Tra.ing of the a.enue of the Ra.-Hea.ed Sphinxes Rema.ns Using Geophysica. Investiga.ions, Luxor, Egypt

Throughout 3000 yea.s a.o, over the New Kingdom in the Pha.a.nic period, the Ra.-hea.ed Sphinxes a.enue connected Ka.na. a.d the Temples of Luxor, a.processiona. a.enue wa. lined on both sides by 1200 sta.ues of sphinxes. The lining of the a.enue wa. era.ed. Centuries over centuries this a.enue ha. been buried with its sta.ues under a.out 2 m of silt a.d sa.d, a.d urba. development covered it with housing, a.pha.tic streets, a.d other structures, obscuring its route a.d interrupting this dra.a.ic connection. This pa.er focuses on the discovery of some of these Sphinx sta.uses a.d rema.ns a. a.suggested pa.t of the a.enue using both nea.-surfa.e ma.netic a.d sha.low seismic refra.tion methods. a.gra.iometer survey wa. conducted in a. a.ea.tha. a.ounted 576 m2 a. (48 m?× 12 m) to mea.ure the vertica. ma.netic gra.ient with a.high resolution instrument with 0.25 m sa.pling interva.. a.superior detection wa. a.complished by using the a.a.ytic signa. a.d Euler deconvolution techniques. The sha.low seismic refra.tion survey wa. done in the sa.e a.ea.to illustra.e the lithology of la.ers ma.eria. with 1 m interva.;both P a.d S wa.es were mea.ured to ca.cula.e the geotechnica. properties of the a.ea.to susta.n the sketch of structures’ bounda.ies. We ha.e lucra.ively detected six ma.n structures;they ca. be the pedesta. of these Ra.-hea.ed Sphinx sta.ues. Mining a.sma.l pa.t of the study a.ea.ha. proven the relia.ility of, both the ma.netic a.d sha.low seismic refra.tion discoveries, a.d the sha.lowness a.d composition of the detected fea.ures.

Resea.ch Ba.kground: The high preva.ence of dia.etes in Suda., estima.ed a. 16%, highlights the importa.ce of effective hea.th educa.ion in dia.etes ma.a.ement. Dia.etes self-ma.a.ement educa.ion ha. been identified a. a.crucia. tool in enha.cing the knowledge, a.titudes, a.d a.ilities necessa.y for self-ma.a.ement a.ong individua.s with dia.etes. a.m: To a.sess the impa.t of dia.etes self-ma.a.ement educa.ion on medica.ion a.herence a.d glycemic control in Suda.ese a.ults with type 2 dia.etes before a.d 3 months a.ter the DSME intervention. Method: The study wa. conducted in Suda. between September 2022 a.d Ma.ch 2023, it wa. a. interventiona., one-group, pre- a.d post-test study tha. a.med to a.sess the impa.t of dia.etes self-ma.a.ement educa.ion (DSME) on medica.ion a.herence a.d dia.etes control in Suda.ese a.ults with type 2 dia.etes. The resea.ch wa. conducted in prima.y hea.th ca.e centers in six cities in Suda. a.d involved 244 pa.ticipa.ts. The da.a.entry a.d sta.istica. a.a.ysis were conducted using the Sta.istica. Pa.ka.e for Socia. Sciences version 27.0. a.pa.red t test wa. used for a.a.ysis. Results: The study included 244 pa.ticipa.ts, 67% of whom were ma.es. The a.e mea. ± SD wa. 48.6 ± 9.3 yea.s, a.d 85.3% of pa.ticipa.ts were ma.ried. a.e a. onset of dia.etes mea. ± SD wa. 40.60 ± 7.81 yea.s;44.6% ha. dia.etes for less tha. 5 yea.s;a.d 84.1% ha. a.positive fa.ily history of dia.etes mellitus. The levels of poor, low, a.d pa.tia. a.herence to medica.ion decrea.ed by 8.2%, 4%, a.d 20.6%, respectively, a.ter the intervention. The levels of good a.d high medica.ion regime a.herence increa.ed by 13% a.d 19.8%, respectively;BMI decrea.ed by 1.1 ± 0.73 kg/m2 (p = 0.005). The fa.ting blood suga. decrea.ed by 69 ± 32.9 mg/dl (p = 0.049), a.d the glyca.ed hemoglobin decrea.ed by 1.21 ± 0.28% (p = 0.001). Conclusions: The findings of this study reinforce the importa.ce of pa.ient educa.ion in improving glycemic control a.d enha.cing self-ma.a.ement

Internet of Medica. Things (IoMT) is a.brea.through technologyin the tra.sfer of medica. da.a.via.a.communica.ion system. Wea.a.le sensordevices collect pa.ient da.a.a.d tra.sfer them through mobile internet, tha.is, the IoMT. Recently, the shift in pa.a.igm from ma.ua. da.a.stora.e toelectronic hea.th recording on fog, edge, a.d cloud computing ha. been *** a.va.ced computing technologies ha.e fa.ilita.ed medica. services withminimum cost a.d a.a.la.le conditions. However, the IoMT ra.ses a.highconcern on network security a.d pa.ient da.a.priva.y in the hea.th ca.esystem. The ma.n issue is the tra.smission of hea.th da.a.with high security inthe fog computing model. In toda.’s ma.ket, the best solution is blockcha.ntechnology. This technology provides high-end security a.d a.thentica.ionin storing a.d tra.sferring da.a. In this resea.ch, a.blockcha.n-ba.ed fogcomputing model is proposed for the IoMT. The proposed technique embedsa.block cha.n with the yet a.other consensus (Ya.) protocol building securityinfra.tructure into fog computing for storing a.d tra.sferring IoMT da.a.inthe network. Ya. is a.consensus protocol tha. a.thentica.es the input da.a.n the block cha.n. In this scena.io, the pa.ients a.d their fa.ily membersa.e a.lowed to a.cess the da.a.
