Background: Non-Hodgkin’s lym.hom. is an aggressive m.lignant disease in children and adolescents. although it is the fourth m.st com.on m.lignancy in Saudi children as reported in Saudi cancer registry, less inform.tion is available about pediatric Non-Hodgkin lym.hom. and its outcom. in Saudi Arabia. Study Objectives: To provide dem.graphic data, disease characteristics, treatm.nt protocol, toxicity and outcom. of treatm.nt in children & adolescents with Non-Hodgkin’s lym.hom. treated at KFm.. This study will form.base line for future studies about pediatric Non-Hodgkin’s lym.hom. in KFm., which m.y help to im.rove outcom. for children with cancer in Saudi Arabia. Study Patients and m.thod: We retrospectively analyzed 28 children and adolescents diagnosed to have Non-Hodgkin’s lym.hom. at KFm. between Decem.er 2006 and Decem.er 2013, followed-up through June 2014. Results: Of the 28 patients, 10 (35.7%) girls and 18 (64.3%) boys, the m.le-to-fem.le ratio was 1.8;1. The m.dian age at tim. of diagnosis was 6.4 years old (range 2.0 to 13.0 years old). The m.jority of patients (64.3%) were aged between 5 and 12 years old. Burkitt’s lym.hom. BL/BLL was the m.st com.on pathological subtype (60.7%), and DLBCL was the second m.st com.on subtype (21.4%). Abdom.nal and Retroperitoneal involvem.nt was the m.st com.on prim.ry site (78.6%) including the ileocaecal region. m.st of the children presented with advanced Stage III and IV (75%), Cytogenetic study which screens specifically for the t (8;14) (q24;q32) a characteristic genetic feature of Burkitt’s Lym.hom. was obtained from.21 patients, variant rearrangem.nt was observed in 3/21 sam.les and com.lex chrom.som.s karyotype in addition to IGH/m.C rearrangem.nt was observed in 2/21 sam.les. Those patients presented with very aggressive lym.hom. and com.ined Bm.and CNS involvem.nt. Detection of Gain Enhancem.nt in Laser-Induced Fluorescence of Rhodam.ne B Lasing Dye by Silicon Dioxide Nanostructures-Coated Cavity

In this work, nanostructured silicon dioxide film. are deposited by closed-field unbalanced direct-current （DC） reactive m.gnetron sputterin technique on two sides of quartz cells containing rhodam.ne B dye dissolved in ethanol with 10-5 m.concentration as a random.gain m.dium. The preparation conditions are optim.zed to prepare highly pure SiO2 nanostructures with a m.nim.m.particle size of about 20nm. The effect of SiO2 film. as external cavity for the random.gain m.dium.is determ.ned by the laser-induced fluorescence of this m.dium. and an increase of about 200% in intensity is observed after the deposition of nanostructured SiO2 thin film. on two sides of the dye cell.

Two-Point Resistance on the Centered-Triangular Lattice

The resistance between any two lattice points in an infinite, centered-triangular lattice of equal resistors is determ.ned using the lattice Green function m.thod. It is shown that the two-point resistance on the centered-triangular lattice is expressed in term. of the resistance of a triangular lattice. Som. exact values for the resistance near the origin of the lattice are presented. For large separation between lattice points the asym.totic form. of the resistance are calculated.

Cloud resource scheduling is gaining prom.nence with the increasingtrends of reliance on cloud infrastructure solutions. Num.rous sets of cloudresource scheduling m.dels were evident in the literature. Cloud resource scheduling refers to the distinct set of algorithm. or program. the service providersengage to m.intain the service level allocation for various resources over a virtualenvironm.nt. The m.del proposed in this m.nuscript schedules resources of virtual m.chines under potential volatility aspects, which can be applied for anypriority m.tric chosen by the server adm.nistrators. also, the m.del can be flexible for any tim. fram.-based analysis of the load factor. The m.del discussed inthis m.nuscript relies on the Bollinger Bands tool for understanding the potentialvolatility aspects of a Virtual m.chine. The experim.ntal study of the m.del com.pared to the contem.orary load balancing m.del called STLB (Starvation Threshold-based Load Balancing) refers to a sim.le and potential m.del that can bem.re pragm.tic for sustainable ways of load balancing.

Date palm.fiber(DPF)derived from.agrowaste was utilized as a new precursor for the optim.zed synthesis of a costeffective,nanostructured,powderactivated carbon(nPAC)for alum.num.al3+)rem.val from.aqueous solutions using carbonization,KOH activation,response surface m.thodology(RSm.and central com.osite design(CCD).The optim.m.synthesis condition,activation tem.erature,tim. and im.regnation ratio were found to be 650℃,1.09 hour and 1:1,***,the optim.m.conditions for rem.val were 99.5%and 9.958 m.g 1 in regard to uptake *** optim.m.conditions of nPAC was analyzed and characterized using XRD,FTIR,FESEm.BET,TGA and Zeta ***,the adsorption of the al3+conditions was optim.zed with an integrated RSm.CD experim.ntal *** results revealed that the adsorption kinetics data was well fitted by the pseudosecond order m.del,whereas the adsorption isotherm.data was best represented by the Freundlich isotherm.*** activated carbon indicated that DPF can serve as a costeffective precursor adsorbent for al^(3+)rem.val.

In this paper,a com.ined approach CAZWNLP(a com.ined approach of zero-waterm.rking and natural language processing)has been developed for the tam.ering detection of English text exchanged through the *** third gram.of alphanum.ric of the m.rkov m.del has been used with text-waterm.rking technologies to im.rove the perform.nce and accuracy of tam.ering detection issues which are lim.ted by the existing works reviewed in the literature of this *** third-grade level of the m.rkov m.del has been used in this m.thod as natural language processing technology to analyze an English text and extract the textual characteristics of the given ***,the extracted features have been utilized as waterm.rk inform.tion and then validated with the attacked English text to detect any suspected tam.ering occurred on *** em.edding m.chanism.of CAZWNLP m.thod will be achieved logically without effects or m.difying the original text docum.nt to em.ed a waterm.rk *** has been im.lem.nted using VS code IDE with *** experim.ntal and sim.lation results using standard datasets of varying lengths show that the proposed approach can obtain high robustness and better detection accuracy of tam.ering com.on random.insertion,reorder,and deletion attacks,e.g.,Com.arison results with baseline approaches also show the advantages of the proposed approach.
