BACKGROUn. PubMed/MEDLIn.,Scopus,an. Cochran. Cen.ral were searched from in.eption.till August *** outcomes were major adverse cardiac even.s(MACE),cardiac death,myocardial in.arction.MI),cardiac death or MI,an. ischemia-driven.total lesion.revascularization.ID-TLR).RESULTS Four ran.omized con.rolled trials(RCT),which an.lyzed a sum total of 3045 patien.s with acute coron.ry syn.rome(ACS)after a median.follow-up time of 5 years were *** statistically in.ign.fican.,an.in.rease in.the ID-TLR was observed in.patien.s receivin. Tin.Ss vs *** addition.MI,cardiac death an. MI,an. defin.te sten. thrombosis(DST)were sign.fican.ly decreased in.the Tin.S *** an.lysis revealed n. sign.fican. results with meta-regression.presen.in. n.n.ST elevated MI(n.TEMI)as a statistically sign.fican. covariate in.the outcome of *** Tin.S was foun. to be superior to DES in.terms of MI,cardiac death or MI,an. DST outcomes,however,the effect of the two sten. types on.ID-TLR an. MACE was n.t sign.fican..A greater n.mber of studies are required to establish an.accurate comparison.of patien. outcomes in.Tin.S an. DES.

Chron.c pan.reatitis (CP) is a progressive in.lammatory disorder of the pan.reas. It is predomin.n.ly idiopathic (with an.un.n.wn.cause) in.In.ia an. mostly due to alcohol in.the West. Diabetes that occur secon.ary to chron.c pan.reatitis (T3c Diabetes) is often.brittle, an. is difficult to attain.n.rmoglycemia with con.en.ion.l treatmen. requirin. multiple doses of in.ulin. Mild an. severe model of CP was in.uced in.mice by repeated in.raperiton.al in.ection. of cerulein.an. L-argin.n. respectively with an.in.en. to study islet dysfun.tion.an. develop therapeutic strategy in.an.mal models of CP. Dietary in.erven.ion.of epigallocatechin.3-gallate (EGCG) was tested in.both the models of CP for its ben.ficial effects on.in.ulin.secretory fun.tion.. Pan.reata collected upon.euthan.sia were used to study alteration. in.the morphology of pan.reatic paren.hyma an. in.lammation.by stain.n. with H&E an. fibrotic chan.es by Masson.s trichrome an. picrosirius stain.n.. In.ulin.secretory fun.tion. of islets were evaluated to test the efficacy of the dietary in.erven.ion.on.β-cell fun.tion.. In.raperiton.al glucose toleran.e test was performed to mon.tor the glucose homeostasis before an. after the dietary in.erven.ion. Both the models resulted in.CP with dispersed acin., in.lammation.an. fibrosis. The loss of acin. an. exten. of fibrosis was more in.L-argin.n. model. 2-fold improvemen. in.glucose-stimulated in.ulin.secretory fun.tion. of islets was observed with 0.5% EGCG dietary in.erven.ion.in.cerulein.model of CP an. 1.6-fold in.L-argin.n. model of CP. A further improvemen. in.in.ulin.secretion.by 3.2-fold was observed with addition.l dietary supplemen.s like n.acetyl cystein., curcumin.in.combin.tion.with EGCG. The n.O-Cu composite films were deposited on.a glass substrate at various substrate temperatures by DC reactive magn.tron.sputterin. techn.que. The effect of substrate temperature on.the structural, optical, morphological an. electrical properties of the films was main.y in.estigated. X-ray diffraction.studies revealed that when.the substrate temperature in.reased to above 200 ℃, the preferred orien.ation.ten.ed to move to an.ther preferred site from （220） to （111） an. had a ban. gap values in.reased with in.reasin. substrate observed that the grain.size an. root mean.square stable cubic structure. The optical tran.mittan.e an. temperature. From the morphological studies, it was roughn.ss were in.reased with in.reasin. substrate temperature. The electrical resistivity of the film decreased to 0.017 Ωcm at high substrate temperature of 400 ℃.
