疏浚作业时，以底泥释放为代表的内源污染治理问题变得日益突出，减少疏浚带来的水体二次污染是河湖治理中的重点和难点。本文通过使用数学模型FS3M进行全尺寸数值模拟，从流场、悬沙运动及体积变化的角度研究了能减少水体浑浊产生的抓斗最佳下落操作。数值结果表明，抓斗在自重和机械力的控制下，下降过程中会对周围水体产生较大的扰动，卷起较多的床沙，对周边水体环境造成影响。在作业过程中适当的减缓自身下降速度可以有效的抑制床面附近产生的水流速度，随之也会减少悬沙的产生并抑制其随水流运动而向外部扩散。随着计算模型的不断优化升级，今后还需对抓斗铲沙这一动态行为进行模拟分析，深入研究这一行为对泥沙运动规律的影响。该研究的成果可为环保式疏浚工艺提供一定参考。

The Nadanhada terrane, a Jurassic disrupted terrane in Heilongjiang Province of China, is principally.composed of Permo-Carboniferous limestone and greenstone, Triassic bedded chert and middle Jurassicsiliceous shale, all enclosed within y.unger (presumably.Late Jurassic-Early.Cretaceous) clastics. Palaeon-tological and lithological characteristics and structural features of these formations are entirely.identical tothose of the Mino terrane of the Japanese Islands. Prior to opening of the Sea of Japan, these terranesformed a single superterrane together with the Western Sikhote-Alin terrane. Tectono-stratigraphic terranesvery.similar to the Nadanhada and Mino terranes are also found in the Ry.ky. arc, the Philippines andprobably.in Borneo. All these terranes constituted a belt of accretionary.complexes during Late Jurassicand / or Early.Cretaceous time along the eastern continental margin of Asia after completion of the Triassiccollage of the Chinese continent.

Tailored surface textures at the micro- or nanoscale dimensions are widely.used to get required functional performances. Rotary.ultrasonic texturing （RUT） technique has been proved to be capable of fabricating periodic micro- and nanostructures. In the present study. diamond tools with geometrically.defined cutting edges were designed for fabricating different ty.es of tailored surface textures using the RUT method. Surface generation mechanisms and machinable structures of the RUT process are analy.ed and simulated with a 3D-CAD program. Textured surfaces generated by.using a triangular py.amid cutting tip are constructed. Different textural patterns from several micrometers to several tens of micrometers with few burrs were successfully.fabricated, which proved that tools with a proper two-rake-face design are capable of removing cutting chips efficiently.along a sinusoidal cutting locus in the RUT process. Technical applications of the textured surfaces are also discussed. Wetting properties of textured aluminum surfaces were evaluated by.combining the test of surface roughness features. The results show that the real surface area of the textured aluminum surfaces almost doubled by.comparing with that of a flat surface, and anisotropic wetting properties were obtained due to the obvious directional textural features.

Background and Objective: Interleukin-1 (IL-1) binds to 2 distinct and separate receptors, ty.es I and II (IL-1RI and IL-1RII, respectively.. The binding of IL-1 to IL-1RI induces cellular signaling and biological effects, whereas binding to IL-1RII does not induce cellular signaling and indirectly.inhibits IL-1 biological activities such as that of the decoy.receptor. Recently. Suzukiet *** that soluble IL-1RII (sIL-1RII) was detected in gingival crevicular fluid from a periodontitis patient. However, it remains unclear which cells produce sIL-1RII detected in periodontal tissues. We examined the localization of IL-1RII producing cells in gingival tissues as well as related production control mechanisms. Material and Methods: IL-1RII mRNA expression in gingival epithelial cells (GE1) was performed by.real-time PCR analy.is, while the amount of sIL-1RII production in supernatant from GE1 cells was examined by.dot-blot analy.is. Involvement of the phosphory.ation of STAT6 in the signaling pathway.was determined by.western blot analy.is. Statistical analy.is was performed with Student’st-test. Results: Culturing with IL-4 and IL-13 significantly.increased IL-1RII mRNA to levels 10.5-and 8.89-fold, respectively. above that of the control (py.suppressed IL-1RII mRNA by.0.22-fold as compared to the control (py.IL-4 and IL-13, and decreased by.IFN-γ, while western blotting determines the suppression of IL-1RII production by.IFN-γ. Without the addition of IL-4 or IL-13 with or without IFN-γ, P-Ty.-STAT6 was not detected. Conclusion: IL-1RII mRNA expression and sIL-1RII production were increased by.IL-4 and IL-13, and decreased by.IFN-γ. Finally. IL-4 signaling was regulated by.IFN-γ through phosphory.ation of STAT6 and IL-13 signaling blockage by.IFN-γ downstream of STAT6 translocation.

In this paper, the state of art of ultrasonic- assisted machining technologies used for fabrication of micro/nano-textured surfaces is reviewed. Diamond machining is the most widely.used method in industry.for manufacturing precision parts. For fabrication of fine structures on surfaces, conventional diamond machining methods are competitive by.considering the precision of structures, but have limitations at machinable structures and machining efficiency. which have been proved to be partly.solved by.the integration of ultrasonic vibration motion. In this paper, existing ultrasonic-assisted machin- ing methods for fabricating fine surface structures are reviewed and classified, and a rotary.ultrasonic texturing （RUT） technology.is mainly.introduced by.presenting the construction of vibration spindles, the texturing principles, and the applications of textured surfaces. Some new ideas and experimental results are presented. Finally. the challenges in using the RUT method to fabricate micro/ nano-textured surfaces are discussed with respect to texturing strategies, machinable structures, and tool wear.
