Voting classifier gave th. best *** in th. second dataset,all th. algorith.s gave th. same results in four evaluation metrics,wh.ch.indicates th.t each.of th.m can effectively accomplish.th. prediction ***,th.s approach.outperformed th. previous work in detecting ph.sh.ng websites with.h.gh.accuracy,a lower false negative rate,a sh.rter prediction time,and a lower false positive rate.

Combinations of metal and lanth.nide oxides h.ve been done th.ough.casted films for potential medical applications. In th.s regard, samarium(Ⅲ) oxide/ch.omium(Ⅲ) oxide/graph.ne oxide(GO)/polycaprolactone(PCL) based films nano-composites(NCs) were fabricated, pointing th.ir utilization as a biological scaffold for wound dressing purposes. Also, samarium(Ⅲ) oxide and ch.omium(Ⅲ) oxide h.ve been merged as promising optical constituents due to th.ir unique optical beh.vior. Th. structural and compositional examination of th. studied NCs was executed by X-ray diffraction(XRD), Raman, and field emission scanning electron microscopy(FESEM). Th. Sm_(2)O_(3)/Cr_(2)O_(3)/GO/PCL NC exh.bits a surface with.a lower rough.ess degree owing to th. presence of GO. Cr_(2)O_(3)sh.ws size reduction upon GO insertion to reach.1.2 μm as th. average grain size, wh.lst Sm_(2)O_(3)records an average grain size of less th.n 1 μm. As well, th. polymeric nano-compositions exh.bit variation in contact angle values th.t h.t 29.76°± 3.52°for Sm_(2)O_(3)/PCL, and 48.62°± 1.37°for Sm_(2)O_(3)/Cr_(2)O_(3)/GO/PCL as th. second lowest contact angle. Th. optical beh.vior contributes to absorption edge relocation along th. x-axis from 1.7 eV for pure PCL, to 2.65 eV for Sm_(2)O_(3)/Cr_(2)O_(3)/GO/PCL. Regarding biological responses, th. cell exposed to 2.5 μg/m L of Sm_(2)O_(3)/Cr_(2)O_(3)/GO/PCL sh.ws cell viability of 119.31%, wh.le 5 μg/m L h.ts 99.6%. Additionally, th. resulting cell attach.ent micrograph. sh.w layers of fibroblast tissue, besides th. proliferation and growth.of cultivated cells. Th.s, th. Sm_(2)O_(3)/Cr_(2)O_(3)/GO/PCL scaffold provides 3D proliferation of fibroblast cells endorsing th. wound h.aling process.

Marrakesh.*** results sh.w th.t increasing th. emissivity from 0.1 to 0.9 significantly increases th. total h.at load over 24 ***,filling 100% of th. cavities with.insulation materials delayed th. temperature peak by about 2.3 h.and lowered th. decrement factor by rough.y 43%,with.a value smaller th.n *** addition,it is demonstrated th.t th. total th.rmal load is reduced by approximately 28% for improved wall configurations(100% insulation filling cavities)compared to traditional wall configurations(100% air filling cavities),wh.ch.aids in improving building energy efficiency.

Objective:Vitiligo is a relatively common skin disfiguring disorder th.t exh.bits a fluctuating course between activity and stability,making monitoring and management *** plays a crucial role in th. path.genesis of *** autoimmune disorders h.ve been associated with.both.CD27 and ch.mokine(C-X-C motif)ligand 10(CXCL10).h.wever,trials evaluating th.ir role in vitiligo are lacking in th. Egyptian *** evaluated th. circulating levels of th.se 2 biomarkers in patients with.vitiligo and th. possible correlation between th.ir levels and disease ***:Th.s cross-sectional study included 70 patients with.vitiligo and 20 h.alth. *** patients were clinically assessed and th.n divided into active and stable groups according to clinical signs of activity and Vitiligo Disease Activity *** levels of CD27 and CXCL10 in th. serum were assessed using an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay in both.th. patients and th. controls,th.n th. Mann-Wh.tney U and Kruskal-Wallis tests were used to analyze th. difference between th. ***:Active and stable vitiligo patients h.ve significantly h.gh.r median serum CXCL10(385.9 and 245.2 pg/mL)and CD27(61.6 and 66.5 ng/mL)levels compared to th. controls(193 pg/mL and 52.5 ng/mL,respectively,all Ph.ugh.CXCL10 levels significantly increased with.disease activity(Ph. 2 subgroups(P=0.953).CXCL10 positively correlated with.disease activity(r=0.887,Ph.d a h.gh.r sensitivity and a lower specificity(95.7%and 60.0%,respectively)compared to CD27(71.4%and 75%,respectively)for differentiating cases from ***:Th.re is a possibility th.t CXCL10 and CD27 are involved in th. development and course of vitiligo.

We h.ve reported a new innate-like CD4 T cell population th.t expresses cell surface makers of effector/memory cells and produce Th. and Th. cytokines immediately upon activation. Unlike conventional CD4 T cells th.t are selected by th.mic epith.lial cells, th.se CD4 T cells, named T-CD4 T cells, are selected by Mh. class II expressing th.mocytes. Previously, we sh.wed th.t th. presence of T-CD4 T cells protected mice from airway inflammation suggesting an immune regulatory role of T-CD4 T cells. To furth.r understand th. function of T-CD4 T cells, we investigated immune responses mediated by T-CD4 T cells during bacterial infection because th. generation of antigen specific CD4 T cells contributes to clearance of infection and for th. development of immune memory. Th. current study sh.ws a suppressive effect of T-CD4 T cells on both.CD8 and CD4 T cell-mediated immune responses during Listeria and h.licobacter infections. In th. mouse model of Listeria monocytogenes infection, T-CD4 T cells resulted in decreasedfrequency of Listeria-specific CD8 T cells and th. killing activity of th.m. Furth.rmore, mice with.T-CD4 T cells developed poor immune memory, demonstrated by reduced expansion of antigen-specific T cells and h.gh.bacterial burden upon re-infection. Similarly, th. presence of T-CD4 T cells suppressed th. generation of antigen-specific CD4 T cells in h.licobacter pylori infected mice. Th.s, our studies reveal a novel function of T-CD4 T cells in sup-pressing anti-bacterial immunity.
