This study a.m.d to evaluate the development of healthcare teamwork during and after the collaboration tabletop exercises,through observation and interview *** and maturity theoretical models were employed to explain the collaborative challenges in teams that may suffer from unequally distributed power,hierarchies,and *** three-level collaboration tabletop exercises and the Command and control,Safety,Communication,Assessment,Trea.m.nt,Triage,Transport(CSCATTT)instrument,100 healthcare workers were observed during each step in the implementation of the CSCATTT instrument using two simulated *** results show a lack of integration and team maturity among participants in the first scenario,leading to the delayed start of the activity,task distribution,and decision *** shortcomings were improved in the second ***-depth interviews with 20 participants in the second phase of the study revealed improved knowledge and practical skills,self-confidence,and ability in team building within trans-professional groups in the second scenario,which in concordance with the integration theory,was due to the attempts made in the first ***,there was an improvement in the team’s maturity,which in concordance with the maturity theory,was due to the knowledge and practical skills during scenario *** results indicate the importance of continuous tabletop training,and the use of CSCATTT as a collaborative instrument,to promote the development of collaboration and to test the concept of preparedness.

This paper introduced an efficient compression technique that uses the compressive sensing(CS)method to obtain and recover sparse electrocardiography(ECG)*** recovery of the signal can be achieved by using sampling rates lower than the Nyquist frequency.A novel analysis was proposed in this *** apply CS on ECG signal,the first step is to generate a sparse signal,which can be obtained using modified Discrete Cosine Transform(mDCT)on the given *** transformation is a promising key for other transformations used in this search domain and can be considered as the main contribution of this paper.A small number of wavelet components can describe the ECG signal as related work to obtain a sparse *** technique for ECGsignal compression,which is a novel area of research,is *** signals are introduced randomly between any successive beats of the ***-BIH database can be represented as the experimental database in this domain of ***-BIH database consists of various ECG signals involving a patient and standard ECG *** can be considered as the simulation tool used in this *** proposed method’s uniqueness was inspired by the compression ratio(CR)and achieved by *** performance measurement of the recovered signal was done by calculating the percentage root mean difference(PRD),mean square error(mSE),and peak signal to noise ratio(PSNR)besides the calculation of ***,the simulation results indicated that this work is one of the most important works in ECG signal compression.

Classification of electroencephalogram(EEG)signals for humans can be achieved via artificial intelligence(AI)***,the EEG signals associated with seizure epilepsy can be detected to distinguish between epileptic and non-epileptic *** this perspective,an automated AI technique with a digital processing method can be used to improve these *** paper proposes two classifiers:long short-term memory(LSTm)and support vector machine(SVm)for the classification of seizure and non-seizure EEG *** classifiers are applied to a public dataset,namely the University of Bonn,which consists of 2 classes–seizure and *** addition,a fast Walsh-Hadamard Transform(FWHT)technique is implemented to analyze the EEG signals within the recurrence space of the ***,Hadamard coefficients of the EEG signals are obtained via the ***,the FWHT is contributed to generate an efficient derivation of seizure EEG recordings from non-seizure EEG ***,a k-fold cross-validation technique is applied to validate the performance of the proposed *** LSTm classifier provides the best performance,with a testing accuracy of 99.00%.The training and testing loss rates for the LSTm are 0.0029 and 0.0602,respectively,while the weighted average precision,recall,and F1-score for the LSTm are 99.00%.The results of the SVm classifier in terms of accuracy,sensitivity,and specificity reached 91%,93.52%,and 91.3%,*** computational time consumed for the training of the LSTm and SVm is 2000 and 2500 s,*** results show that the LSTm classifier provides better performance than SVm in the classification of EEG ***,the proposed classifiers provide high classification accuracy compared to previously published classifiers.

Background It had been documented in many studies that pediatric coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)is characterized by low infectivity rates,low mortalities,and benign disease *** the other hand,influenza type A viruses are recognized to cause severe and fatal infections in children populations *** study is a.m.d to compare the clinical and laboratory characteristics of COVID-19 and H1N1 influenza *** A retrospective study comprising 107 children hospitalized at Abha.m.ternity and Children Hospital,Southern region of Saudi Arabia,with laboratory-confirmed COVID-19 and H1N1 influenza infections was carried out.A complete follow-up for all patients from the hospital a.m.ssion until discharge or death was *** clinical data and laboratory parameters for these patients were collected from the medical records of the *** Out of the total enrolled patients,73(68.2%)were diagnosed with COVID-19,and 34(31.8%)were diagnosed with H1N1 *** median age is 12 months for COVID-19 patients and 36 months for influenza patients.A relatively higher number of patients with influenza had a fever and respiratory symptoms than COVID-19 *** contrast,gastrointestinal symptoms were observed in a higher number of COVID-19 patients than in influenza patients.A statistically significant increase in white cell counts is noted in COVID-19 but not in influenza patients(Pmean period of duration of hospitalization between COVID-19 and influenza ***,the total intensive care unit length of stay was longer for influenza compared to COVID-19 *** A considerable number of children infected with COVID-19 and H1N1 influenza were noted and reported in this *** were no significant variations in the severity of the symptomatology and laboratory findings between the two groups of *** differences between these patients in some hospitalization facto

Carbon tetrachloride(CCl4)is a hepatotoxin that triggers liver *** study a.m.d to evaluate the protective effect of phytochemicals detected in moringa oleifera *** extract(mOLE)on CCl4-induced hepatotoxicity in ***,total phenolics,and total fl avonoids were detected in *** markedly decreased the elevation of serum alanine aminotransferase(ALT)and aspartate aminotransferase(AST)in consistence with the ameliorating effect on CCl4-induced histopathological ***,mOLE significantly alleviated the decrease in the antioxidant defense mechanism induced by *** suppressing effect of mOLE on the boosted infla.m.tory pathway triggered by CCl4 was detected by measuring the protein levels of nuclear factor kappa-light-chain-enhancer of activated B-cells(NF-κB-p65),toll-like receptor 4(TLR4),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin(IL)-6,IL-1β,and IL-8 as well as the relative expressions of nuclear factor kappa B(NF-κB),TNF-α,IL-1β,and TLR4 *** and genotoxicity induced by CCl4 were signifi cantly alleviated by *** co-a.m.nistration modulated TLR4/NF-κB pathway as presented by the suppressed gene expression of TLR4 and NF-κB as well as by the reduced protein expression of TLR4 and NF-κ*** conclusion,mOLE has a.m.ltifarious protective role against hepatotoxicity through control of oxidative stress and modulation of TLR4/NF-κB.

We report on the structural,magnetic,and magnetocaloric properties of *** oxidation states of Eu and Rh ions were studied using X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy（XPS）.It is found that the Eu ions are mainly in the divalent oxidation state while the Rh ions have+4 ***3powders are found to be antiferromagnetic with a second order magnetic transition at Neel temperature（TN=2.9 K）.Analysis of the magnetic susceptibility versus temperature data in terms of the Curie=Weiss law:(χ=C/（T-θW）) for T>TN,yields θW=-3.1 K and effective magne tic moment ■,which is close to the theoretical value ■.The magnetic entropy change(-ΔSm),was determined by em ploying the thermodynam ic maxwell's *** μ0H=5 T and near TN,■ and relative cooling power（RCP） exhibit large values of 33.7 J/（kg·K） and 238 J/kg,*** large magnitude of-ΔSmand RCP show that the EuRhO3compound could be a potential candidate to be used in cryogenic magnetic refrigeration.

Tailoring nanocomposite membranes of cellulose acetate/silica nanoparticles for desalination

Herein, the fabrication of cellulose acetate (CA) silica-based nanocomposite membranes via the dry-wetphase inversion procedure for water desalination was investigated. The modified and unmodified silicananoparticles (mSNPs and SNPs) were prepared by the sol-gel technique. The effect of the SNPs andmSNPs was investigated on the Ca.m.mbrane's properties and their performance for water *** CA nanocomposite membranes were characterized to study their structure, hydrophilicity, andmorphology. The fabricated nanocomposite membranes showed hydrophilic surface properties. Theperformance of reverse osmosis (RO) membranes was measured using a crossflow RO unit at 10 bar(1 bar = 0.1 mPa). The membrane with 10 mg of SNPs enhanced permeate water flux compared to thepristine Ca.m.mbrane by 1.6 L/(m2·h). The effect of mSNPs on the nanocomposites' performance waslower than their counterpart in the case of adding SNPs. The membrane with 30 mg of mSNPs showedthe highest permeate water flux among other nanocomposite membranes with a value oAQSf 35.7 L/(m2·h)at 24 bar.

Diagnosing a baby’s feelings poses a challenge for both doctors and parents because babies cannot explain their feelings through expression or *** the emotions of babies and their associated expressions during different sensations such as hunger,pain,etc.,is a complicated *** infancy,all communication and feelings are propagated through cryspeech,which is a natural *** clinical methods can be used to diagnose a baby’s diseases,but nonclinical methods of diagnosing a baby’s feelings are *** such,in this study,we a.m.d to identify babies’feelings and emotions through their cry using a nonclinical *** in the cry sound can be identified using our method and used to assess the baby’s *** considered the frequency of the cries from the energy of the *** feelings represented by the infant’s cry are judged to represent certain sensations expressed by the child using the optimal frequency of the recognition of a real-world audio *** used machine learning and artificial intelligence to distinguish cry tones in real time through feature *** experimental group consisted of 50%each male and female babies,and we determined the relevancy of the results against different *** application produced real-time results after recognizing a child’s cry *** novelty of our work is that we,for the first time,successfully derived the feelings of young children through the cry-speech of the child,showing promise for end-user applications.

Assessment of vegetation biochemical and biophysical variables is useful when developing indicators for biodiversity monitoring and climate change ***,we compared a radiative transfer model(RTm)inversion by merit function and five machine learning algorithms trained on an RTm simulated dataset predicting the three plant traits leaf chlorophyll content(LCC),canopy chlorophyll content(CCC),and leaf area index(LAI),in a.m.xed temperate *** accuracy of the retrieval methods in predicting these three plant traits with spectral data from Sentinel-2 acquired on 13 July 2017 over Bavarian Forest National Park,Germany,was evaluated using in situ measurements collected *** RTm inversion using merit function resulted in estimations of LCC(R^(2)=0.26,RmSE=3.9µg/cm^(2)),CCC(R^(2)=0.65,RmSE=0.33 g/m^(2)),and LAI(R^(2)=0.47,RmSE=0.73 m^(2)/m^(2)),comparable to the estimations based on the machine learning method Random forest regression of LCC(R^(2)=0.34,RmSE=4.06µg/cm^(2)),CCC(R^(2)=0.65,RmSE=0.34 g/m^(2)),and LAI(R^(2)=0.47,RmSE=0.75 m^(2)/m^(2)).Several of the machine learning algorithms also yielded accuracies and robustness similar to the RTm inversion using merit *** performance of regression methods trained on synthetic datasets showed promise for fast and accurate mapping of plant traits accross different plant functional types from remote sensing data.
