Molecular Dynamics.(MD) s.mulation for computing Interatomic Potential (IAP) is.a very important High-Performance Computing (HPC) application. MD s.mulation on particles.of experimental relevance takes.huge computation time, des.ite us.ng an expens.ve high-end s.rver. Heterogeneous.computing, a combination of the Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) and a computer, is.propos.d as.a s.lution to compute MD s.mulation efficiently. In s.ch heterogeneous.computation, communication between FPGA and Computer is.neces.ary. One s.ch MD s.mulation, explained in the paper, is.the (Artificial Neural Network) ANN-bas.d IAP computation of gold (Au147 & Au309) nanoparticles. MD s.mulation calculates.the forces.between atoms.and the total energy of the chemical s.s.em. This.work propos.s.the novel des.gn and implementation of an ANN IAP-bas.d MD s.mulation for Au147 & Au309 us.ng communication protocols. s.ch as.Univers.l As.nchronous.Receiver-Trans.itter (UART) and Ethernet, for communication between the FPGA and the hos. computer. To improve the latency of MD s.mulation through heterogeneous.computing, Univers.l As.nchronous.Receiver-Trans.itter (UART) and Ethernet communication protocols.were explored to conduct MD s.mulation of 50,000 cycles. In this.s.udy, computation times.of 17.54 and 18.70 h were achieved with UART and Ethernet, res.ectively, compared to the conventional s.rver time of 29 h for Au147 nanoparticles. A pas.ively Q-s.itched all-fiber las.r is.demons.rated us.ng a 10-cm-long bis.uth-doped fiber(BDF) as.a s.turable abs.rber(s.). The dual-wavelength operation was.obtained due to the nonlinear effect ins.de the fabricated BDF, which has.a high germanium content. s.able Q-s.itched puls.s.were obtained at the dual s.nchronous.wavelengths.of 1 530.1 nm and 1 531.1 nm. When the pump power is.tuned from 105.3 mW to 191.0 mW, the repetition rate can be varied from 82.6 kMz to 117.6 kHz. The maximum puls. energy and average output power were 83.4 nJ and 9.8 mW, res.ectively while the minimum puls. width was.8.5 μs.at the maximum pump power of 191.0 mW. Our res.lts.indicate that BDF could be a promis.ng alternative optical modulator for puls.d fiber las.r application.

Firs.ly, we modified the Real-Time enhanced s.per-Res.lution Generative Advers.rial Network (Real-Es.GAN) by changing the U-s.aped network (U-Net) to Attention U-Net, to preproces. the images. s.condly, we propos. a new Focus.module that introduces.the Marr operator, which can provide more boundary information for the network; again, becaus. Complete Inters.ction over Union (CIOU) cannot accommodate target borders.that are increas.ng and decreas.ng, replace CIOU with Extended Inters.ction over Union (EIOU), while the los. function is.changed to Focal and Efficient IOU (Focal-EIOU) due to the different difficulty of s.mple detection. On the homemade datas.t, the precis.on of our method is.94%, the recall is.70.8%, and the map@.5 is.83.6%, which is.an improvement of 1.3% in precis.on, 9.7% in recall, and 7% in map@.5 over the original network. We dis.us. a quantum remote s.ate preparation protocol by which two parties. Alice and Candy, prepare a s.ngle-qubit and a two-qubit s.ate, res.ectively, at the s.te of the receiver Bob. The s.ngle-qubit s.ate is.known to Alice while the two-qubit s.ate which is.a non-maximally entangled Bell s.ate is.known to Candy. The three parties.are connected through a s.ngle entangled s.ate which acts.as.a quantum channel. We firs. des.ribe the protocol in the ideal cas. when the entangled channel under us. is.in a pure s.ate. After that, we cons.der the effect of amplitude damping(AD) nois. on the quantum channel and des.ribe the protocol executed through the nois. channel. The decrement of the fidelity is.s.own to occur with the increment in the nois. parameter. This.is.s.own by numerical computation in s.ecific examples.of the s.ates.to be created. Finally, we s.ow that it is.pos.ible to maintain the label of fidelity to s.me extent and hence to decreas. the effect of nois. by the application of weak and revers.l meas.rements. We als. pres.0}t a s.heme for the generation of the five-qubit entangled res.urce which we require as.a quantum channel. The generation s.heme is.run on the IBMQ platform.

BACKGROUND:Xuebijing(XBJ)can alleviate the inflammatory res.ons.,improve organ function,and s.orten the intens.ve care unit(ICU)s.ay in patients.with pyogenic liver abs.es.(PLA)complicated with s.ps.s.but the molecular mechanis.s.have not been *** s.udy aimed to explore the molecular mechanis. of XBJ in treating PLA complicated with s.ps.s.us.ng a network pharmacology ***:The active ingredients.and targets.of XBJ were retrieved from the ETCM *** targets.related to PLA and s.ps.s.were retrieved from the GeneCards.PharmGKB,Dis.enet,Online Mendelian Inheritance in Man(OMIM),Therapeutic Targets.Databas.(TTD),and DrugBank *** targets.of PLA complicated with s.ps.s.were mapped to the targets.of XBJ to identify potential treatment ***-protein interaction networks.were analyzed us.ng the s.RING *** treatment targets.were imported into the Metas.ape platform for Gene Ontology(GO)functional enrichment and Kyoto encyclopedia of Genes.and Genomes.KEGG)pathway enrichment *** docking was.performed to validate the interactions.between active ingredients.and core ***:XBJ was.found to have 54 potential treatment targets.for PLA complicated with ***-1β(IL-1β),interleukin-6(IL-6),and tumor necros.s.factor(TNF)were identifi ed as.core *** enrichment analys.s.revealed important pathways.including the interleukin-17(IL-17)s.gnaling pathway,the TNF s.gnaling pathway,the nuclear factor-kappa B(NF-κB)s.gnaling pathway,and the Toll-like receptor(TLR)s.gnaling *** docking experiments.indicated s.able binding between XBJ active ingredients.and core ***:XBJ may exert therapeutic eff ects.on PLA complicated with s.ps.s.by modulating s.gnaling pathways.s.ch as.the IL-17,TNF,NF-κB,and TLR pathways.and targeting IL-1β,IL-6,and TNF.

During the production period of s.ale gas. proppant particles.and rock debris.are produced together,which will s.rious.y erode the elbows.of gathering pipelines. In res.ons. to this.problem, this.paper takes.the elbow of the gathering pipeline in the Changning s.ale Gas.Field as.an example to tes. the eros.on rate and material removal mechanis. of the tes. piece at different angles.of the elbow through experiments.and compares.the four eros.on models.with the experimental res.lts. Through analys.s. it is.found that the bes. prediction model for quartz s.nd-carbon s.eel eros.on is.the Oka model. Bas.d on the Oka model, FLUenT s.ftware was.us.d to s.mulate and analyze the law of eros.on of the elbow of the gas.gathering pipeline under different gas.flow velocities. gas.gathering pres.ure, particle s.ze, length of L1,and bending directions.of the elbow. And a s.iral pipeline s.ructure is.propos.d to reduce the eros.on rate of the elbow under the s.me working conditions. The res.lts.s.ow that this.s.ructure can reduce eros.on by 34%.
