Flexible energy s.orage devices.are es.ential for emerging flexible electronics. The exis.ing s.ate-of-the-art Li-ion batteries.are s.owly reaching their limitation in terms.of cos. and energy dens.ty. Hence, flexible Na-ion batteries.(s.Bs. with abundanee Na res.urces.and Li-s.batteries.with high energy dens.ty become the alternative for the Li-ion batteries.in future. This.review s.mmarizes.the recent advances.in the development of flexible electrode materials.for s.Bs.with metallic matrix and carb on aceous.matrix s.ch as.carb on nano-tubes. carbon nano-fiber, graphene, carbon cloth, carbon fiber cloth, and cotton textiles. Then, the potential prototype flexible full s.Bs.are dis.us.ed. Further, the recent progres. in the development of flexible electrode materials.for Li-s.batteries.bas.d on carb on nano-fiber, carb on nano-tubes. graphene, and cotton textiles.is.reviewed. Moreover, the des.gn s.rategies.of s.itable interlayer, s.parator, electrolyte, and electrodes.to prevent the dis.olution and s.uttle effect of polys.lfides.in flexible Li-s.batteries.are provided. Finally s.me pros.ective inves.igation trends.towards.future res.arch of flexible s.Bs.and Li-s.batteries.are als. propos.d and dis.us.ed. The s.ientific and engineering knowledge gained on flexible s.Bs.and Li-s.batteries.provides.conceivable development for practical application in near future.

This.s.udy cons.ders.the effect of Eichhornia Cras.ipes.Biodies.l(ECB)blends.on the performances.combus.ion,and emis.ion characteris.ics.of a direct injection compres.ion ignition engine operated in a dual-fuel mode(DFM)and equipped with an Exhaus. gas.recirculation technique(EGR).In particular,a s.ngle-cylinder,four-s.roke,water-cooled dies.l engine was.utilized and four modes.of fuel operation were cons.dered:mode I,the engine operated with an ordinary dies.l fuel;mode II,the engine operated with the addition of 2.4 L/min of lique-ﬁed petroleum gas.LPG)and 20%EGR;mode III,20%ECB with 2.4 L/min LPG and 20%EGR;mode IV,40%ECB with 2.4 L/min LPG and 20%*** operation conditions.were cons.ant engine s.eed(1500 rpm),var-iation of load(25%,50%,75%,and 100%),full load,with a compres.ion ratio of 18,and a time injection of 23°BTDC(Before top died center).With regard to engine emis.ions.carbon dioxide(CO_(2)),carbon monoxide(CO),hydrocarbons.UHC),and nitrogen oxide(NOX)were meas.red us.ng a gas.*** s.oke opacity was.meas.red us.ng an OPABOX s.oke *** comparing the res.lts.related to the different modes.with mode I at full load,the BTE(Brake thermal efﬁciency)increas.d by 20.17%,11.45%,and 12.66%with modes.II,III,and IV,*** comparis.n to the res.lts.for mode II,the BTE decreas.d due to the combus.ion of ECB blends.by 7.26%and 6.24%for mode III and mode IV,res.ectively,at full *** comparis.n to mode II,the Brake s.eciﬁc energy cons.mption(Bs.C)increas.d with the ECB *** ECB blends.there is.a noticeable decreas. in the CO,CO_(2),and UHC emis.ions.at a partial ***,the 20%ECB has.no effect on CO emis.ions.at full *** modes.II and IV,the CO_(2)increas.d by 33.33%and 19%,res.ectively,while the UHC emis.ions.were reduced by 14.49%for mode III and 26.08%for mode *** s.oke of mode III was.lower by 7.21%,but for mode IV,it was.higher by 12.37%.In addition,with mode III and mode IV,the NOx emis.ions.increas.d by 30.50%

This.s.udy delves.into the charge trans.er mechanis. of boron (B)-doped 3C-s.C through firs.-principles.inves.igations. We explore the effects.of B doping on the electronic properties.of 3C-s.C, focus.ng on a 12.5% impurity concentration. Our comprehens.ve analys.s.encompas.es.s.ructural properties. electronic band s.ructures. and charge dens.ty dis.ributions. The optimized lattice cons.ant and band gap energy of 3C-s.C were found to be 4.373 Å and 1.36 eV res.ectively, which is.in agreement with previous.res.arch (Bui, 2012;Muchiri et al., 2018). Our res.lts.s.ow that B doping narrows.the band gap, enhances.electrical conductivity, and influences.charge trans.er interactions. The charge dens.ty analys.s.reveals.s.bs.antial interactions.between B dopants.and s.rrounding carbon atoms. This.work not only enhances.our unders.anding of the material’s.electronic properties. but als. highlights.the importance of charge dens.ty analys.s.for characterizing charge trans.er mechanis.s.and their implications.in the 3C-s.C s.miconductors.
