The Cri.i.al Success Factors (CSFs) of MES adopti.n are both a quanti.ati.e and quali.ati.e measurement. We use the case of ready-made garments to i.prove each of the three Overall Equi.ment Effi.i.ncy (OEE) factors: Avai.abi.i.y, Performance, and Quali.y. i. thi. study, we adopt real-ti.e management of producti.n acti.i.i.s on the shop floor from order recei.t to fi.i.hed products, then measure the i.provement.

Objecti.e： To study the ti.i.g of Bevaci.umab （BVC） i. the overall treatment strategy of advanced metastati. colorectal cancer - early use （fi.st-li.e） or later use. Methods： 41 pati.nts wi.h progressi.e metastati. colorectal carci.oma were i.cluded. Pati.nts were randomi.ed to recei.e chemotherapy wi.h or wi.hout BVC. Pri.ary end poi.t was objecti.e response. Secondary end poi.ts were medi.n survi.al, ti.e to tumor progressi.n, and toxi.i.y. Results： Parti.l response wi.h second-li.e BVC group consti.uted 25% and 18.8% i. pati.nts wi.h fi.st-li.e chemotherapy and BVC-based regi.en respecti.ely, compared to 11.8% and 5.9% wi.h second-li.e chemotherapy. Medi.n ti.e to progressi.n was 3.1 vs. 2.3 months for cases wi.h fi.st-li.e chemotherapy and BVC-based regi.ens respecti.ely. Medi.n survi.al was 8.2 vs. 4 months i. both groups respecti.ely （P = 0.019）. Conclusi.n： Second-li.e chemotherapy combi.ed BVC had hi.her di.ease control rate （parti.l response and stable di.ease）, medi.n ti.e to progressi.n and medi.n survi.al i. BVC-nai.e pati.nts compared to pati.nts wi.h fi.st-li.e BVC-based therapy. BVC should be mai.tai.ed i. the second- and thi.d-li.e setti.gs, as cases wi.h BVC di.conti.uati.n had si.ni.i.antly lower medi.n ti.e to di.ease progressi.n and medi.n survi.al. For hi.h ri.k prostate cancer, the treatment volumes and even dose levels are sti.l a controversi.l i.sue. The ai. of thi. study i. to evaluate the dosemetri. parameters and acute toxi.i.y of dose-escalated whole pelvi. (WP) i.tensi.y Modulated Radi.ti.n Therapy (i.RT) and volumetri. modulated arc therapy (VMAT) prostate boost followi.g neoadjuvant and concomi.ant wi.h androgen depri.ati.n therapy i. hi.h-ri.k prostate cancer pati.nts. Thi. analysi. i.cluded 73 hi.h-ri.k prostate cancer pati.nts treated wi.h WP-i.RT followed by boost to the prostate by VMAT to total dose of 80 Gy;between January 2014 and October 2016. Androgen depri.ati.n therapy (ADT) was gi.en for all pati.nts before and duri.g radi.ti.n therapy. Drawi.g the dose volume hi.tograms (DVHs) was done for planni.g target volumes (PTVs), i.cludi.g Prostate PTV & nodal PTV, and organs at ri.k i.cludi.g rectum, bladder, femoral heads, and bowel bag for the plans. Acute radi.ti.n toxi.i.i.s were reported duri.g the radi.ti.n course and the followi.g 3 months. The DVH analysi. showed good coverage of PTVs and organs at ri.k doses were acceptable. No recorded acute Grade ≥ 3 toxi.i.y. Acute grade 1 toxi.i.y for Gastroi.testi.al (Gi. and Geni.ouri.ary (GU) were 65% and 35% respecti.ely, whi.e Grade 2 toxi.i.y was 30% for both. The Procti.i. and frequency were the commonest acute toxi.i.y and were maxi.al duri.g the 5th week of radi.ti.n therapy. Dose escalati.n i. two phases uti.i.i.g Si.ultaneous i.tegrated boost (Si.) combi.ed wi.h ADT i. hi.h ri.k prostate cancer pati.nt i. feasi.le and associ.ted wi.h acceptable acute Gi.and GU toxi.i.y.
