A study was conducted to select the best alternative for the development of construction panels as well as investment in its manufacturing in *** alternatives are considered,cement-bonded wood composite product,substituted products（such as concrete panel） sandwich panel and a mixture of *** apply the analytic network process（ANP） to achieve this goal.A hierarchy is designed to prioritize benefits,opportunities,costs and risks（BOCR） by using the Analytic Hierarchy Process（AHP） ratings *** evaluate the ＂control criteria＂ of the system,a control hierarchy is also created and prioritized by applying the Analytic Network Process（ANP）.A total of four major control criteria in the system are prioritized where each one controls a decision network evaluated using *** final synthesis of the system shows cement-bonded wood composite product is the best choice among three potential alternatives for the investment and development.

绝大多数核电厂概率风险评价均以单个反应堆为单位,安全目标的制定也是如此。事实上,同一场址(site)上有多座核电厂(plant)、同一厂址(plant)上有多个反应堆(reactor)的情况并不罕见。为将概率风险评价从单个反应堆推广至整个场址,本文在定义场址风险的基础上,针对始发事件展开分析,给出其分类及识别方法建议。分析表明,多堆场址的始发事件可归入2类单堆始发事件,以及3类多堆始发事件。此结果是开展多堆场址概率风险评价的第1步,具有重要价值。

One of the major concerns in structures is early detection of a growing crack to prevent fracture, predict remaining useful life, schedule maintenance and reduce costly downtimes. AE （acoustic emission） is a non-destructive testing method with potential applications for locating and monitoring fatigue cracks. This paper focuses on in-situ monitoring of structural health, specifically detection of small crack growth and crack initiation in structures using AE technology. A probabilistic AE-based model for small fatigue cracks was developed and the uncertainties of the model were estimated. The paper discusses the methodology used, experimental approach, results obtained and predictive models *** developed model can be used to evaluate the integrity of structures and assess structural health by estimating the probability density function of the length of detected cracks. The outcome of this research has significant potential to be used for in-situ monitoring and evaluation of structural integrity.

Axial flux hysteresis motor (AFHM) is self-starting synchronous motor that uses the hysteresis characteristics of magnetic materials. It is known that the magnetic characteristics of hysteresis motor could be easily affected by air gap and structure dimensions variation. Air gap length plays an important role in flux distribution in hysteresis ring and influences the output torque, terminal current, efficiency and even optimal value of other structural parameters of AFHM. Regarding this issue, in this study effect of air gap variation on performance characteristics of an axial flux hysteresis motor and effect of air gap length on hysteresis ring thickness and stator winding turns is investigated. Effect of air gap length on electrical circuit model is perused. Finally, simulation of AFHM in order to extract the output values of motor and sensitivity analysis on air gap variation is done using 3D-Finite Element Model. Hysteresis loop in the shape of an inclined ellipse is adopted. This study can help designers in design approach of such motors.

Group discussion teaching technique for small groups and encouragement of critical but constructive and creative thinking for finding new and efficient solutions can lead to provision of better health and medical services that is defined in clinical setting, as the clinical psychology finds a way for curing and education. The present study was conducted with the aim to compare the effects of creative group teaching and educational booklet on interpersonal skills of midwives in a clinical setting. The present study was conducted on 97 midwifery graduates working in hospitals in Kerman Province, in two groups of educational booklet (49 midwives) and educational workshop (48 midwives) who participated in a 3-day creative teaching workshop in summer 2015. Creative problem-solving teaching intervention group was taught through educational workshop method, including small group and team working, group discussion and mini lectures. Midwifery 1 intervention group was provided with an educational booklet validated by professors of Nursing and Midwifery School for independent and individual study by midwives working in Kerman Province hospitals. The two groups were matched in terms of personal details. Hospitals were randomly selected, and midwives were selected by quota sampling. Interpersonal communication skills of both groups were assessed before and after intervention, and two months later using Interpersonal Communication Skills Test. The results obtained were analyzed in SPSS-16 using descriptive statistics, including frequency and percentage, mean and standard deviation, and inferential statistics including U-Mann-Whitney, paired t, independent t, repeated measures ANOVA tests at significance level of P P P P P < 0.001). Both teaching methods improved midwives’ interpersonal communication skills. Therefore, standardized educational booklets which produce cost-effective similar results are recommended.

In this paper five equations of state are tested for checking their ability to predict the Joule-Thomson inversion *** five equations of state are:Mohsennia-modarres-Mansoori(MMM),Ji-Lemp(JL),modified Soave-Redlich-Kwang(SRK)equation of state by Graboski(MSRK1),modified SRK equation of state by Peneloux and Rauzy(MSRK2),and modified Peng-Robinson (PR)equation of state by Rauzy(PRmr).The investigated equations of state give good prediction of the low-temperature branch of the inversion curve,except for MMM equation of *** high-temperature branch and the peak of the inversion curve have been observed,in general,to be sensitive to the applied equation of *** values of the maximum inversion temperature and maximum inversion pressure are calculated for each component used in this work.

在多孔介质流体流动模拟中,应用网格粗化方法必须在保留重要储集层参数的空间分布的前提下,首先利用大网格粗化原始地质模型(尤其是孔隙型介质),并用数值方法求解。提出了根据属性参数的空间分布、以核函数的自适应带宽为基础的网格粗化新方法,该方法既减少了网格数量,同时也保留原始精细模型的主要非均质性特征。该方法的关键点在于可以同时对两种储集层属性参数进行网格粗化。首先计算每个储集层属性参数的带宽量或最优门槛值并得到粗化结果,然后根据最大带宽和最小带宽采用两种不同的方法对两个属性参数同时粗化。现在已经能够实现利用不同方法建立储集层两个属性参数的最终粗化模型,不同方法的网格单元数和网格位置都相同。最小带宽法的粗化误差小于最大带宽法。

This paper investigates how the dimensions and arrangements of stadium silicon nanowires(NWs)affect their absorption *** to other NWs,the structure proposed here has a simple geometry,while its absorption rate is compa-rable to that of very complex *** is shown that changing the cross-section of NW from circular(or rectangular)to a stadium shape leads to change in the position and the number of absorption modes of the *** a special case,these modes result in the maximum absorption inside *** method used in this paper to attain broadband absorption is utiliza-tion of multiple NWs which have different ***,the maximum enhancement is achieved using non-close packed *** structures can support more cavity modes,while NW scattering leads to broadening of the absorption *** the structures are optimized using particle swarm *** these optimized structures,it is viable to enhance the absorption by solar cells without introducing more absorbent materials.

Health is important to economic development, and economic development has an important impact on health outcomes. Health Expenditure makes up a substantial part of the global economy. In the world, the costs of healthcare are increasing;patients are compelled to pay more for treatment, and that makes a lot of people faced to Catastrophic Health Expenditures (CHE) and in long run fall below the poverty line. One of the most urgent and vexing challenges faced by many low- and middle-income countries is how to provide health care for the more than two billion poor people who live in these areas (developing countries). As much as more than 65% (in 2014) of total private health care expenditure in low-income countries comes from out-of-pocket payment by patients. In addition, according to World Bank report (2007), in low and lower middle-income countries was speared nearly 13% of global health spending with 87% the global disease burden. The WHO considers health financing models with high risk pooled, such as health insurance and prepaid schemes, a promising means for achieving universal health-care coverage and promotion health care. A crucial concept in health financing is that of pooling. The WHO defines risk-pooling as the “accumulation and management of revenues in such a way as to ensure that the risk of having to pay for health care is borne by all members of the pool and not by each contributor individually”. The larger degree of pooling, the less people will have to bear the health financial risks. Furthermore, adopting and operating financing policies based on greeter risk pooling/sharing (prepayments) are recommended to all countries (especially in low and lower-middle income countries). It means risk sharing/pooling plays a key role in all financing systems for achieving effectiveness and efficiency health systems.
