目的为了进行人群胃癌的预防,自1995年起,我们与美国国立癌症研究所合作在胃癌高发区山东省临朐县开展预防胃癌及癌前病变的化学干预研究。方法选择随机、双盲和安慰剂对照的方法进行这一人群研究,有3365位年龄在35～64岁的当地居民应邀参加了这项研究。使用三种化学干预药物：一个两周的抗幽门螺杆菌(hp)治疗(洛赛克20mg+阿莫西林1g,Bid),服多种营养素胶囊(VC250mg +VE100Iu+Se37．5μg,Bid)和大蒜素胶囊(大蒜素200mg+大蒜挥发油1mg)7．3年。在试验开始前 (1994年)、1999年和结束时(2003年)分别给受试者做了三次胃镜检查,根据胃黏膜细胞病理学改变

Economists study negotiation as a series of events—partner choice, information gathering, bargaining, etc.—with each step of the process affecting the outcome of the next, and the optimal decision at each stage depending on the player’s bargaining power. The context in which these negotiations occur—the market—is critical, since players can adjust their behaviors in response to outside offers. Animals similarly are faced with sequential decisions regarding courtship: who to court, how to approach a potential mate, at what level to display, when to give up, etc. Thus economic models of negotiation in a market provide a framework in which we can view not just the outcome of courtship (assortative mating), but also the process, where each sex can use tactics to improve their negotiating outcome, using the assets that they have available. here we propose to use negotiation as a conceptual framework to explore the factors promoting tactical adjustments during sequential stages of courtship in lekking species. Our goal is to discuss the utility of negotiation as a heuristic tool, as well as the promise and peril of co-opting game theoretic models from economics to understand animal interactions. We will provide a brief overview of a few areas where we see promise for using negotiation as a framework to understand animal courtship dynamics: choice of a display territory, tactical partner choice for negotiation, approaching a potential partner and courtship haggling.

The epididymal lumen represents a unique extracellular environment because of the active sperm maturation process that takes place within its confines. Although much focus has been placed on the interaction of epididymal secretory proteins with spermatozoa in the lumen, very little is known regarding how the complex epididymal milieu as a whole is maintained, including mechanisms to prevent or control proteins that may not stay in their native folded state following secretion. Because some misfolded proteins can form cytotoxic aggregate structures known as amyloid, it is likely that control/surveillance mechanisms exist within the epididymis to protect against this process and allow sperm maturation to occur. To study protein aggregation and to identify extracellular quality control mechanisms in the epididymis, we used the cystatin family of cysteine protease inhibitors, including cystatin-related epididymal spermatogenic and cystatin C as molecular models because both proteins have inherent properties to aggregate and form amyloid. In this chapter, we present a brief summary of protein aggregation by the amyloid pathway based on what is known from other organ systems and describe quality control mechanisms that exist intracellularly to control protein misfolding and aggregation. We then present a summary of our studies of cystatinrelated epididymal spermatogenic （CRES） oligomerization within the epididymal lumen, including studies suggesting that transglutaminase cross-linking may be one mechanism of extracellular quality control within the epididymis. （Asian J Androl 2007 July; 9： 500-507）

背景:炎症性肠病(IBD)的发病与一系列免疫异常有关。免疫反应受特定的免疫调节细胞调控,包括CD4+CD25+T细胞,而CD4+CD25+T细胞的发育和功能可能受FOXP3基因调控。目的:研究FOXP3的表达特点以及IBD时FOXP3表达的改变。方法:以免疫磁珠分离CD4+、CD4+CD25+和CD4+CD25-T细胞。以逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)和蛋白质印迹法检测IBD患者和非IBD对照外周血单个核细胞(PBMC)、肠固有层单个核细胞(LPMC)和肠黏膜组织中FOXP3的表达。结果:CD4+CD25+T细胞中FOXP3mRNA的表达明显强于CD4+T细胞和未分离的PBMC或LPMC。T细胞受体(TCR)激活后,或经白细胞介素(IL)-2、IL-15作用后,PBMC或LPMCFOXP3mRNA或蛋白表达明显增强。12例IBD中9例(75.0%)肠黏膜LPMC中检测到FOXP3mRNA表达,高于对照肠黏膜的47.1%(8/17,P>0.05)。未受刺激的IBD和对照肠黏膜组织中未检测到FOXP3mRNA表达。结论:人类FOXP3的表达受T细胞活化影响。IBD患者肠黏膜LPMC中FOXP3mRNA的表达率有增高的趋势,但与对照肠黏膜相比无显著差异。

目的采用肾包膜下种植方案建立人前列腺癌异种移植动物模型.方法 15只SCID雄鼠按随机表分组法随机分为3组,每组5只.应用组织重组技术,将人前列腺癌新鲜组织和新出生BALB/c雄鼠精囊间质（SVM）在体外重组,显微外科条件下种植于SCID鼠肾包膜下,4周后观察肿瘤种植率并称重、计算体积.检测血清前列腺特异性抗原（PSA）值.用细胞角蛋白（CK）8/18、波形蛋白（vimentin）单克隆抗体特异标记人前列腺上皮和基质成纤维细胞,用P63单克隆抗体标记上皮基底膜证实其是否为前列腺癌组织.另将人前列腺癌新鲜组织单独种植于SCID鼠肾包膜下作为对照.结果 15只SCID鼠78只次组织种植中无一只死亡.4周后,重组种植组成瘤率为100%（39/39）,单独种植组为94.1%（37/39）,差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.新生瘤体为实体状、不规则、黄/白色,隆出肾脏表面和（或）嵌入肾实质.重组种植组瘤体生长旺盛,单独种植组瘤体较为平坦,肿瘤大小及重量在两组间差异有统计学意义[（9.7±3.1）mm^3比（6.8±2.0）mm^3;（12.1±3.6）μg比（8.2±2.2）μg,均P＜0.01].重组种植组血清PSA值高于单独种植组,但两组间差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.CK8/18、vimentin单抗标记证实新生瘤体为人源性前列腺组织,P63单抗标记显示上皮基底膜消失证实为前列腺癌.结论肾包膜下种植可高效率建立人前列腺癌异种移植动物模型.本模型含有肿瘤基质成分,可为体内研究前列腺癌发病和病程演变中间质-上皮细胞相互作用提供技术平台.
