Sordariomycetes is one of the largest classes of Ascomycota that comprises a highly diverse range of fungi characterized mainly by perithecial ascomata and inoperculate unitunicate *** class includes many important plant pathogens,as well as endophytes,saprobes,epiphytes,coprophilous and fungicolous,lichenized or lichenicolous *** occur in terrestrial,freshwater and marine habitats *** paper reviews the 107 families of the class Sordariomycetes and provides a modified backbone tree based on phylogenetic analysis of four combined loci,with a maximum five representative taxa from each family,where *** paper brings together for the first time,since Barrs’1990 Prodromus,descriptions,notes on the history,and plates or illustrations of type or representative taxa of each family,a list of accepted genera,including asexual genera and a key to these taxa of *** of taxa is supported where possible by molecular *** outline is based on literature to the end of 2015 and the Sordariomycetes now comprises six subclasses,32 orders,105 families and 1331 *** family Obryzaceae and Pleurotremataceae are excluded from the class.

The Golden Jackal (em>Canis aureusem> Linnaeus, 1758), which belongs to the Canidae family, is an opportunist carnivore in the Gaza Strip (365 square kilometers). The current study aims at giving notes on the occurrence and some ecological aspects of the species in the Gaza Strip, Palestine. The study, which lasted 14 years (2007-2020), is descriptive and cumulative in its style. It was based on frequent field visits, direct observations and meetings and discussions with wildlife hunters, farmers and other stakeholders. The findings of the study show that Gazans are familiar with the Golden Jackal to the extent that a Gazan family holds the Arabic name of the animal, which is “em>Wawiem>”. The Golden Jackal was sometimes encountered and hunted in the eastern parts of the Gaza Strip, which are characterized by the presence of wilderness areas, intensive agriculture, poultry pens and solid waste landfills. Like other a few mammalian faunas, the adult Golden Jackals enter the Gaza Strip through gaps in or burrows beneath the metal borders separating the Gaza Strip from the rest of the Palestinian Territories and egypt. Gaza zoos were found to harbor tens of Golden Jackals trapped or hunted by clever wildlife hunters using different means such as wire cages known locally as “em>maltashem>” and foothold traps with metal jaws that may cause lesions to the trapped animals. Poisoning and shooting were also common methods used to control the jackals and other carnivores causing harm to agriculture and livestock. The animal was known among the Gazans as an omnivore, feeding on wild and domestic animals in addition to plant materials, garbage and carrions. In conclusion, the study recommends the need to raise ecological awareness to preserve the Golden jackal and to adopt safe control measures for jackals and other carnivores, including the construction of protective fences for agricultural fields and animal pens.

Refractive State and Macular Abnormalities at Oct in Albino at Chu Iota

Introduction: A rare genetic disease, albinism is globally characterized by specific deficits of the visual system associated with a variable hypopigmentation phenotype depending on the disruption of melanin production [1]. It is linked to a hereditary defect in the biosynthesis of melanin. Disease results in a generalized decrease in the pigmentation of the appendages, skin and eyes [2]. The aim of this study is to determine the different refractive errors and the different macular anomalies during the OCT examination in oculocutaneous albinism at the CHU-IOTA. Patients and Method: We conducted a prospective study in patients over 10 years of age with oculocutaneous or ocular albinism who consulted at the CHU-IOTA between July 1, 2020, and September 30, 2021. Results: Over the period, 105 cases of oculocutaneous albinism were collected out of a total of 42,024 consultations, which corresponds to a frequency of 0.2%. The average age was 26.2 years, (11 years to 48 years). The sex ratio was 1.6. Astigmatism was the most found refractive error in 50.48% of cases, followed by myopia in 29.52% of cases and farsightedness in 20% of cases. The macular thickness between 251 - 350 was the most commonly found in both eyes, i.e. 47.25% on the right and 53.55% on the left. The bulging macula was the most frequent pathology on the OCT at the level of the two eyes, i.e. 41.42% on the right and 50.6% on the left. Conclusion: Following the visual impairments linked to albinism, early optical care and access to OCT are necessary. Thus the accompaniment of a subject with albinism and associations of albinism must be global and meet specific needs, in order to prevent or avoid ocular complications.

银杏叶提取物对氯化铝诱导大鼠的氧化应激及神经递质变化的影响

试验选取24只成年雄性白化病大鼠,随机分为4组。对照组正常饲喂;试验2组饲料中添加银杏叶提取物,剂量为每kg体重饲喂200 mg;试验3组饲料中添加氯化铝,每kg体重饲喂10 mg;试验4组饲喂银杏叶提取物和氯化铝,每kg体重饲喂200 mg银杏叶提取物,饲喂10 mg氯化铝。试验为期3个月。结果表明,大鼠饲料中添加氯化铝显著增加了硫代巴比妥酸反应物质(P<0.05),而谷胱甘肽、过氧化氢酶含量显著降低,脑和睾丸组织匀浆中超氧化物歧化酶含量显著降低(P<0.05)。脑组织中去甲肾上腺素、多巴胺、5-羟色胺含量显著降低(P<0.05)。血清中锌离子含量、铜离子含量显著降低(P<0.05),铁离子含量显著增加(P<0.05),而镁离子含量无显著变化。此外,血清中碱性磷酸酶、酸性磷酸酶含量显著增加(P<0.05),睾酮含量显著降低(P<0.05)。组织学检查发现,试验4组中,大鼠脑组织和睾丸组织发生了一些退行性改变,但生化和组织学方面显著改善。因此,银杏叶对大鼠的保护作用可能是由于其抗氧化性能。

建立一个血液流动的数学模型:多孔介质在磁场作用下,血液流过一段有多处狭窄段的弹性动脉;用一个各向异性的弹性圆柱形管道模拟动脉,用粘性不可压缩的导电流体表示血液,动脉有轻微的局部性狭窄,形成一段内腔局部变窄的动脉,并完成该模型的数学分析.详细阐述了血管壁参数对血液流动的影响,参数包括纵向和圆周向的粘弹性应力分量Tt和Tθ、血管壁的各向异性度γ、血管及其周边结缔组织的总质量M、完全栓管中粘性约束的贡献C和弹性约束的贡献K,并用图形表示壁面剪切应力的分布、径向和轴向的速度等.还研究了狭窄形状参数m、渗透率常数κ、Hartmann数Ha和血管狭窄区的最大高度δ,对血液流动特征的影响.研究表明,流动受到周边结缔组织(动脉壁运动)的影响式微,血管壁的各向异性度,是确定动脉材料的一个重要指标.进一步发现壁剪切力分布,随着Tt和γ的增加而增加,随着Tθ,M,C和K的增加而减少.壁面剪切应力分布的传播,以及壁面处阻力阻抗的传播,栓管与自由管相比要低得多;狭窄段咽喉处的剪切应力分布特性,完全栓管和自由管正相反.靠近中心线的俘获区大小,随着渗透率κ的增加而增大;随着Hartmann数Ha的增加而减小.最后,狭窄段非对称时,逐渐形成俘获区;狭窄段对称时,不出现俘获区,各向同性自由管(无初始应力)中俘获区的大小,比完全栓管中的小得多.

目的:观察I型血红素氧化酶(HO-1)基因启动子GT重复长短对冠状动脉支架置入术后再狭窄的影响。方法:187例行冠状动脉支架置入术者,6个月时随访再狭窄情况。PCR和DNA测序仪确定HO-1启动子GT重复次数。高敏法测术前及术后24h、48h血浆白介素-6(IL-6)和C反应蛋白(CRP)值。结果:各基因型间术后IL-6和CRP水平及再狭窄发生率无差异,携较短GT者术前血浆IL-6水平比非短GT序列携带者低约33．3％(P=0．0008)。结论:HO-1基因多态性不影响支架置入术后炎症介质水平及再狭窄,但可能影响动脉粥样硬化形成的炎症过程。

The Impact of experience and Perception on the efficiency of e-procurement in Malaysia

The technology of e-procurement becomes more popular in many developed countries due to its accuracy in decision making for big projects that enhance the public bidding process for development projects in any country. The experience of employees who operate the system of e-procurement and the perception of users who bid for projects are essential to ensure the efficiency of procurement and the whole bidding process for public projects. This paper examined the impact of employee"s experience on the efficiency of e-procurement systems in public agencies. In addition, we attempt to examine the perception factor of using e-procurement systems with regard to users in the seller side. A survey was conducted to identify the impact of experience and perception on the efficiency towards adoption and use of e-procurement system among users who working in firms participated in online bidding for public agencies projects, and employees who are working in e-procurement department in government administrations Malaysian government. A total of 80 questionnaires were collected and the data were analyzed to look at the level of the impact of experience and perception in e-procurement users. The general findings indicate a positive attitude experience and perception among the users in using the e-procurement.

Autonomous vehicle is a vehicle that can guide itself without human *** is capable of sensing its environment and moving with little or no human *** kind of vehicle has become a concrete reality and may pave the way for future systems where computers take over the art of *** artificial intelligence control systems interpret sensory information to identify appropriate navigation paths,as well as obstacles and relevant road *** this paper,we introduce an intelligent road signs classifier to help autonomous vehicles to recognize and understand road *** road signs classifier based on an artificial intelligence *** particular,a deep learning model is used,Convolutional Neural Networks(CNN).CNN is a widely used Deep Learning model to solve pattern recognition problems like image classification and object *** has successfully used to solve computer vision problems because of its methodology in processing images that are similar to the human brain decision *** evaluation of the proposed pipeline was trained and tested using two different *** proposed CNNs achieved high performance in road sign classification with a validation accuracy of 99.8%and a testing accuracy of 99.6%.The proposed method can be easily implemented for real time application.

本文研究了自适应天线阵的单元数量对线性约束最小方差算法(LCMV)性能的影响．在仿真中以-160dBW的GPS卫星信号为有用信号，并在信号来向上增加约束条件．仿真结果表明，当天线单元数量等于约束条件个数加上出现的干扰个数时，便可以在保证信号增益的同时抑制干扰，而且出现的虚假零陷也不会很深．增加天线阵单元数量对抑制干扰并不会有很大改善。
