Chimeric antigen receptor T(CAR-T)cell therapy represents a breakthrough in personalized cancer treatments.In this regard,synthetic receptors comprised of antigen recognition domains,signaling,and stimulatory domains are used to reprogram T-cells to target tum or cells and destroy them.Despite the success of this approach in refractory B-cell malignancies,the optimal potency of CAR T-cell therapy for many other cancers,particularly solid tumors,has not been validated.Natural killer cells are powerful cytotoxic lymphocytes specialized in recognizing and dispensing the tumor cells in coordination with other anti-tumor immunity cells.Based on these studies,many investigations are focused on the accurate designing of CAR T-cells with clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeats(CRISPR)/CRISPR-associated protein 9(Cas9)system or other novel gene editing tools that can induce hereditary changes with or without the presence of a double-stranded break into the genome.These methodologies can be specifically focused on negative controllers of T-cells,induce modifications to a particular gene,and produce reproducible,safe,and powerful allogeneic CAR T-cells for on-demand cancer immunotherapy.The improvement of the CRISPR/Cas9 innovation offers an adaptable and proficient gene-editing capability in activating different pathways to help natural killer cells interact with novel CARs to particularly target tumor cells.Novel achievements and future challenges of combining next-generation CRISPR-Cas9 gene editing tools to optimize CAR T-cell and natural killer cell treatment for future clinical trials toward the foundation of modern cancer treatments have been assessed inthis review.

CRISPR/Cas9 is an effective gene editing tool with broad applications for the pre-vention or treatment of numerous diseases.It depends on CRiSPR(clustered regularly inter-spaced short palindromic repeats)as a bacterial immune system and plays as a gene editing tool.Due to the higher specificity and efficiency of CRISPR/Cas9 compared to other editing ap-proaches,it has been broadly investigated to treat numerous hereditary and acquired ill-nesses,including cancers,hemolytic diseases,immunodeficiency disorders,cardiovascular diseases,visual maladies,neurodegenerative conditions,and a few X-linked disorders.CRISPR/Cas9 system has been used to treat cancers through a variety of approaches,with sta-ble gene editing techniques.Here,the applications and clinical trials of CRisPR/Cas9 in various illnesses are described.Due to its high precision and efficiency,CRISPR/Cas9 strategies may treat gene-related illnesses by deleting,inserting,modifying,or blocking the expression of specific genes.The most challenging barrier to the in vivo use of CRISPR/Cas9 like off-target effects will be discussed.The use of transfection vehicles for CRISPR/Cas9,including viral vectors(such as an Adeno-associated virus(AAV),and the development of non-viral vectors is also considered.

Sustainable agriculture plays a crucial role in meeting the growing global demand for food while minimizing adverse environmental impacts from the overuse of synthetic pesticides and conventional fertilizers.In this context,renewable biopolymers being more sustainable offer a viable solution to improve agricultural sustainability and production.Nano/micro-structural supramolecular biopolymers are among these innovative biopolymers that are much sought after for their unique features.These biomaterials have complex hierarchical structures,great stability,adjustable mechanical strength,stimuli-responsiveness,and self-healing attributes.Functional molecules may be added to their flexible structure,for enabling novel agricultural uses.This overview scrutinizes how nano/micro-structural supramolecular biopolymers may radically alter farming practices and solve lingering problems in agricultural sector namely improve agricultural production,soil health,and resource efficiency.Controlled bioactive ingredient released from biopolymers allows the tailored administration of agrochemicals,bioactive agents,and biostimulators as they enhance nutrient absorption,moisture retention,and root growth.Nano/micro-structural supramolecular biopolymers may protect crops by appending antimicrobials and biosensing entities while their eco-friendliness supports sustainable agriculture.Despite their potential,further studies are warranted to understand and optimize their usage in agricultural domain.This effort seeks to bridge the knowledge gap by investigating their applications,challenges,and future prospects in the agricultural sector.Through experimental investigations and theoretical modeling,this overview aims to provide valuable insights into the practical implementation and optimization of supramolecular biopolymers in sustainable agriculture,ultimately contributing to the development of innovative and eco-friendly solutions to enhance agricultural productivity while minimizing environmental impact.

This paper explores the defects in fuzzy (hyper) graphs (as complex (hyper) networks) and extends the fuzzy(hyper) graphs to fuzzy (quasi) superhypergraphs as a new concept.We have modeled the fuzzy superhypergraphsas complex superhypernetworks in order to make a relation between labeled objects in the form of details andgeneralities. Indeed, the structure of fuzzy (quasi) superhypergraphs collects groups of labeled objects and analyzesthem in the form of the part to part of objects, the part of objects to the whole group of objects, and the whole tothe whole group of objects at the same time.We have investigated the properties of fuzzy (quasi) superhypergraphsbased on any positive real number as valued fuzzy (quasi) superhypergraphs, considering the complement of valuedfuzzy (quasi) superhypergraphs, the notation of isomorphism of valued fuzzy (quasi) superhypergraphs based onthe permutations, and we have presented the isomorphic conditions of (self complemented) valued fuzzy (quasi)superhypergraphs. The concept of impact membership value of fuzzy (quasi) superhypergraphs is introducedin this study and it is applied in designing the real problem in the real world. Finally, the problem of businesssuperhypernetworks is presented as an application of fuzzy valued quasi superhypergraphs in the real world.

Invasive species have been the focus of ecologists due to their undesired impacts on the environment.The extent and rapid increase in invasive plant species is recognized as a natural cause of global-biodiversity loss and degrading ecosystem services.Biological invasions can affect ecosystems across a wide spectrum of bioclimatic conditions.Understanding the impact of climate change on species invasion is crucial for sustainable biodiversity conservation.In this study,the possibility of mapping the distribution of invasive Prosopis juliflora(Swartz)DC.was shown using present background data in Khuzestan Province,Iran.After removing the spatial bias of background data by creating weighted sampling bias grids for the occurrence dataset,we applied six modelling algorithms(generalized additive model(GAM),classification tree analysis(CTA),random forest(RF),multivariate adaptive regression splines(MARS),maximum entropy(Max Ent)and ensemble model)to predict invasion distribution of the species under current and future climate conditions for both optimistic(RCP2.6)and pessimistic(RCP8.5)scenarios for the years 2050 and 2070,respectively.Predictor variables including weighted mean of CHELSA(climatologies at high resolution for the Earth’s land surface areas)-bioclimatic variables and geostatistical-based bioclimatic variables(1979–2020),physiographic variables extracted from shuttle radar topography mission(SRTM)and some human factors were used in modelling process.To avoid causing a biased selection of predictors or model coefficients,we resolved the spatial autocorrelation of presence points and multi-collinearity of the predictors.As in a conventional receiver operating characteristic(ROC),the area under curve(AUC)is calculated using presence and absence observations to measure the probability and the two error components are weighted equally.All models were evaluated using partial ROC at different thresholds and other statistical indices derived from confusion matrix.Sensitivity analysis showed that mean diurnal range

Colorectal cancer(CRC)is the third most common cancer and the leading cause of cancer death globally.Resistance to therapy is a challenge for CRC treatment.Mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)have become one of the furthermost effective approaches for tumor treatment due to their specific feature;however,their therapeutic function is controversial.Recently,extracellular vesicles(EVs)derived from MSCs(MSCs-EVs)have attracted extensive research attention due to their promising role in CRC treatment.EVs are cell-derived vesicles that transfer different biomolecules between cells,contributing to intracellular communication.MSCs-EVs can suppress CRC by delivering therapeutic agents to tumor cells.Several studies indicate that MSCs-EVs can serve as a drug delivery system for the treatment of different cancers.Various methods are used to modify(engineer)MSCs-EVs for loading therapeutic agents.Modified MSCs-EVs have improved specificity,targeting ability,and immunogenicity compared to synthetic carriers.Furthermore,CRC-EVs participate in regulating different cells,such as immune cells,fibroblasts,and endothelial cells,promoting tumorigenesis.MSCs-EVs-based therapy indicates a high potential in the treatment of cancer;however,the majority of studies have been conducted in the pre-clinical,and their clinical applications need further scrutiny.In this review,we describe the biogenesis of EVs,focusing on the effect of MSCs-EVs on CRC cells and CRC-derived EVs on other cells.Furthermore,MSCs-EVs as a drug delivery system for cancers is also reviewed,and perspectives regarding the therapeutic application of MSCs-EVs are discussed.

In this study,the effects of 1-Ethyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate ionic liquid on CO2/CH4 separation performance of symmetric polysulfone membranes are investigated.Pure polysulfone membrane and ionic liquid-containing membranes are characterized.Field emission scanning electron microscopy(FE-SEM)is used to analyze surface morphology and thickness of the fabricated membranes.Energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS)and elemental mapping,Fourier transform infrared(FTIR),thermal gravimetric(TGA),X-ray diffraction(XRD)and Tensile strength analyses are also conducted to characterize the prepared membrane s.CO2/CH4 separation performance of the membranes are measured twice at 0.3 MPa and room temperature(250 C).Permeability measurements confirm that increasing ionic liquid content in polymer-ionic liquid membranes leads to a growth in CO2 permeation and CO2/CH4 selectivity due to high affinity of the ionic liquid to carbon dioxide.CO2 permeation significantly increases from 4,3 Barrer(1 Barrer=10^-10 cm^3(STP)·cm·m^-2·s^-1·cmHg^-1,1 cmHg=1.333 kPa)for the pure polymer membrane to 601.9 Barrer for the 30 wt%ionic liquid membrane.Also,selectivity of this membrane is improved from 8.2 to 25.***.mixed gas te sts are implemented to investigate gases interaction.The results showed,the disruptive effect of CH4 molecules for CO2 permeation lead to selectivity decrement compare to pure gas te st.The fabricated membranes with high ionic liquid content in this study are promising materials for industrial CO2/CH4 separation membranes.

Investigation of Fuel Energy Gain for Tritium-Poor Fuels in Fast Ignition Fusion Approach

One of the most fascinating ignition schemes for the inertial fusion energy that might be feasible is fast ignition. Its targets are ignited on the outside surface so there is no need to low density and high temperature center is required by central hot spot ignition. Fast ignition concept is noteworthy for a simple but fundamental reason： In principle it requires less total energy input to achieve ignition. In this paper, fuel energy and fuel energy gain of nearly pure deuterium capsule are calculated. This capsule is ignited by a deuterium-tritium seed, which would reduce the tritium inventory to a few percentages. The variations of fuel energy gain versus fuel density have been studied and submitted. On the basis of different physical parameters the following results of the investigation are presented and discussed. The energy gain curves for different tritium concentrations are found and limiting gain curves are derived. Finally, tritium-poor fast ignitor is compared to equimolar deuterium-tritium fast ignitor.

Fast ignition is a method in inertial confinement fusion （ICF） in which an ignition spark in pre-compression fuel is formed by an ultra-intense laser beam. In applying this method, a hot spot is built by relative electrons which are produced by the ultra-intense laser beam. For a better understanding, a fuel energy gain curve based on density is drawn and it can be observed that the ignition by an electron beam has the maximum energy gain. The maximum energy gain has been observed in equimolar DT fuel with a density of 500g/cma and in fuel with tritium （10%） with a density of 1000g/cm^3.
