary intensive care unit(ICU)care,prevention and early detection of sepsis,fluid and electrolyte balance,adequate analgesia and temperature control,proper organ support,aggressive nutritional management,and good psychological *** pharmacological therapy for TEN includes corticosteroids,intravenous immunoglobulin,and *** key elements of management are aseptic care and proper dressing of the ***:TEN is associated with high mortality if not managed in a systemic and protocolized way.

A strategy is presented for the machine-learning emulation of electronic structure calculations carried out in the electronically grand-canonical *** approach relies upon a dual-learning scheme,where both the system charge and the system energy are predicted for each *** scheme is shown to be capable of emulating basic electrochemical reactions at a range of potentials,and coupling it with a bootstrap-ensemble approach gives reasonable estimates of the prediction *** method is also demonstrated to accelerate saddle-point searches,and to extrapolate to systems with one to five water *** anticipate that this method will allow for larger length-and time-scale simulations necessary for electrochemical simulations.

Numerous molecular mechanisms are being examined in an attempt to discover disease-modifying drugs to slow down the underlying neurodegeneration in Alzheimer’s *** studies have shown the beneficial effects of epidermal growth factor receptor inhibitors on the enhancement of behavioral and pathological sequelae in Alzheimer’s *** the promising effects of epidermal growth factor receptor inhibitors in Alzheimer’s disease,there is no irrefutable neuroprotective evidence in well-established animal models using epidermal growth factor receptor inhibitors due to many un-explored downstream signaling *** caused controversy about the potential involvement of epidermal growth factor receptor inhibitors in any prospective clinical *** this review,the mystery beyond the under-investigation of epidermal growth factor receptor in Alzheimer’s disease will be ***,their molecular mechanisms in neurodegeneration will be ***,we will shed light on SARS-COVID-19 induced neurological manifestations mediated by epidermal growth factor ***,we will discuss future perspectives and under-examined epidermal growth factor receptor downstream signaling pathways that warrant more *** conclude that epidermal growth factor receptor inhibitors are novel effective therapeutic approaches that require further research in attempts to be repositioned in the delay of Alzheimer’s disease progression.

The last decade witnessed rapid increase in multimedia and other applications that require transmitting and protecting huge amount of data streams *** such applications,a high-performance cryptosystem is compulsory to provide necessary security *** curve cryptosystem(ECC)has been introduced as a considerable ***,the usual sequential implementation of ECC and the standard elliptic curve(EC)form cannot achieve required performance ***,the widely used Hardware implementation of ECC is costly option and may be not *** research aims to develop a high-performance parallel software implementation for *** achieve this,many experiments were performed to examine several factors affecting ECC performance including the projective coordinates,the scalar multiplication algorithm,the elliptic curve(EC)form,and the parallel *** ECC performance was analyzed using the different factors to tune-up them and select the best choices to increase the speed of the *** results illustrated that parallel Montgomery ECC implementation using homogenous projection achieves the highest performance level,since it scored the shortest time delay for ECC *** addition,results showed thatNAF algorithm consumes less time to perform encryption and scalar multiplication operations in comparison withMontgomery ladder and *** multi-threading technique was adopted to implement ECC computations in *** proposed multithreaded Montgomery ECC implementation significantly improves the performance level compared to previously presented parallel and sequential implementations.

The Shotori mountain range is located along the northern terminus of the Nayband fault on the eastern and western domains of the Tabas and Lut blocks,*** range with NNW-SSE trending and approximately 120 km long includes a series of thrust faults approaching the right-lateral strike-slip Nayband *** the Shotori range has experienced various geological events since the Triassic,our investigations suggest that the basement of the Central Iranian subcontinent of the Shotori range contains the early Triassic deep sedimentary with normal faults which confirms Triassic tensional tectonic stress regime in the *** the middle Triassic,the mountain range has experienced thrust and strike-slip ***,in this study,we reconstruct the stress regimes for different geological periods using fault-slip *** inversion of faultslip data reveals drastic temporal changes in the maximum stress regime(σ1)over the Triassic,Jurassic,Cretaceous,Paleogene,Neogen,and *** reconstruction of the stress field based on the age and direction of fault movement reveals that the direction of the maximum horizontal stress axis(σ1)under a tensional stress regime was approximately N129°in the Early *** stress regime is the cause of thinning and subsidence of the Shotori sedimentary *** the middle Triassic,theσ1 direction was about N81°and the upper Triassic,theσ1 direction was almost N115°.The middle Triassic and upper Triassic stress states exhibited two distinct strike-slip and compressive stress *** stress regime led to the uplift of the Shotori sedimentary *** the Jurassic,the direction of the maximum horizontal stress axis(σ1)was~NW-SE under a compressive stress *** the Triassic,theσ1 direction was~*** stress regime led to the formation of the high topography of the Shotori Mountain *** the Late Cretaceous,the direction of the maximum horizontal stress axis(σ1)under the extensional stress

Effect of Potassium Source and Dose on Yield and Quality of Strawberry Fruit

The purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of potassium fertilization source and dose on productivity and quality parameters of strawberry. The trial was conducted in 2016-2017 at the experimental greenhouse of Hassan II Institute of Agronomy and Veterinary Sciences in Rabat. Strawberry plants of the cultivar “San Andreas” were planted on November 6th in 12 liter pots equipped with a gravity fertigation system. The experimental design was a split-plot with eight treatment combinations of two potassium fertilizer sources: 1) Potassium Sulphate for the whole growing cycle (PS/PS);2) Potassium Nitrate during the vegetative period and Potassium Sulfate during the fruit production period (PN/PS) and four potassium fertilizer doses: 100, 200, 300 and 400 kg/ha of K2O replicated thrice. Potassium sulfate source was superior to potassium nitrate on the improvement of productivity and quality parameters of strawberry fruit. Potassium sulphate improved the number of flowers by 16%, fruit production by 21%, sugar content by 3%, and titrable acidity content by 0.5 g/L. The highest yield was recorded in plants receiving 300 kg/ha K2O as potassium sulphate. The 300 kg K2O/ha dose gave also superior results regarding quality parameters of strawberry fruit. This optimum potassium dose enhanced number of flowers by 35%, fruits produced by 44%, sugar content by 25% and titrable acidity content by 0.9 g/L.

The demand for the telecommunication services,such as IP telephony,has increased dramatically during the COVID-19 pandemic *** tele-phony should be enhanced to provide the expected *** of the issues that should be investigated in IP telephony is bandwidth *** telephony pro-duces very small speech samples attached to a large packet *** header of the IP telephony consumes a considerable share of the bandwidth allotted to the IP *** wastes the network's bandwidth and inﬂuences the IP telephony *** paper proposes a mechanism(called Smallerize)that reduces the bandwidth consumed by both the speech sample and the *** is achieved by assembling numerous IP telephony packets in one header and use the header'sﬁelds to carry the speech *** metrics have been used to measure the achievement Smallerize *** number of calls has been increased by 245.1%compared to the typical *** bandwidth saving has also reached 68%with the G.28 ***,Smallerize is a possible mechanism to enhance bandwidth utilization of the IP telephony.
