Diffe.e.t spe.ie. we.e.ide.tifie., Using API te.hnology. e.che.ichia coli come. first by be.ng re.ording thirty numbe. case.of isolation constituting 36%, it followe. by Prote.s mirabilis which is re.re.e.te. by twe.ty four numbe. case.of isolation accounting for 30%. Othe. taxa viz: Kle.sie.la pne.monia, Citrobacte. fre.ndii, Provide.cia stuartii and e.winia sp. came.ne.t according to the.r case.numbe. of isolation, the. re.re.e.te. only by 7%. The. showe. diffe.e.t antibiotics with diffe.e.t inhibitory conce.trations, re.istance.patte.n to ge.tamycin 10 μg, Pe.icillin G, te.racycline.30 μg, Ampicillin 10 μg, Ampicillin 30 μg, chloramphe.icol (C) 30 μg, Rifampicin 25 μg, Stre.tomycin 5 μg, ce.otaxime.15 μg. Mycological inve.tigation re.e.le. the.pre.e.ce.of varie.y of fungal spe.ie., particularly, toxige.ic spe.ie., such as, Aspe.gillus spp, Pe.icillium spp and Fusarium spp. The.e.re.ults are.indication of the.spoilage.of fishe. which caught from Lake.Manzala and are.risky for human consumption and hazardous to human he.lth in this important are. of e.ypt, due.to the.high pollution condition of Lake.Manzala.

The.work sugge.te. in this pape. use. a combination of the.Whale.Optimization Algorithm(WOA) and Particle.Swarm Optimization (PSO) to adjust the.we.ghts of two Multi-Laye. Pe.ce.tron (MLPs)for ne.trosophic se.s classification. During the.training proce.s of the.MLP, the.WOA is e.ploye. to e.plore.nd de.e.mine.the.optimal se. of we.ghts.
