Ba.KGROUND Despite significa.t a.va.cements in liver tra.spla.ta.ion(LT)surgica. procedures a.d periopera.ive ca.e,post-LT bilia.y complica.ions(BCs)rema.n a.significa.t source of morbidity,morta.ity,a.d gra.t *** a.dition,da.a.a.e conflicting rega.ding the hea.th-rela.ed qua.ity of life(HRQoL)of LT ***,the success of LT should be considered in terms of both the surviva. a.d recovery of *** To a.sess the impa.t of BCs on the HRQoL of live-donor LT recipients(LDLT-Rs).METHODS We retrospectively a.a.ysed da.a.for 25 LDLT-Rs who developed BCs post-LT between Ja.ua.y 2011 a.d December 2016 a. our *** Short Form 12 version 2(SF 12v2)hea.th survey wa. used to a.sess their *** a.so included 25 LDLT-Rs without a.y post-LT complica.ions a. a.control *** The scores for HRQoL of LDLT-Rs who developed BCs were significa.tly higher tha. the norm-ba.ed scores in the doma.ns of physica. functioning(P=0.003),role-physica.(Pa.n(P=0.003),genera. hea.th(P=0.004),socia. functioning(P=0.005),role-emotiona.(Pa.d menta. hea.th(Pa.t difference between the two groups rega.ding vita.ity wa. detected(P=1.000).The LDLT-Rs with BCs ha. significa.tly lower scores tha. LDLT-Rs without BCs in a.l HRQoL doma.ns(Pa.d the menta.(Pa.d physica.(P=0.0002)component summa.y *** The development of BCs in LDLT-Rs ca.ses a.lower ra.ge of improvement in HRQoL.

Multiple sclerosis(MS) is the most fa.ous a.toimmune disea.e a.ta.king the centra. nervous system. It a.ta.ks people from a.e 20–50 yea.s old a.d the fema.es' a.ta.ks double tha. ma.es' a.ta.ks. MS is a. a.toimmune disea.e a.fecting principa.ly the centra. nervous system tha. ca.se nerve shea.h demyelina.ion followed by a.on da.a.e a.d pa.a.ysis. MS symptoms include muscle wea.ness, wea. reflexes, muscle spa.m, difficult in move, miss-coordina.ion a.d unba.a.ce with others. There a.e ma.y fa.tors ma. be responsible for MS: microbia., vira., smoking, stress, environmenta. toxins, conta.ina.ed diet, a.d gout. MS is wide sprea. in the popula.ions in North Europe a.d this rela.ed to la.k of vita.in D due to decrea.e of sunlight exposure. MS bioma.kers include nitric oxide, interleukin-6, nitric oxide syntha.e, fetuin-a.a.d osteopontin. MS is not a.genetic disea.e where MS occurs when huma. leukocyte a.tigen system rela.ed genes a.e cha.ged in chromosome 6. The physiology of MS is monitored by a.tiva.ion of immuneinfla.ma.ory, oxida.ive, a.d nitrosa.ive stress pa.hwa.s. MS is including two ma.n steps:(1) myelin shea.h destruction a.d forma.ion of lesions a.d,(2) infla.ma.ion. Four types of MS ca. be distinguished: rela.sing-remitting, prima.y progressive, seconda.y progressive a.d progressive rela.sing. The complete loss of biologica. enzyme function is the ma.n ca.se of CC a.d consequently CC increa.ed in smoking a.d pollution exposure. The a.m of this review is to focus on the a.plica.ion of meta.olome a. a.physiologica. tool tha. ca. pla. a. importa.t role in preventing CC incidence by na.ura. products a.d hormones. The dieta.y fa.tors, intestina. micro-flora.a.d endogenously produced meta.olites a.e the ma.n three ca.ses tha. produce free ra.ica.s in the colon. a.correla.ion occurs between the enzyme a.tivity a.d CC polymorphisms or property. Nowa.a.s meta.olome is a.plied with the progress of different a.a.ytica. methods, da.a.ba.es a.d tools for ca.cer predica.ion a.d stimula.ion especia.ly in CC ca.es. Meta.olism is defined a. intra.ellula. chemica. rea.tions tha. produce chemica. substa.ces a.d energies susta.ning life. Meta.olic pa.hwa. networks a.e a.so composed of links tha. a.e defined a. tra.sforma.ion of chemica. structures between two meta.olites a.d a. enzyme rea.tion. The most importa.t a.va.ta.e of meta.olome is its a.ility to a.a.yze meta.olites from a.y source, rega.dless of origin, where the a.plica.ion of liquid chroma.ogra.hy combined with ma.s spectra.in meta.olome a.a.ysis to a.series of ca.cer cell lines tha. were progressively more tumorigenic due to the induction of 1,2,3 or 4 oncogenes to cell lines could be a.meta.olome exa.ple a.plica.ion. In conclusion, na.ura. products a.d hormones a.e very importa.t in preventing CC in huma.s a.d a.ima. models where both na.ura. products a.d hormones pla. a.significa.t a.d importa.t effect in regula.ing physiologica. process especia.ly in CC ca.es. In this situa.ion, meta.olome must increa.e in its a.plica.ion in the future for the dia.nosis of CC ca.es.
